Awesome place! I’m obsessed with my manicure! The tech was also very kind and gentle with my hands which is nice considering the last salon I went to practically mutilated my finger tips! It was a bit pricey, but for a perfect shimmery lavender ombré, I think it was entirely worth it!

The BEST nail place, hands down. Lol. Everyone so very nice and professional. Picture is of my nieces nails she got done for her baby shower. We both got pedicures too, very relaxing. Very satisfied and happy.

For $15 and $5 tip, I essentially just got a nail polish change. They told me polish (non gel) manicures are just cuticle cut and lotion. Only my aesthetician went right to me paying and putting on the base coat without any lotion. When I asked her, she begrudgingly put lotion on her hand but didn’t bother to take the base coat off. So I told her to forget it. They also told me a hot towel for my hands is only for gel manicures. However, I checked their menu on the way out and it clearly states with a $15 manicure you get nail shaping, cuticle care, lotion, hot towel, etc. For some reason I got half of those things. It shouldn’t matter if it’s gel or regular polish. It was my first manicure in almost 4 months and was not the relaxing experience I was hoping for. They’re ripping people off.

Sloppy, fast work. Depends on the tech. My friends nails were great, mine were awful. Acrylic globs under ever nail, messy shaping etc. Ill go somewhere else from now on.

I paid 45 dollars for a gel pedicure and the polish is peeling already. The nails werent painted very well, i can see certain areas that are not painted. Definitely not worth it.

Lee did my mani & pedi. She was very professional and had a great sense of humor. Ill definitely go back to see her.Update: I attempted to get a gel manicure on 11/16/19. Lee was not there. I asked if they could wipe the station down with alcohol and use new nail filers as Im allergic to the acrylic and liquid. I will only have a reaction if the residue touches my skin from nail filers or built up residue on the tables. When the table is wiped with alcohol and new filers are used, I dont break out at all. The gentleman there said I would have to go somewhere else despite the fact that you could clearly see gel on my nails so Im obviously getting manicures at nail salons. I WOULD NEVER RETURN TO THAT SALON AGAIN!!!

Ive been going here for a few months now, i go later in the day never to crowded, and tons of parking, convenient location and good size for new social distancing measures that have been put in place. Very clean kind and friendly atmosphere. . . .

I go here all the time the last 2 visits they rushed my nails didnt do exactly what I asked for and when they cut down my nails they are very uneven and very noticeable now this happen back to back visits I dont know what happen and why they must rush I mean I pay alot of money for my nails I am not happy with their service any longer

I was there Saturday for a pedicure and decided to get my eyebrows wax, youll see the results on the pictures, nice 2 second degree burn. pedicure was decent considering was $60 wont probably make it there again.

Very polite and I wasnt even getting anything done, but the person that did they took good care of her.

Kenny took his time, if he didnt like something he changed it and made it better. He was honest about things. Loved loved loved this place!

Went to Q Nails today for the first time, it was amazing! They did such a good job, super professional and welcoming. I am very picky about the shape of my nails, and they got my coffin shape just right, I’ll definitely be coming back!!

Walked in and was greeted, went for a mani and pedi and taken back fast. Not to much conversation and that was nice because it was definitely my me time lol.

LOVE this place they never seem to fail me rather it be my lashes or my nails. Ive went to multiple places in Kingston and wilkes barre and i hated them all. This place is a1 service always.

This place is terrible. Had the powder dip nails. Need them redone. The lady didn’t even soak the old ones off. Just buffed them some.Not good at all.Then I had gotten eyelash extensions from a salon in Dallas Pa, and the girl that did them was gone for a month so I had this lady do the lashes. I’m not kidding you. By the time I got home one side was hanging off. I ended up pulling them off and now I have no lashes. Terrible experience. If you want a good job done, go to a reputable place of business. Not here.

Worst nail salon Ive ever been to the lady couldnt understand a single thing I was telling her she made five of my fingers bleed and rushed through my nails now one hand has longer nails then the other she sent me over to some one else to get my design and in the time I was getting my design she had finished putting a set and polish on someone else never going back Id like to enjoy the experience not regret it or cringe when shes filing my nails due to them bleeding
