Our house was one caught in severe winds in early June 2020. We had extensive damage to trees, power lines, and fences. David Hashagen was very helpful in getting the assessor out promptly. Within a few days we had a first check from Allstate. The tree company was out even before the assessor and was very good except their front office was very bad about responding for details on the work. David was very helpful again with the claim agent and we are very happy with the outcome. We are happy to be long time customers of the agency.

I was a loyal Allstate customer for over 30 years. Bill Gerrity was the agent there. He retired and now David H took over. Bill always called me with ways that i could save on my insurance and helped me negotiate the system when I had an accident. The current agent told my son that he is only there to get us the best rate. LIE. I went onto an insurance web site and found that I could save over $700 over 6 months. When I called his partner answered the phone and laughed at the quote that I got. To make a long story short he tried to tell me that the rates were not comparable as I wouldnt have the save coverage. It turns out I would. So I think you should check rates periodically. I caught him in a few mis truths.

Policy cancellation is a hassle with this agency. I was a loyal customer for more than 7years and doing business with William Garrity was a pleasure before but that has changed completely with the new agent taking over the office. I have tried to reach multiple times via email and phone calls to cancel my policy but still deducted the amount from the bank. VERY disappointed and never going back to this agency.

Allstate is excellent. My parents had Allstate Insurance before their deaths. I have had Allstate Insurance for many years. My Allstate agent, David Hashagen, is excellent; and, so was my parents and my former Allstate agent, Bill Garrity, who is retired as an agent. Bill works in the office with David Hashagen in King of Prussia, PA. Allstate was named as a 2017 Worlds Most Ethical Company by the Ethisphere Institute- that does not surprise me at all.
