Ive been going to Kens for over 20yrs now to get a haircut & him & Joey always does a great job!!

We got 3 boys haircuts and had to go to a different barber to fix 3 haircuts… two trims and a fade. All were left lop sided and not complete.

It was my sons first time coming here. We went before school. Ken did an AMAZING job! He was so nice and made my son feel comfortable. Most important he did a FANTASTIC job on his hair. The prices are great as well. My son is so excited to show his friends his hair. I highly recommend going here!

The old style barbershop/w its living room atmosphere have been around for decades. Great job to Ken and his side-chair grandson for giving their services to the men, young & old of N.E.Tennessee & S.W.Virginia. I got my 4th of July haircut yesterday and as always.... It was satisfying and 1 of the cheapest in town! Thank you👍👍

My fiance has been using Ken as his barber ever since he was a little tike which has been a total of the past 40 years or more. I admire Kens determination and compassion as a barber 💈 or worker in general. I hope I have as much will power and long life health just like Ken when I get older. I normally go to another “old fashioned” barber on Lynn garden but there is always a huge wait, that place does a good job but with a 2 yr old it’s hard to wait that long. So we went here and it’s the same great old fashioned hair cuts for $10! Walked right on in on a Saturday morning at 11, no wait was in and out in no time! My 2 yr old said he wanted to go back!

Just got me and my brothers haircut at his shop about 10 minutes ago and the younger guy did good on my hair but do not ever let Ken (the old guy) touch your hair. I asked him to take ONE HALF of an inch off of my brothers hair and he completely shaved the sides of his hair and cut 3 inches off the top, and didn’t even line his hairline up. Hands down the worst barber I’ve ever seen, he needs to be shut down immediately.

In and out in less than fifteen minutes! I tip 50% because they are always clean and professional. American gem!

Old time real barbershop

Good, old time barber shop. The kind I grew up with! Ken and his son make you welcome!

Well it was like stepping into the 1960’s with the Bible Channel blaring and a building from the turn of the last century. Didn’t mind all of that but when I started talking with the old man about how the neighborhood had gone down, he immediately went into a rant about how the Riverview community all moved to Lynn garden when the city tore Riverview down. He didn’t hold back on the racial slurs and I don’t know that I’ve ever felt that uncomfortable around someone holding sharp objects near my neck. Without any doubt that was the most unprofessional place I have ever been and I will definitely never go back.
