Always look forward to my hair appointments with Brittney. She is always smiling, and down to earth-yet professional! I usually say just do your thing because I know she always makes me feel and look like a million bucks(even if COVID19 has put a damper on socializing to show off the new Hair-do!) She always has great hair advice and I trust her expertise! The salon is always clean and I didnt feel any apprehension returning after Corona shutdown. I have been coming to this salon for many years. No one provides better service than John and his staff. They are so pleasant and so professional. Any cut or color is accomplished with a beautiful finish! John is so kind and experienced with college students and he has a loyal following. You cannot find a better salon in South County!

This salon gets 10 stars! Brittany is incredibly talented, I have gone to her for years and she does amazing updos, cuts, and the best color!! My hair is very long and thick and she always gives me perfect layers. I’m so picky with my hair and she is without a doubt the best of the best. The salon itself is sparkling clean. Can’t say enough good things about Hairwaves!

I have been going to John every 6 weeks for the past two years. He consistently does a better job on my hair color and cut than I ever had at any other high end salons in NY. I highly recommend Hairwaves for stylish cuts and flattering coloring.

I’m a URI student decided to give this place a shot. Manager is very rude and unfriendly felt like I was being interrogated just to get my haircut. The overall cut was alright nothing special would not recommend this place to anyone. Your better off at great clips or fantastic sams, cheaper price and better service
