Worst pedicure I have ever had, I went because I’m 6 months pregnant and can no longer due my own nails. She didn’t do what you would normally due for a pedicure to start with, then when I was all done and left I saw that she missed spots on my toes, I had polish all of my skin and it’s a week later and it’s all already chipped. For 30$ I would have expected a lot better experience, the women was very nice but I will not be going back ever.

First time experience and was pleased with basic “A” pedicure $28.00. However, if you chose to use their nail polish it’s an additional $3.00 total ($31.00). Also, ensure you ask for equipment fresh out of the packet - very surprised this is not basic practice. The salon is clean and tidy, well lit, and the technicians are capable. Might go again...

I went into the salon today for a basic pedicure and was entirely disappointed. The entire process was rushed and lasted a total of 12 minutes from start to finish. I feel necessary steps were skipped such as, the hot towel, any type of massage, and the scraping of the bottom of the feet. The nail polish was dried out and was not applied smoothly/evenly, nor did it cover the entire nail. The man who did my feet wasn’t friendly and didn’t speak to me throughout the process at all, not even to give instruction on feet placement. As soon as I sat to let my toes dry he came over rubbing his fingers together asking for payment. It is not well lit in the salon so I couldn’t even see just how badly my toes were painted until I got outside. Overall terrible experience between it being excessively rushed, unwelcoming atmosphere, and finished product being far below mediocre. Save your money and paint your toenails at home.

Decent prices - I did gel manicure with accent nails on each hand and a regular pedicure for $50 in total. I had a younger guy, he was good at everything but got a little uneven on a fee nails so I would say just check between coats.They seemed pretty clean, sterile equipment, but dusty tables. Great color selection and they coordinate the gel colors with the regular polish so you can get both and match. They gave us a small gift for Christmas Eve which was so thoughtful!

I’ve been coming here for the last 5 years and almost always have a good experience. I haven’t been here since before the pandemic and reading the recent reviews made me concerned to come back. But I went today and despite the wait, the entire process was great. I had no issues. I got a pedicure and an ANC mani. Really glad I decided to stop in and not listen to the reviews.

Weird, fat guy screams unexpectedly and alarms customers. Nails were done too quickly and had to be redone. Lots of better places within a few miles.

I have been going to this nail salon for well over two years. Unfortunately, since the owner has been absent for many months their customer service has fallen short. I am typically connected with Michael when I call who just happens to be my nail tech and I make appointments with him well in advance and whenever I get there Im told I have to wait 20 to 40 minutes beyond my appointment time because he just started another customer 5 minutes prior to the start of my time slot. I stopped going to this nail place because of that and then decided to give them another chance. That was a huge mistake that I wont make again. If you dont value your customers youre not worth my money or the 40% tip I leave everything I go. Nail salons are a dime a dozen ✌

They sell socks, in case for whatever silly reason you forgot yours. No adult bumpers, so bring your a game.

I was visiting from nyc and this place is by far one of the best places.clean friendly and reasonable. This was April 4, I’m returning this Saturday for another pedicure and fill in. Just in time for my birthday on Sunday.

I came here with my girlfriends for a pedicure & gel manicure. I was in the area so we decided to get our nails done here. We are from the city & i’m not even going to lie right now, this nail salon beats every nail salon i’ve been at in Manhattan, Queens, Brooklyn & even Long Island. I’m shocked at how people can leave negative reviews at this salon, their prices are reasonable & my REGULAR pedicure stayed on for MONTHS without chipping. My gel manicure stayed on for a little over a month & i’m extremely pleased with my visit here. They also have the CUTEST emotional support dogs here...truly heaven if you have a heart for dogs & perfect nails. The staff were all wearing their masks & practiced covid regulations as well as social distancing. I wish this salon was closer to the city so i can come back more often..whoever lives in the area..i really recommend giving this salon a visit !

Guy was very unprofessional… drove a hour away for nothing

He literally ripped my acrylic nails off and was incredibly rude when I asked if I could soak them first. He continued painfully ripping them off and wasnt going to let me soak them until I had to insist, at which point he yelled at me. He did a terrible job filing my nails after and left my nails torn up, jagged and destroyed. I rarely leave bad reviews and feel bad having to do it, but this unfortunately was a horrible experience and I will NEVER get my nails done here or anywhere else ever again.

Been to tranquility they butchered my nails so was nervous going here bc of my bad experience elsewhere! But they did an amazing job I’m in love with my nails! Finally found a good place for my nails!

Very poor hygiene in the midst of COVID restrictions. The manager brings her yappy dog to the salon. It runs around loose and barks and barks, making a high-pitched shrill sound thats incredibly annoying. This is not a relaxing atmosphere, and its not a clean atmosphere. I mentioned to the manager that its absolutely against New York state licensing terms to have a dog in a salon. She laughed at me and said she was well aware that shes breaking the hygiene rules. Clearly, she doesnt care when her clients dont have a clean or relaxing experience. I wont be going back.

Usually my experience at this nail salon is great. Workers are usually quite nice and helpful. However today I had a middle aged man doing my toenails and was the rudest person I’ve come across at the salon. Super demanding and did not give me any direction what he wanted me to do ( putting my foot up or moving etc..) he just pulled and moved my foot. And as soon as I got up to move to the drying station he knocked into me and messed up one of my toes. And he was the one who got mad!! Never again will I have him!!

I have been very happy at Everlasting Nails for a few years, they always take excellent care of my nails . I will not go any place else .

If i show you a picture and you say yes you can do it i expect my nails to look somewhat like the picture... also he insisted I paid before he finished, before he did the horrible job with the flame sticker. I should have known then he was about to mess up. 😂 im not good at speaking up for myself so i just left without leaving him a tip. $43 no tip. 2/10 do not recommend. oh and the stickers were not even leveled correctly he could have at least done that for me.

I’ve only been here twice, but both experiences were great. The technicians do the nails fairly quickly, and very nicely. The salon is clean and spacious, so there is usually no waiting time. The prices are fairly decent, but it’s worth it. Would definitely recommend, and come again.

Avoid at all costs!! The worst gel manicure and regular pedicure Ive ever had! Im still concerned that I may have an infection from their disgusting, old, rusty and visibly dirty tools and equipment. I wish I stopped the male technician once I realized he was rushing and providing a terrible customer service.The manicure was painful. My cuticles were never soaked before pushing them back and cutting them. I should have spoken up about it but it was at that point I saw that the tools looked filthy. I was worried he was going to make things worse for me if I said something. Then came the old nail buffer. He buffed my nails so aggressively all the way down to the tender and red cuticles he recently ripped off! He never asked me to wash my hands (no soap) and just wiped all of them with acetone or some solution that felt like rubbing alcohol because it burned!The Board of Health should inspect their establishment in the very near future because someone is going to get an infection, tetanus or worse!!

The big Guy that sits in the front is very rude and, this is the second time i have experienced his rudeness! He need to learn how to talk to paying customers!

Had a pedicure appointments 230 sat with my feet in the water for 3o min b4 I was helped water was cold an the man who was doing my pedicure was very rude! Won’t go again.

This is the second bad experience I’ve had at this place- YEARS APART! The guy who did my nails completely butchered the skin around my nails. I’m talking cuts and missing skin. My nails wouldn’t stop bleeding and now (the next morning) they’re all red, swollen, and throbbing!! I better not get an infection from this!! The skin around my nails honestly hurt so bad right now that I have to put neosporin and bandaids on ALL of my fingers. It also burns when water touches my skin

I don’t even think they deserve even one star... was just there for over an hour and only got to soak my nails to take them off then they totally forgot about me and helped everyone else... this place is definitely not five stars like it says I will never step foot back in there... worse communication I have ever seen in a place of business

My friend took me here 4 months ago I will never go anywhere else! They are always extremely nice an will go above an beyond for your nails to look beautiful. Fantastic and I always feel welcomed I will forever be a customer.

Absolute rudest most disrespectful business I’ve ever been to. I never complain about anything and they do not listen to anything you request, ignore you, and do opposite of what you ask. Worst communication I’ve ever encountered. This is my first time here and I can promise it’s my last. I just had funeral services for my grandmother yesterday and to think I would do something that would help relax me and make me smile ruined my entire day. No customer appreciation or respect in this place. I’ve never done a review before but this had to be posted. Please do not waste your time nor ruin your day coming to this business. RUDE! RUDE! RUDE! The man who did my pedicure cut my nails too short. The manager is disrespectful towards customers, always yelling. I didnt go to my usual salon because they were packed. Lesson learned. If you go, bring cash. They add a fee for using debit/credit cards.

They don’t listen to you. The place is dirty and the nail technicians were eating and chewing on the floor. The owner or manager (a big Asian guy) was obnoxious and eating loudly. My nails were awful- so awful I went to another salon to have them fixed. Avoid at all costs.

This is my 2nd time coming here and they always do great. They now use new disposable tools for every customer! I loved the wine and Im definitely coming back here.

Shuffled around by about four people for a soak of and my nails looked absolutely terrible after. I asked for her to shape my nails and she turned them into crooked, cheap looking squares. I literally ended up redoing them once I got home. To make things worse I watched a tech go from scrubbing someones feet to doing someone elses manicure without washing their hands. Definitely will not be coming back. The only reason Im giving them two stars is because they actually got the acrylic off.

Unreal. Went in to get my acrylics off and I had to soak my hands for an hour and wasn’t checked up on. Had leftover residue on my hands which I had to ASK them to remove and they still didn’t. Completely uneven nail shapes and not to mention I never washed my hands after the acetone to now my hands are cracked. not even worth 30 dollars. Plus they never talked to me and yanked my hand or shoved them when they needed them.

I made an appointment and came with my friend for acrylics. They started doing my nails before hers and then when someone finally got to her they sat her across the salon. My nail tech was rough and rushed and my polish chipped not 10 minutes after leaving.

I have been been getting my nails done for years at many different places. This place was recommended by a friend and I have been happy with them. Sometimes there is a bit.of a wait but I do not mind. I have always done acrylic nails but recently they recommendedthe ANC and I love it.

I got my nails done a week ago and the lady that did them wasn’t glueing them right and I asked her if they were gonna fall off and she said they were fine and today they all are starting to fall off and I got them done last Sunday don’t recommend going there that’s the second time my nails have done that

Worst ANC ever, only lasted 1 week! I usually go another place but they were very busy so came here. My ANC usually lasts 4-6weeks

This place is horrible went there spent 45 mins to wait when they took people who came in after me that needed a full set as well. The guy was rude complained the whole time and talked horrible about the one girl who asked a question. I worked for a dr who taught me manderian so i knew what was being said. When i told the guy he was rude af he just looked at me. and stopped talking in his language. Second of all they did a horrible job filing my nails i complained the woman said to come back when i got a fill to get it better if i didnt like it ummm what!? I wont be going back and to beat it all its been 2 DAYS and the guy who did it didnt even cover my entire nail with the acrylic idk how to upload pics but i wish i could. And lastely they want u to use an outdoors atm bc they want pmt in cash umm my bank charged me 6.00 for their atm. neverrrr going back ever ill stick to my normal place in redhook they are amazing

So Id never gotten my nails done before. I recently quit the bad habit of chewing them and my sister, looking for a new salon herself, took me here. Overall it wasnt a bad experience. We waited a while (got there at 4 and left at 6:30) but the woman who seemed to be in charge did warn customers that they were severely understaffed for the day. We both got mani-pedis which as a combo starts at $33 dollars. A regular mani starts at $12 and for that price Id definitely go back. My sister got ANC French tips which came out wonderful. The staff was friendly and playful. The only thing Id have to say is that when I left I didnt feel as if the polish on my fingers had fully dried. But Im definaelty returning within the month to get ANC nails before I go on vacation.
