We used this moving company twice and were very pleased with their service. They worked in a timely manner, no damage to anything, and the rate is very affordable! I absolutely recommend and would use then again.

My husband received PCS orders to Hawaii and it seemed like the entire thing snuck up on us. Towne Services was our carrier. They scheduled us for two days and everything went by perfectly. Weve moved several times but this company is by far the best! They repacked everything that had been done before, were friendly and very hard-working. Loading everything up the next day was perfect as well. They took everything apart and wrapped everything so thay it would stay safe. Everything was amazing and Im definitely leaving them good reviews to transportation on fort hood as well!

We move an average of once a year and these were hands down the worst packers we’ve ever had. They were disorganized and packed things with no rhyme or reason, making it incredibly difficult to unpack and causing us to take much longer to determine what was missing. We almost certainly had items stolen during the packing process. Boxes were labeled inaccurately and incompletely and some arrived crushed as a result. They unpacked boxes only to repack them carelessly, so things that were organized and protected before the packers touched them arrived disorganized and damaged. They also neglected to pack several things, including leaving full drawers and simply ignoring items that we repeatedly assured them needed to be packed. I would not recommend this company and I absolutely will not allow them in my house again.

Where to begin...They unpacked all of my plastic tubs into cardboard boxes (thus separating my keepsake items and shipped them empty to take up more room in the truck so they could make more money. They labeled a box toys and then put a dagger in it so dont just hand boxes to your kids when you move in.They mislabeled a lot of boxes and put things in boxes that they didnt belong in. Breakable items? Thrown in carelessly together. But a pen was double wrapped in paper and took up a third of a box. They packed in things like used candy wrappers. My posters? Entirely destroyed because they were FOLDED into 4ths and thrown in underneath a bunch of stuff. My iraqi tapestries? packed in with a pump bottle of hand soap that they did not bother to even lock close so yeah...those are destroyed.My printer/scanner that cost a couple hundred bucks? Packed UPSIDE down underneath dumbbell weights without its cord in that box...Bye bye printer! Wedding dress? Yeah havent seen that at all.Also they straight up double wrapped a bunch of candy wrappers my son had apparently stashed in his drawer along with throwing other random bits of opened packaging and trash in there.So yeah, I would recommend that everyone stay away from them forever. Unless you like having your things damaged then they are definitely the moving company for you. If I had known how horrible they were going to be, I would have PSCd rather than let the military hire a contracted moving company.
