They charged me 105 for oil change. I mean it’s pretty expensive and workers stepped on my car seats . It’s really dirty nowI will never come back here
Brian D and Joe and the whole crew are great at this location. Very on top of everything. They were out of fluid I needed for my transmission, but they got my oil changed and actually called me a few days later to come in for the flush. Got me right in and out. Great service, great price and the guys do know what they are doing despite the other reviews on here.
The customer service could be better. The techs all looked at me and never acknowledge me. I waited at the service desk until someone finally come to address me. Its a great location, easy access from the highway.
This place is terrible! My husband and I have used them for years and when my son bought his first car he took it there for an oil change just to be proactive. He got an oil change 4/9 and by 5/11 his engine was knocking and he was told by a mechanic that there’s hasn’t been any oil in there and it was bone dry. There hasn’t been any oil leaking or anything. So where’s the oil?!! My husband asked to see the cameras to confirm oil was even placed and he was told they “weren’t working” that day. They wrote out and signed a letter stating they would accept responsibility if we got a certified mechanic to confirm it was strictly a oil issue and no wear. Well we did that and now THEY ARE BACKING OUT OF WHAT THEY SIGNED. This is a terrible way to do business and it’s a terrible thing to do to a kid who spent a lot of money on his first car! I will never use them again.

I went for an oil change, and when I left after about a mile I noticed whit smoke coming from the back of the car. The engine also started to make a grinding noise. When I pulled over the smoke stopped but there was oil dripping from the rear bumper and covering the window on the back lift gate window. I looked under the car where the engine was and oil was running out. It was also dripping from the underside of my car in other places.A tech came out and realized the the oil filter wasn’t tightened and had lost 3 1/2 quarts of oil. He added oil and spray the bottom of the car with degreaser, but didn’t do anything about the oil spill. I had the clean the back window, the lift gate door and the rear bumper when i got back to work.

Seems like everytime I come here they have some excuse as to why they cant do an oil change. Went last week an hour before closing and they werent accepting any cars and they had the open sign off. Guess the hours vary based on what the staff wants that day.
I had a flat tire and all the local gas stations pumps seem to be broken. Jiffy lube filled my tire with air and didnt charge me. Very nice guys in the garage.I dont live over here so I normally wouldnt come for an oil change but I appreciate how nice they were.
They got me in and out of there quick.
EDITED: I am editing my review because after I spoke with the manager, they made it right - It turned out the problem was due to the oil change and they reimbursed me for the cost of repairing it. Karim -the manager was very professional and respectful. I appreciate the fast that they stick behind their word of making things right.

Good service, the oil change and tire rotation took about 30 minutes. they did not reattach the splash guard correctly unfortunately and I had to get my wrench out and tighten the bolts in the correct spot. Will update once I have driven more after the service

I stopped in for a signature service for a fleet vehicle that I drive my washer level low message was on when I got there and it was still on after I left even though my receipt says that they added washer fluid it also says that my windows were cleaned and my interior was vacuumed that was not done either I wonder what else wasnt done.
This isn’t so much about the service that we paid for as much as it is about the cleanliness of the bathroom LOL but I feel like I should mention it. I had to feed my baby and asked my husband to scout the bathroom out. SO clean and it even had a changing station. For such a male dominated industry, this location definitely goes out of its way to accommodate baby caretakers. I’m really pleased.
Wife went in to ask them to check an oil leak, no oil change required. They proceeded to service/charge her for an oil change and then tell her that she had a leak that they could not fix. They did not offer a refund when told that they did not listen. This is not only ignoring a customer but sexism at its finest.Please avoid at all costs.
The oil change went well but the mechanics could not rotate my tires because there was not a tire key. Never had anyone ask for the key to unlock the tires before with Midas so idk guess I will have to look in my manual

The Jiffy Lube in King of Prussia is the best. They explained why I needed a service and were not pushy about me getting the service done. They dont seem to be trying to upsell me like other Jiffy Lubes I have been to. Very courteous too!
Ignorant. My daughters enter the establishment asked a question and was met with a response that was rude, rude, rude. The exiting comment made to them was we dont do oil changes in the parking lot. If they had asked for parking lot oil changes I could understand the response. But since they did not, I found the comment to be insulting and judgemental. I will do my best to tell any and everyone I meet about our experience. (I was sitting in the car to see how long we would have to wait. No wait required.)
Fast service and they took me for an oil change when they were closing in 20 minutes. The gentleman at the counter answered all my questions as I am not very educated in cars and oil changes. I appreciated his service. was very kind and pleasant to talk to as wel as informative. He was professional and very pleasant. It is a simple waiting room with comfortable chairs. Would go back for another oil change. He also did not even slightly try to sway my decision to not Get extra service as some places try to pull one on you. i left satisfied.

Basic oil change took 2 hours, the car in the next bat finished before mine and showed up an hour later. Horrible God awful place to get your oil changed. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else, it is not worth it. Felt really great seeing them all smoke 5 feet away from my car while it was in the bay. One star is too high.

I went in a week ago for an oil change. I admit I’ve been on borrowed time with my battery but starting the car has NEVER been an issue. When the service person came in to talk to me he told me my battery was dead. I thought he was exaggerating so I said not to worry about it. He stared at me and then went back to the car. When checking out he told me they had to jump start the car to get it in and out of the service bay. This didn’t make sense, again I’ve never had a problem starting the vehicle. When I got in all my radio presets were gone which means at some point the battery was disconnected. I’ve started the car roughly six or eight times a day for the last week and again have had zero problems. I can only reach one of two conclusions regarding this Jiffy Lube. The first is that they are incompetent and don’t know how to start a car or check a battery. More likely is they lied to me to sell me a battery I didn’t need. Regardless of which it is I’ll never go back.
I live in KOP.this locations employ were good but any more.some new guys they dont know how to talk to customers. Poor services. I just change the oil and cabin filter my cabin box still hanging when they gave me car.and prices are mutch higher. Dont change the oil here its very expensive. Cabin filter prices are ridiculous. I wont go back to this location until they fix the prices.
Ive used jiffy lube at other locations, and never needed to give one star before. These guys made me wait for over an hour. They tried to up sell me on things that clearly didnt need to be done or replaced. And one of the add on items that I did pay for, new wiper on back window, was never replaced. Now Im going to have to go back and fight for my money back, and Ill insist that they show me the replaced air filter, since I no longer trust them.
Enough is enough.I had an oil change completed on 5/9/19. Unfortunately today, Mothers Day, I find smoke billowing from under the hood of my minivan. Luckily I was at a CVS, where I quickly ran in to get some water to douse the smoldering area under the hood. After the smoke had cleared I find a rag was left behind on the lower part of the engine bay near the radiator fan. It was obviously resting on something hot enough to make it almost catch on fire. When the oil was changed it must have been left behind by a technician. What is so scary about this situation is the fact that I garage the minivan. What would have happened if I parked the minivan in the garage, went in the house and then the minivan caught fire? It would have been some time before I realized that the minivan was on fire let alone the garage and house could have caught fire. Now I need to have the minivan inspected to make sure nothing was damaged. There is quite a bit of wiring around the area. Time off from work and inconvience. Shame on Jiffy Lube!The last time I went to this Jiffy Lube, back in December of 2018, I waited almost an hour and a half to get an oil change. Out of frustration I left without having it done. Why? Because the car in front of me was having a two hour service done. Meanwhile in the next bay there was another car having a one hour service done. Was there any communication on the part of the staff to the customer about the wait we were going to experience? No. The two people having their cars serviced dropped off their cars and were going to pick them up later in the day. The staff should have moved those cars to the side to get the people who were there for an oil change only, in and out. When there was a lull in the flow of cars needing an oil change they should have used up one bay to take care of the other two cars, not clog up both bays. Stupidity reigns supreme...I have been going to Jiffy Lube for the past 15 years. More recently things have changed. I used to be in and out in a Jiffy. Not any more. If you want to change your model from oil change only to more of a full service car center then you need to have more space, better management and better communication to your customers.Needless to say I am very disappointed in the service I have received recently at Jiffy Lube. Management better take note.
Went here in 2018 they never put skid plate back on, COULD HAVE BEEN IN MAJOR ACCIDENT, windy night . This company is BAD!! with putting stuff back right !

Had my oil changed here a little while ago. Took me about a week to figure out the oil spots on my driveway were new and coming from my car. Crawled underneath and sure enough the drain plug was not tightened all of the way. Cranked it tight myself and called Jiffy Lube.After speaking with the manager, Chris, I was assured I would be credited for their mistake and topped off. But it was a weekend and their systems do not work on the weekend. Weeks later I am still waiting for my refund. I have called numerous times to speak with Chris he never seems to be available.Most recently I called, Chris was unavailable (no surprise) so I asked to speak with the acting supervisor and was put on hold. Held for 15+ minutes no answer. Called back and immediately was put in contact with Ed, the acting supervisor. After bringing Ed up to speed on my situation and experience with Chris... he hung up.I have been using Jiffy Lube for 10+ years. What started off with an honest mistake has metastasized into a disaster of a customer service issue. Dont even bother with the main offices customer service inquiry form or 1-800 line. Both are dead ends as well.
Everyone knows JL is great for oil changes....Were you aware they also do BRAKES!!! Just had my rotors & brakes fixed by Mike & his crew!!! Excellent job!!!I highly recommend them!!!

Honestly, the best jiffy lube Ive ever been to! Didnt try and over push the up sells, offered several options and listened to what I wanted. The guy at the desk, in the glasses, was very respectful and understanding that most of the things I can do myself, and pushed his team to get my ram truck out quickly!Ill be comming back with my other vehicle next week!
Don’t expect your oil to be changed in a jiffy if you come here... we waited for an hour. Also I would recommend asking them to not “clean” the inside of the car. The dirty cloth they used left our car dirtier than it was when we went in.
Would give zero stars but cant post without at least one star. Went there today and asked for a simple oil change ($39.99) in a pinch. I dont drive much because I work from home so dont need to spend much on it. They were pleasant enough on arrival. Then they took the car in. Nobody ever came to talk to me. They ended up doing the most expensive oil change ($79.99) and replacing the cabin air filter ($39.99). Ended up costing me $120+.....$80 more than I wanted to pay for a lousy oil change. They said they mixed up the two Jeeps and they were sorry. Great, thanks. Never go to this place, I get the feeling they run this scam often.

Got a signature service oil change, asked specifically to make sure my tires were pumped up. Got the car back afterwards and my tires werent even touched, still at 14 psi, even though they told me the tires were filled. The service wasnt even that bad, but if youre going to tell me you pumped up my tires, actually do it...

Brought in a fleet vehicle where the change oil light was on. Ed checked and the oil change was not due, the light just had not been reset. Ed and the team checked the fluids, added air to the tires and sent me on my way with no charge. Thanks guys!
I would never go back. They ripped the new air filter I put in and told me it was bad. They changed my tire pressure in my tires without asking me and they broke the cap to my oil and didnt say anything I will never go back!

Terrible service today after 10 years of loyalty. Tire pressure 10lbs lower on the left front, they said all were set to 35lbs, three at 41lb and one at 30lb, they never checked. They didnt vacuum, No sticker on window, didnt reset the car oil change all of which they said were done. $120 and 20 minutes for an oil change, ridiculous. Manager wouldnt discount service, but offered to let me sit in line and try again. No time to wait for them to do the job they should have done to begin with. I am done with them!

Went in for a 15 min oil change. An hour later got my keys back. Tried to upsell me and put air into my tires even though they didn’t need them. My tires are now overinflated and my car is driving wobbly. You couldn’t pay me to go back here.
Went with my girlfriend to have her oil changed. They tried their hardest to upsell her on everything, didnt even check any of the other fluids, and ended up charging her for a new air filter without even asking. A few days after the oil change, her car starting shaking and smoking. Had to take it to another place to have it looked at. Turns out they didnt add oil.Would not recommend
I went to this location for an oil change and new wiper blades for my BMW X3. Instead of pulling the wipers UP along the windshield to replace the blades, the employee pulled them OUT against the windshield to replace them. This caused the wipers to rub against the hood of the car, scratching the paint down to the metal on both sides.At first the manager, Mark Quinter, was very apologetic - even offering to repair my car at a BMW-certified body shop. I really wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. But then I started getting the run around (the estimate I received was too high, they want to get one from their body shop they have a relationship with).Finally, three weeks later I called the shop and the District Manager, Paul, outright refused to reimburse me for the cost of properly repairing the car (repainting the hood is too excessive and they will pay to try to get it buffed out by a detailer).I have been told by several auto detailing shops that because the paint is scraped down to the metal, my car needs to have the entire hood repainted to restore it to the condition it was in before servicing it at Jiffy Lube. A touch up would actually ruin the appearance.I would also like it to be noted that before Paul launched into his speech in which he mansplained to me about how much experience he has in auto body, he failed to even apologize or acknowledge that one of his employees did a completely amateur job on replacing my wiper blades. There is no excuse for an auto business to screw up this badly on a simple wiper blade change.After being given the run around for nearly a month, even contacting Jiffy Lube corporate to be ignored, I ended up filing a claim with my insurance. I will have to pay $500 out of pocket for the deductible with no guarantees to ever see that money again from Jiffy Lubes insurance.An expensive lesson learned - I will never take my car to a Jiffy Lube or quick change place ever again. Learn from my mistake and avoid this place.EDIT: Would like to add that the responses received here from the company are asking me to email a NON-EXISTENT email address.
Have a brand new 2018 Dodge durango with 4500 miles on it and already has a huge door ding with paint missing. Guys that work here do not care about their job. Never take a car you care about here

Did some things OK, like letting me know my tires were really worn, but screwed-up by draining/not filling my power steering reservoir. Car was unsafe to drive. Had to go to another Jiffy Lube to have them give me power steering fluid. They emptied an entire bottle. Not good.
