Ed saved my family from what could have been a really terrible night. We went to a show in Philly and our car was towed. We were stuck with a 2 year old and it was getting close to bedtime. ;) The towing company would not release our car because the VIN number on the insurance card was off by one letter and the insurance company was not open for us to call. We called Ed on a weekend night and got him right away. He got us a new insurance card and faxed it to the towing company. We got home safe and sound and in time for bed time. :) Thanks Ed!!!
