This is the place you want to go to help find your housing needs. The staff was very helpful and went out their way to help my husband and I. They have reasonable prices and a full inventory. Great attitudes and big smiles. I will definitely be going back !!!!

This place is getting better at looking after the equipment they have for sale. Seems like its under a better administrator than pre-pandemic times. They could organize the yard better and protect items from the elements.

NOT FOR THE COMMUNITY....I shop at this place on a regular. Every since they have new management it has went down. Sure do miss previous Mgr.Tee shw was very Respectful and helpful. Now the employees and volunteers very unprofessional a lot of horseplaying using profanity and bad customer service. I purchased a door and was told Charles If i bought it same day would give at a discount price and I could come pick up the next day since i did not have truck. when I got there to pick up around 12:30 they said they did not have the door it was sold to someone else, I ask how did that happen.when you put sold on it with my name. They were not apologetic at said it just happened we put the wrong sign on it and I didnt understand that. I know they resold it for a higher price. Then I ask for a number for Corporate Office Kristian Hannibal comes out and askWhats the issue here? I said did they not explain it to you. She said well you got your refund and I said yes I did but that is not the issue. Youll deal with customers on a daily basis all day long buyong and hokding until pick up so how is it that the door I purchased just happen to get resold? She couldnt explain nor was she customer friendly. This company really need to screen their helpers. I will not be going back.

Love this place. Like any thrift store you shouldnt go looking for anything more specific than tile, or bath sink or interior door, but if you go with an open mind youll find a myriad of used stuff that just might fit what youre looking for. Need help? Just ask the knowledgeable & enthusiastic staff... they know everything.

Its always nice to give back to the community, and Habitat for humanity does just that. Their little store offers prices and personable staff. I visit often, and recommend other to do the same. Go volunteer or just visit their shop.

Had to rate with one star, that was the lowest choice, they deserve a big ZERO. I love Habitat and what they do, this was the worst experience Ive had though. I came in at 1645 when the were closing at 1700. The office staff said were closing, I remarked that I would be gone before 5. They have a very small inventory and items werent priced. I just needed a few interior door knobs. Then, at 1650, they turned off the lights. I told the guy with the light switch in his hand that I was still trying to pick out a few things. He said go talk to her, so I did, and she said yes, were closing. I said its 10 minutes to 5 pm. Oh, you can keep shopping (with the the lights turned off). Clearly, a group less concerned about Habitat s mission, than they are about their personal business. What a bunch of knuckleheads!

The Re-store used to be my go-to for remodeling projects or repairs before the costly home improvement stores. I hadnt been in a couple of years, it seems a little junkier now- but I had the best person to help me find what i needed. I ended up finding 1/2 of the items i needed which was fine- I had the nicest help!

I am new to the area and have visited Habitat for Humanity for items to repair our home. The pricing seems to be a little outragous. I always thought this kind of place was suppose to be low cost and affordable. The staff is laid back, very unhelpful and inconsiderate. I dont understand why most things are saved for contractors and not sold to the general public. The title Habitat for Humanity doesnt apply here.

I was so very excited to find one locally until I went inside. The store was not organized or well kept. And I know the money goes to a great cause but half the stuff they were selling was unusable and in deplorable condition. The prices were a bit shocking. I found a light fixture in a beat up box that probably ran about 450 brand new for over 300 dollars. I wouldnt even be able to afford half there things and Im the average Joe.
