I got a regular pedi, came in at 7:30pm. There was only one other customer in the parlor. Great service, great job! She is wonderful, timely, considerate and on point. Prices are fair and service is not rushed but timely. Thank you Kim Nail Salon! I will be back for more outstanding service. I think I found my nail place and totally recommend!

Just finished getting my nails done here and I will be coming back. The lady and her daughter was really nice and I left very pleased with my nails.

I was a regular client and I always tipped over 20% last week I went in without a mask on and I was asked to put one on, I told her that I was vaccinated however I have one in the car if it was still required. When I came back in my daughter informed me she and her other clients were mocking me out loud right in front of her while I was outside. Between my daughter and I, I spend about $140 every time I go there before tip and that’s 2x a month. I expect some sort of professionalism. We left and won’t be going back.

Rude, rough, and my thumbnail is probably infected. I have soaked it in hydrogen peroxide and alcohol. It still hurts. This woman is a butcher.

I could be here all day explain the things that went wrong but it’s not clean she doesn’t do a good job it’s very expensive and she’s very rude. As I was sitting there waiting for her to do my nails she was doing my friend and I constantly got hit with bits and pieces of acrylic as she was filing my friends off and then her daughter told me that she wouldn’t Be able to do the shape I wanted but Kim told her to do it anyway. Oh, and she cut me.

Mother and daughter business. The women are truly kind, patient, genuine, polite, and work very hard. Overall a wonderful experience I would go back again.

This place is awesome. It is a mother daughter business. They are two of the sweetest people I have ever had do my nails. They really give you the attention and service you pay for. I really felt like I could relax and not rushed like some places that are crowded. I loved this place ❤️

I know for a fact I will never go to this place again. Kim is a nice person but the overall experience wasn’t good. It took at least 2 hours. Another family member of mine came out of the salon with top coat all over her fingers and a pretty good cut (picture inserted). I as well came out with top coat all over. Kim tended to rush and go from person to person while her daughter tried to take her time until she was told to move on. I believe the cleanliness could be much better. As multiple people watched them both go from feet to hands without washing their hands (repeated over and over) isn’t professional and to me disgusting. On top of everything, my gel polish is already peeling off 5 hours later. Overall the $80 that was spent excluding tip was NOT worth it! Do not recommend this place.

Everything about this salon was bad the nails were chunky she didn’t seem like she had her license to do nails she was very very rude as soon as I walked in her daughter was amazing she did my toes and did took her time Kim did my friends toes and rushed was very aggressive and didn’t paint them right never coming back to that salon shouldn’t even be a salon

I am so mortified with how my nails came out. I posted a picture with the others. When I was inside i did not inspect then until I was in the sunlight. They were so uneven and so messy. My nails looked so wide. The lady who did them was very nice to me but it seems she lost her love and passion for nails. I had to cut them when I got home because the glue was burning my fingers so bad and stuck from my skin to nail. I cant even take them off because of how bad my nails hurt. Such a shame. Never again..

She was the only one working and she spent too much time on my feet to not turn out the way I wanted!

This lady did the absolute worst unprofessional job Ive ever had done. Not only doesnt she know what shes doing she cut my nails completely off and had no clue how to fix them. I had to leave and go somewhere else. Very dissatisfied. Then she had the nerve to take 10$ she shouldnt have taken any money. Very unprofessional. She should not be doing nails. Definitely dont recommend.

Very dirty and unhygienic practices here. The instruments, tables and seating area are not cleaned between costumers. The job was not done well either. No reason to return here.

The people who run it are very nice. although it’s not sanitary at all and my nails are chipping already. i got a gel manicure yesterday and they’re already coming off. and my mom payed 50 dollars for me and her. it’s a total rip off. I had to kill a spider while i was there. my surroundings of my nails are bleeding. also i have a half nail for my fingernail and she didn’t care at all. very disappointed

Went tuesday afternoon to get my nails done. I did not call ahead and make an appointment so it was my fault i had to wait over an hour for someone to start workibg on the full set i wanted. I know my nails are incredibly short, if i have arcylics i dont bite and pick at them the way i do when i dont have arclics on but the woman doin my nails felt the need to exclaim out loud numeroys times and short and disgusting my finger nails were which i didnt think was necessary. I will never go back there! Four days later my fingers still hurt and are still bleeding because of how rough techincan was.

Kim is a very nice lady but I was not pleased with the overall experience. It took almost 2 hours for tips and my fingers were sore after.I also think they can do better with properly washing/covering hands when working with nails and feet. My niece also had her nails done and they chipped off a couple hours after. It just wasn’t worth the money spent .

My daughter N law just got her nails done & what a horrible, dirty, unprofessional place!!! She’s on her way to the ER because her entire nail has come off with the acrylic tip that was just done!! When we called Kim she was cold rude and told us to sue her and see who wins with a laugh!!! How disgusting. PLEASE READ REVIEWS there truthful warnings!!!

Got mani & pedi. There was no stone scrubbing on feet, or foot filing. Manicure, the nail polish is uneven. At that very pricey. Will not be going back.

Love her... I go to her every two weeks like clock work for my nails, and love her pedicures. Shes very polite, and especially sweet to my children.

Had a wonderful experience, she took her time to ensure my nails turned out perfect! Was so comfortable and easy to talk to!

Kim was open late. I needed to be rescued with a winter pedicure. She uses gloves, very clean. Kim cares about how you look and feel. The foot massages are wonderful.

Kim will no longer have the pleasure of doing business with me my friends and none of my family. She has proven herself to be unprofessional and highly disrespectful. Upon receiving an eyebrow wax Kim dropped the whole wax stick on my very expensive ski jacket my eyes where closed but i could feel it fall. I open my eyes saw the wax tried to get her to stop so i could wipe it she insisted to finish and i insisted she stop she then proceeded to wipe my jacket with BABY OIL!!! The number one thing that will stain any and everything!!! Long story short she told me she would replace it seeing she clearly ruined my property and i was clearly very 😡 upset. Showing up the next day however Kim clearly had no intention to replace my Nothface she never even offered up an apology. Not to mention my eyebrows came out horrible! 😩 Fact of the matter is people cant just treat you any ole type of way the have to own up to their mistakes and do whats right. Im not a happy women at the moment but. I guarantee she get it right

My nails look nice but she was very rough and I have multiple cuts on my fingers. She had about 4 other people waiting and she was the only one working so she was sort of rushed. She was very nice though
