False advertising!!!I made a 5 pm appointment 6 weeks ago. It was confirmed via email twice. I clicked their link to reconfirm 5 days ago. I was told today, one day before the appointment, that there is no dentist at 5 pm. I could not reschedule at 3:15 pm for their convenience. I love this dental office, I HATE the dentist with a passion and had horrible experiences with other offices. They take a lot of insurances and they’re affordable for the most part. The staff is what makes it, seriously they’re super nice and caring...I just got my wisdom teeth out today and it was a pleasant experience (for what getting it removed is) they were super reassuring I would be okay and took good care of me. I’m definitely going to keep them as my clinic.

Wow... I have never had more of a painless experience in my life. I had some cavities and they filled them and left my smile bright. They even handled the insurance part with no problems...Im a happy lady!!

From the moment I called to walking out a week later after having my extraction, EVERYONE was WONDERFUL! I am someone who is TERRIFIED of mouth pain and I expressed that and they took better care of me than I could of imagined! I had to have a wisdom tooth extracted and was so scared when I knew I’d be awake, however the MOST AMAZING dentist and dental assistant EVER made the process comfortable, QUICK and I didn’t feel a thing! I HIGHLY recommend Aspen! Also, the office manager took time to answer all my questions, go over finance options and ultimately made it happen before my vacation! I truly can’t say enough good things about this office!!!

Enjoyed getting my routine teeth cleaning done here. The lady was very gentle while cleaning and nice she even asked me if I had a music preference. Plus the staff was very clean she made sure to wash her hands per CDC guidelines before beginning

Everyone was wonderful. Every team member explained all procedures clearly and showed empathy for my dental phobia. Its been many years since I went to the dentist, even though I had a dental plan. They made me feel more relaxed about my upcoming extractions and denture process!

Needed to find a new dentist and found Aspen. The visit was excellent. All the staff were very friendly, from check in to checkout. The hygienists were very knowledgeable, professional and efficient, from the x-rays to the cleaning. And the office was very clean, adhering to all the Covid precautions. I was even able to get my cleaning the same day. Glad I found Aspen!!

This place is Awesome!! I was having severe tooth pain that affected both my top and bottom row of teeth on the right side. Saturday I could not take it any longer. I called and they got me right in. I was in and out, (had an extraction), in like an hour or so. It was so quick and easy!! The doctor did great!!! Thanks again for getting me in immediately!! 💙

I have been to a few Dentists in my life. But I have never felt so comfy as I did at this Aspen Dental Clinic. From the day I walked in the door until I left there was always a friendly smile on everyones face. Amazing customer service.

Great customer service and you can tell they genuinely care about their patients. I went in feeling very nervous about all the things i knew needed to be done. They made me feel so comfortable and worked with my budget to find me a treatment plan i could afford. I havent gotten the work done yet but I am already optimistic by everything based on the very first visit. First impressions are everything.

I had 5 teeth pulled today at the Killeen location and Dr. Rodriguez ...Angie was absolutely wonderful as was her assistant. Dr Rodriguez was very patient with me and explained every detail ...since I was very nervous...she was gentle and because of that it made the procedure better for me......I recommend Aspen Dental in Killeen ..Very courteous and professional staff!!

Every single person in that building was so very nice...patient and so caring. They made me feel very comfortable with having work done & extremely confident. They have financing options for the cost that may not be covered so that you can get the work done you need.

Prior to last appointment I have not had any issues with Aspen. I had to cancel an appointment in December due to a death in the family, my appointment was rescheduled for 1/18/21 at 3:00.They sent me a email verification for that date and time. I showed up at 2:30. The office was closed. So I went into my email and found they sent another email the day before at 11:19 for my appointment and all it said was see you at 11:00. There was no other form of communication from them. I called while in the parking lot and left a message and still have not heard back from anyone and it’s the 21st. No one even called to see why I may have missed my appointment. I believe I will look for another dental office. I care for my elderly mother in law with dementia and do not have time to deal with mistakes like these.

On 8/31/20, I visited this facility for the first time. The Staff and atmosphere here was warm and friendly. After an introduction to the Dental Assistant, Hygenist and a Traveling Doctor respectively, I had a brief consultation. I recieved the initial exam and x-rays. Afterwards, I went over a treatment plan with the office manager and discussed the different payment options. Overall, I was very pleased with the interactions and service I received. I am considering using Aspen Dental as my go-to dentist regularly!

The entire staff shows the care and concern of their patients, is so convenient to make appointments. I love Aspen dental in Killeen, Tx.

So I think the staff is overall friendly and during this time of covid crisis they SEEMED to be following protocol HOWEVER when i visited their bathroom this is what I saw ... No tp ( I guess they are a victim of tp shortage!) The floor was disgusting, the toliet hadnt been cleaned in God knows how long, no SOAP OR PAPER TOWELS, the floor has so much built-up of dirt and grim ..were they just Swiffer the dirt into the corner ) even in the exam room floor was the same way ! I work in a medical office myself and non of this is acceptable. Unfortunately, I saw this bathroom after I already signed a treatment plan so I stuck letting someone who has no pride in cleanliness, work on my teeth!

Got seen quickly. Technician was knowledgeable, gentle and attentive. She completed my cleaning quickly and with a minimum of pain and discomfort. All precautions were taken to ensure my safety from the time I entered the office until my exit. I would recommend this office to anyone looking for dental services.

Without a doubt one of the best dental experiences Ive had. The entire team done an outstanding job of insuring that my visit was smooth and comfortable. I started my visit with Myah who took my x-rays, then a very nice nice Hygienist named Francesca, on to Dr. Rodriguez who said I was special because I had teeth above my teeth and then Jackie who was very pleasant to schedule my follow-up appointment.

I appreciate the care and concern the staff showed for me FD. I knew I would cry because that is normal for me and my diagnosis. The staff were extremely attentive to my needs and we worked on a plan that was feasible. The price was overly expensive I do not even pay that much when I go see my oral surgeon. Since I did not qualify for the program I had to take out yet another loan. I was in so much pain after my treatment it was miserable but I made it through the tears did not stop me from going back. I had faith and trusted in the dentist and hygienist. I still have work that has not been complete that I paid for but I do not want to be in pain again nope. My Oral Surgeon said I should ask for my money back and I laughed hysterically. I am very thankful that they would even see me most dentist would say no and turn me away. The facility was clean and they were super serious about COVID19 and I thank them for my mask. I am on the fence but I will say the doctor and staff were truly one in a million in my eyes

Went there because I was in pain with a toothache..they took x-rays ..very friendly and professional..but it seemed they were more concerned about selling me dentures and not really considering the main reason I went there. In the future I will probably go back for dentures..but right now..still have a toothache 😫

Aspen dental was awesome. Dr Rodriguez and Jackue pulled all my teeth for dentures. I was scared enough for a heart attack but they put my at ease, didnt hurt me and had them all out in under an hour. Theyre entire office staff was genuinely caring and supportive. I would recommend them for all dental needs.

I loved everything about it They treat you with respect and tell you everything they are doing with each step.They even give you options of paying for for whatever dental work is needed.I just got to come up with the money for complete upper and lower dentures.The amount is to be paid before they start or pay half and completed upon work.

They are located in Killeen Texas....the staff were very professional and good at their job and answering any questions you may have....they make you feel welcome there.

Always polite, professional as well as personable. Started my treatment in Georgia, then transferred to Killeen, TX. The transition was easy, no delays or any confusion. Mine is a long process, however, even if I had to start all over, Id still choose Aspen Dental every time! They keep you informed of everything. Consults are more like a conversation. If you have questions, ask. The ENTIRE team is amazing! I DO NOT like Dentists. Aspen Dental changed that for me a 1000%! At my first appointment, everyone was late and the front desk didn’t say anything about anyone running behind; when I got called back however, everyone was very pleasant from Destiny who did my X-rays, to Mya who did my scan, Francesa who was my hygienist to the dentist, Dr. Cowan and that put me at ease. On my second appointment however, Christina the front desk clerk was rude when I asked for a copy of my paperwork and she acted like I was wrong for asking for a copy; she then proceeded to interrupt Francesa(the hygienist) while I was in the room with her talking about my care, without saying “excuse me” or anything and mind you she was asking about another patient in front of me, saying the patient’s name and everything while I was speaking. I am truly having second thoughts about this clinic, even though they billed my insurance already for services I’m interested in but haven’t been rendered yet.

The dentist and hygienist took the time to go over all of my questions and even gave me tips on how to prevent staining and best practices

I just had my first experience at Aspen Dental and I must say, I was extremely pleased with the entire staff. Dr. Phen was excellent and his nursing/assisting staff were very pleasing and professional and seemed to really care about how I was doing throughout the visit. The hygienist was the most gentle I have experienced as long as I can remember.We clearly picked the right group to try as our new dentist here in Texas. It was a pleasant experience from start to finish, which I never thought I would say about any dentist. Chris, the Office Manager, did a great job of explaining our expenses and answering questions when checking out.My only note (of minimal concern) is the way they took my blood pressure. It was done with a cup on the wrist, which read 20 points above any readings in my history. I dont think this method is accurate.Thanks for the great experience (did I actually say that about a dentist visit?)

I have a Very Big fear of Dentists ever since I was a kid. I was very worried about how it would be. But when I walked into Aspen Dental in Killeen, TX. on W. S. Young Drive, they were very nice and helpful and that put me at ease. But still didnt help with the nervousness and high anxiety. But then I met Doc. Rodriguez and Ms. Jackie. They made me feel really calm and they kept making sure that I was ok. I had to be in the dental chair for 3 hours and they helped me from freaking out. They are the best, I would say go to Aspen Dental in Killeen on W. S. Young and have them take care of you. I will keep going there everyone is very helpful and friendly. Thanks Doc. I am a new patient, my old dentists I went to since I was in high school. This dentist office by far made me feel comfortable. I love the vibe I got when I first was seen. I love the music. I am very satisfied with this dentist office. They focus on getting you happy and confident with your smile and they dont waste any time taking care if business.

Dr. Hayes and Melissa were AAAAMAZING. They made me feel so comfortable during my visit. I was so scared at first and my anxiety was off the charts. Both of them calmed me down and relaxing music was played. I hope to have them both at my future appointments.

This was my first time in Aspen Dental, and it was a very professional, clean and covid safe environment. Professional staff, knowledgeable and quick to their tasks.

Although there is an office nearer to my home, I had a dental emergency and an appointment was available sooner at the office 30 miles away. I had such a positive experience at the Killeen office that I will continue going there for dental care. Each staff member I encountered was professional and courteous. The dentist explained each step of the process and the anticipated outcome. Based on several years working in a dental practice in Beverly Hills, CA, I believe I am qualified to declare this practice, and Dr. Rodriguez in particular, to be among the very best.

The staff were amazing! Most dentist offices I have been to seem very transactional. From the moment I walked in I felt as though, I had known everyone for years. I am happy to have found a dentist office that I dont dread going to.

Came in here balling my eyes out... they could see I was in pain and the tooth was broken all the way to my roots, they gave me no care instructions, nothing for the infection or pain and tried to charge me $418 today to wait 4 days to come back and get my tooth pulled one who pays up front and two who waits that long and doesn’t help someone?!!! This is the second office of aspen I have been to in two days and both visits were horrific!!!!! SAVE TIME AND MONEY GO TO PEOPLE WHO CARE!!!!!!

Aspen dental took it upon their selves to charge me for something I did not get done. After I told them an they said they would take care of it, they didnt, my payment went to collections. Do not trust these people

Went in there for a cleaning, didn’t receive my cleaning, got told they wanted to charge me 500$ for a “ treatment plan” for a special mouthwash and tooth paste. I didn’t even receive the cleaning I made the appointment for.

I am very upset,,,,aspen dental killeen tx.....i gave them all of my info....dental insurance..delta dental.my appt may 28th 2020 .aspen...i called delta..they.. ...i even call delta dental my they assured me they process my claim aspen dental for 482.00.. and i paid 114.00 up front my part...no outstanding debt......when i call aspen for my cleaning appt...the managers of aspen dental in Killeen told that i owe them 541.00..no service til this amount is paid...and i am in collections with them this the second time that have done this to me.i trusted and them...they owe me....you want to have faith that people are doing there job but aspen dental in killeen??????..julie an chris..managers....oh my God....i cancel all... my appts..... I will never do BUSINESS with again....because of these two people..aspen dental you might want to check your managers closely....sooooooDISAPPOINTED.

I had an emergency yesterday, I woke up with lots of pain on one side of the face, and I went for the 1st time to Aspen dental and they took very good care of me, 1st time is free. I just had to pay for my meds. Thanks-Aspen dental, I slept like a baby.

I was seen here earlier this month. This was my second time meeting Dr. Finn and both times he was very nice. I feel like he is very informative and takes the time to explain what is going on. The staff is always super friendly. They always remember both myself and my husband.I also appreciate that wait time was minimal each time.Nobody likes spending money at the dentist but their prices are fair. They offer financing for some patients and they are very clear in breaking down your options. I would recommend Aspen Dental to anyone.

Went in for tooth pain they did a xrays and sent me home with antibiotics. Told me to pay half of my copay in order to schedule an appointment to have the tooth pulled. Also most of the appointment was a sales pitch for a $600 toothbrush. I got no relief for my tooth pain. Ill be finding a dentist who will pull it same day. Its been a week Im still in pain. The antibiotics didnt work because it wasnt an Infection it is the tooth behind it pushing on it causing it to be pushed up and sideways. So if they would have done what I asked that day and pulled it I would not still be in pain a week later! DO NOT GO TO THEM!

The people there are very friendly, and make your time there as comfortable as possible. Also has a really great financial program that helps out a lot.

My experience there was great. The dentist, Dr. Webster, was very efficient, informative and friendly. Alyssa and Amber completed the team for my appointment, providing top notch dental assistant and scheduling services. Both of them were efficient and really friendly. My procedure went flawlessly, and Dr Webster gave me lots of treatment and scheduling options. They have lots of financing options. Every category of my experience rated a 5-star.

I came here in February 2019 because I did not have dental insurance but was having a terrible toothache, and at the time they were running a free exam/xray special for new customers. The dentist I saw found two cavities and told me the source of the pain was one of them. She filled the tooth and I thought it went fine. I went back and had the second cavity filled as well a month later. About two weeks after the second filling, the pain came back. I went back to Aspen and the female dentist was now gone and a younger dentist took a look. Said he couldn’t figure out “which tooth was hurting me” and recommended removal of my fillings and then 3 new fillings to try to make the pain go away. I declined.Got a second opinion. The new dentist immediately found the SINGLE problem tooth (same original tooth) and fixed it. It was explained to me that the filling was done extremely poorly and it happens when dentists fill the tooth as one piece instead of layers allowing the layers to dry in between. Filling it as one chunk can cause eventual filling cracks (what happened to me). It seems Aspen Dental hires young dentists with no experience or care for their patient’s wellbeing.

Very efficient, great information provided in making decisions for dental work, cost etc! Their appointment times are a little behind, but their service was good enough to negate that. All in all, highly recommended!

My wife was very upset with the dentist. She was in pain even after he gave her the shot to numb her tooth. My told him that she could fill it. He answered are we going to do this or not. My wife said not. Stay away from this rip-off. Save your money.

I went to aspen dental to have teeth removed and get dentures! I thank god everyday now that I met the most fantastic dentist....Dr Haynes is the most awesome dentist! She not only convinced me to save my teeth she has taken away almost all of my sensitivity (which I have fought with for over 15 years) And as an added bonus she did veneers on my front teeth and for the first time in my life I can smile without being embarrassed!I just can’t say enough good about Dr Haynes and the entire staff! Very professional! If you have had bad experience at a dentist....trust me....give her a chance, she listens to your concerns and is very very meticulous with her work! I don’t regret my decision to give her a chance, I am very happy with the results she has given me!!

Wow!! Ive never had such a thourgh 1st visit. Great customer service, even with payment person. Their advanced technology blew me away! They even scanned my whole mouth and brought up a picture for me to look at on monitor. Plus offered, (not pressured)me a new toothbrush that hooks up to bluetooth, so u can see where your brushing needs improvement!

Office staff is caring and professional. I had an emergency with a broken tooth I used walk in method they made sure I was seen the same day...made sure I felt better that I had what I needed to get better and scheduled my procedure with follow up care. Love the staff, the reason I gave them 4 stars was because they tend to lose the payment receipts if you pay beforehand and they give you one price then sometimes when you go in, the price changes. That being said, let’s talk about the surgical dentist and his team. They are AMAZING! I had to have two teeth removed, had to bring my 2 1/2 year old grandson with me in his stroller. They were patient with me (I don’t do too well with pain) they played with my grandson to keep him calm, very understanding. If you ever need a surgical dentist please check them out, it’s well worth it! Thank you all for today, you have no idea how much I appreciated you all! Mind you, I am writing this before the numbing goes away and the pain sets in again.

I visited Aspen Dental knowing what to expect and knowing what I wanted to have done. It had been over 30 years since I had been to a dentist office, but the staff put me completely at ease. Everyone was so kind, personable and respectful. I still have a visit or two left, but I’m not nervous or anxious. I’m so glad I found Aspen Dental! They’re putting me on the right track to smiling again, and that is very important to me.

Just be careful when dealing with them. I was told one thing and signed off on another. Had I known I was going to be stuck with temporary healing partials I would of never let them take my upper teeth. I now have to deal with these uncomfortable things because i can not afford the 14 thousand dollar full uppers and lowers. The lowers are not to bad but I cant even speak properly with the uppers and I drool alot. Not very attractive when trying to find a job

Went in at 8 and a half months pregnant to have a cavity filled. They did x-rays and told me it was just a cavity and they could have it taken care of right away- half way through drilling my anesthesia wore off and I felt everything. They told me they had to stop because I actually needed a root canal but didn’t have the ability to determine that beforehand and spare both me, and my unborn baby the excruciating trauma we experienced. I had to leave with an infected, completely exposed tooth that was only half way treated and was sent to an endo in Temple. Luckily they were able to help me and understood my apprehension to do anything right away. They wrote me a prescription for the pain, and closed my tooth up and let me think about what to do next. Dr. Allowitz in Temple saved me and was able to perform a seamless root canal despite aspen dental’s mistakes.

My experience with the staff at Aspen Dental was a positive one. The staff was friendly, polite, and very helpful. They made my experience there enjoyable. The staff is also very knowledgeable about their jobs and they explained everything that was going on with me. I was giving everything I needed at my first visit for my follow up visits.

I have lived with one of my front teeth discolored since I was a child and no other dentist I have been to ever asked about fixing it. Dr. Rodriguez and assistant Marrisa fix that tooth today and when they gave me a mirror to look at it and I started crying tears of joy. Thank you so much!

The front desk personnel was garbage, but my dental hygienist that cleaned my teeth was awesome! The front desk personnel didnt greet me, they didnt acknowledge me when I came in and signed in for my appointment. I had to approach the front desk personnel twice to find out why it was 10 mintues past my appointment time no one addressed me or the issue. One of the front desk personnel told me that she guess they are cleaning the room and will come and get me when their done. They were just rude, unprofessional, and unconcerned about me patiently waiting for my appointment. I have been a patient of Aspen Dental for 3 years and this is the absolute worst front desk personnel that Ive experienced with Aspen.

Honestly they have great people working there. The staff is friendly and make you feel at ease. Pretty funny too. They just suck at answering their phones. So as long as you can get past them not taking your call when hitting line 2 for current clients, then its perfect. Line 1 takes you to another office location and they normally can get a hold of someone for you.

This is the worse office you could possibly go to they over charge and when the insurance says they can only charge this they charge what they want anyway. Furthermore, they have a policy that they will not see you without you paying 1st. But yet they bill you after the fact wanting more money. Its been over a year and I have been waiting on a prior approval to go to the insurance company and it has yet to be sent for a tooth removal. Tooth is so rotten that it smells. Worse staffand dentist ever. Dont trust Aspen or Haynes, Inc they are one in the same.

Staff was very nice! Made sure our visit was easy and made us feel welcome. Will continue to go there.

I was greeted by Amie Pankonien. She was very informative and professional about my case and the possible suggested treatment recommendations. I was quickly scheduled for my appointment, and was treated in the same day. I’m so happy with my smile now. I appreciate the treatment I received from Dr. Cassandra Webster. I really liked her! She was very kind and genuinely concerned for me and my teeth. I will definitely go to her again for my dental care and I WILL refer friends and family to her as well! Thank you Aspen team for a quick resolution to my smile! And I’m doing much more smiling now that I’m happy with my teeth!!

Amazing dentist! Very respectful but friendly. I got my wisdom teeth pulled and after we got done I would not want to go anywhere else for dental care. True professional atmosphere with very respectful and friendly staff! Aspen dental is an amazing place!
