This is the place to go. My brand new iMac was running unrealistically slow and I spent awhile on Apple Support and physically went to the Apple Store for guidance, and ultimately got nowhere. TechSmith is actually super passionate in what they do and will get to the bottom of your problem. Super nice dudes as well. Couldnt recommend them more.

These guys were amazing! The hinge on my laptop was broken because the screws were stripped on the display itself. They were resourceful enough to devise a solution by tapping the holes and using slightly larger screws and it was very affordable. If I took it to an Apple shop they would have forced me to change the screen and it would have cost a fortune. They really know what they are doing and it was fast. Thank you!

I brought my Macbook Pro to them. It had already been looked at once by a near by competitor. They opened it up found the problem and repaired. They took the time to educate and sent me home with a working laptop.
