Why is nobody talking about how filthy this place is?!?! And how about the cockroaches???? Find it very hard to believe any of these positive reviews are referring to the same nail salon!

An average ok place being a bit generous. Could use more sanitary practices since it doesnt look very clean there. Saw a cockroach crawling and then one of them stomped it. You dip your nails in the same pots as everyone else. Same worn looking tools, files, brush, etc. used on everyone and didnt see any type of cleaning done in between. Would be worried to go during flu season because of this. Workers seem nice enough. 4 of my shellac nails from a pedicure peeled off within the day. They were nice to fix it, but of course I still tipped the new lady who fixed them. Dont feel the pedicure was worth 45+10 tip+5 to fix though since they dont even give any type of massage. It was just a very lackluster pedicure for the price. I wouldnt go out of my way to go back and will try other places. Edit: After much reflection 45 is ridiculous for a manicure with nothing special added and no massage and having to come back for the peeling gel nails and tipping yet again. Other places give you a lot more for 30-40 and are cleaner. Will never come back here again. Definitely dont want the older guy doing your nails. The gel polish used seems rather cheap as they do not last as long as other places so I am guessing some no name brand. This is even after reapplication. Absolute rip off.

HORRIBLE customer service. Made me wait for an hour then told me that they can’t do it. Not even the eyebrows.They also have attitude issue.I’d not recommend. Find another place and save your money and time.

My nail appointment with Kevin was at 12:30. Sat there like a monkey for 30 minutes got fed up and left. How do you say yes when someone books a appointment with you, just so you could do another girls nails. Not cool.

Absolutely horrible. My pregnant fiancé went in for a manicure and pedicure and some one started to help her and then left her sitting for over an hour. A guy that did my friends nails had to help finish. He was the only nice thing about this place. I sat in the car with my friends baby for 3 hours and still they forced me to pay $130. All that money for bad service and 3 hours of waiting with a baby. Highly do not recommend.

I really love getting my nails done there over the years Kevin Is the only one I let do my hands when I go in I say do something nice and when I come out everywhere I go I get compliment on it .

Steer clear of here. I got a set done on Wednesday 4 nails broke by Friday THEY CHARGED ME TO FIX THEM. They were horrible . I made an appointment for nikki and I get there 15 mins early to wait 30 mins to be told someone a walk in is ahead of me. I walked out. The owners yell at eachother infront of customers. Worst salon ever. One star isnt even what they deserve

Great place to have your acrylic done. Very friendly staff and got mine mani pedi done in hour and half. Perfect!

Nikki did my friend’s nails (while I was there for support) and she’s so obsessed with them! She was so encouraging and enthusiastic about her job, I couldn’t help but feel that energy myself. I will definitely be booking an appointment and going to her.

Jack is the man! He does an awesome job! Whenever I come in he is so welcoming and ready to help me. My nails also are bomb! I highly recommend!

Love this Nail Spot, Highly Recommend to others. Clean environment, mostly reasonable prices, The Owner, does excellent work, and Nikki did her thing yesterday 5-5-19, they are my favs,if u go n have to wait for one of them its so worth your time. I been going there for years, there are other Nail tecks that are very good as well. Just dont know their names. And a few I didnt like. As far as how my nails came out. But a closed mouth dont get fed!!! I Tell them what i want, n if u need to make them fix it,you are the customer and absolutely should walk out happy. They know I love my nails n toes perfect n to match. If I’m paying $68 every two weeks, the best be Perfect when I pay. You gotta speak up n let them know just exactly what you want!!! One week it’s $55, then $45, then another time it’s $68, or $50, I get a fill n gel on my nails n regular polish on my toes. That alone is $20 for regular polish mat finish. Just wish it was more consistent with the prices. One day I get charged extra $5 for mat finish, then two weeks later it cost extra $5 for hands n $5 for feet. I might try another spot to check if they are consistent with prices, n good. But definitely give Nikki at Nail tech props. She is excellent!!!!

Nicky, the owners wife just did a wonderful job in my nails. I got a french manicure with a flower on ring fingers. I love it. FYI call for an appointment because they are very busy.

This os the way you treat your customers! They were mobbed so instead of doing a sloppy job like my experience at Miss Kellys salon in Saugerties N.Y;they told us to come back in about 40 minutes. We did; and it was just what the Doctor ordered after THAT HORROR STORY!. I got a pedicure that was ABSOLUTE Heaven! Relaxing clean; and skilled. My feet havent looked or felt better in years! Also got a beautiful gel manicure; with designs on 2 nails . No stamps;or cutouts: they are like artists! She handpainted it herself and did a fabulous job. Its been over a week and I still get compliments on them! Well worth the money and as always I INCLUDED a GENEROUS tip.They earned it.

The woman who did my nails was very quick and careless about the job that she did, which was very poor. I paid for a gel polish full set and the nails came out incredibly thin. My pinky nail busted off 3 days later, which they fixed for free. I went back to fix ir and do a color change. The gentleman there was much more considerate and careful, but unfortunately, the nails are so thin that running the drill on them makes me fear that another will soon break off. I wont be back.

WORST experience at a nail salon in my life. 10 minutes into starting my nails the nail tech told me he had to leave, and that he would be back in 5 minutes. I then watched him walk into the dollar store to get a drink first before driving off. When he wasn’t back in 25 minutes I finally decided to leave, nails partly done . Aside from the extremely rude staff it’s also filthy. I will definitely never be back

I dont normally write negative reviews, but I am a pedi lover! at least every 2 weeks .. So i was in the area stopped by here for a pedi.. It was nice to start. but they shaved my heals never had this done before. either way, my feet looked great but were kinda sore, two days later they cracked, they have continued to crack and bleed now for over a month. NEVER have i EVER had any problems with heels skin toes etc....but stay clear...my feet look horrible, feel terrible...I will never ever go here again!

I would leave 0 stars if I could. I was appalled by their extremely rude behavior. I sat down to get a pedicure after being screamed at for 10 minutes and the girl started taking off my gel nail polish in my finger nails and was about to take 20 minutes to put tinfoil and acetone on them when I said I never said I wanted this and I was here for a pedicure. Then 3 guys came right up to me and talked so fast I had no idea what they were saying and ripped off the tinfoil and left. It seriously appalled me by how rude they were. Also my friend went there, and they told her the nail polish she picked out was 3 years old and was pretty much forcing her to use this other nail polish she picked out. So, she went outside to call another place to see how much it costed and the owner came out to smoke and heard her so he yelled if you seriously wanna leave well take other people in the rudest tone honestly I cant believe these people, do not come here.

Overwhelming toxic odor, Dirty, and extremely rude -The worst nail place Ever- Don’t go !I paid for a pedicure and got a urgent call me Mom had a accident- I had to leave and paid for the treatment plus tip and said I would be back to finish the next day- My Mother ended up passing away and I flew back and went in to the salon - he was mean and spoke brusquely at me saying he didn’t care if my Mom died he wouldn’t honor it since it was 3 weeks - it was not what he said but the way he said it I could’ve understood if he was even kind care per spoke softly he basically shouted at me and was the rudest person I’ve ever met -I have had my nails done there before and it was always when I couldn’t get an appointment somewhere else or was in a rush but to tell you to choose I always felt a little nauseous leaving as the place is extremely chemical smell with no vent

The best prices in the area HANDS DOWN and the quality of service is always top notch. They are so kind and really listen to what you want AS LONG AS YOU TELL THEM. They did renovations to the salon recently which is a plus. No more horrible Florissant lighting, very clean, and BIG leather massage chairs. They do mani and pedis for men as well. I have been going to this salon for the past 8 years and my visits there just get better and better. I see Christine, Jay, or Nancy for Full sets and fills. Wendy and Lucy for Pedis, Manis (Gel), and waxing.

Called for 2 pedicures at 1:30 told me no good they make one for 1 o’clock and the other for 130 get there at 1:30 and they had a walk-in who wants two pedicures at 1:30 set all three of us in our stations and proceeded to let us sit there for over 20 minutes Technician finally comes over and starts to work on the walk-ins husband and I have been going there for months lady who used to take care of us no longer there we won’t be either this was just plain rude and I left
