Let me start off by saying my family has been patients at this company for many, many years. We have always had good service and experiences in the past. Today however when I showed up for an appointment I made about a week ago I was denied service because I refused to wear a mask. I even informed the receptionist that I would wait in my car until they were ready to see me, and then simply walk the 10 feet to the chair to be seen. She was not understanding to my right not to wear a mask or even willing to accommodate my request. I respected their policy by offering not to wait in their lobby, and she continued to deny me service. I was not even allowed to speak with the actual dentist. There was literally nobody that would have been around me, and the dentist would have surely had to work on my mouth without a mask on it anyways, so I am not sure what the issue was given the fact that I wouldn’t have even been in the building until it was my time to sit in the chair. This business has gotten completely out of control and obviously feel like they enjoy some type of power to control patients with a ridiculous mask mandate. Needless to say, I immediately found another local dentist office that was more than happy to help me out with my needs. I will be removing my family out of this practice and will be taking the thousands of dollars we spend on dental service to another company that understands how to treat their patients. I am still waiting on a phone call from the head of their department since they were unwilling to provide me any information and just kept on insisting on throwing me out and denying me service.

I have used Dr. Delane for my girls for many years. The staff are extremely nice and I love Dr. Delane.

This office is always clean and very welcoming. I’ve been going here for years and I’ve never had any problems! Dr.Delane is wonderful, highly recommend him!!

I called this place twice and was look for a doctor and that Heffer hung up on me twice not some where I would want to go

The office staff was not very friendly. Appointment time was changed without conformation.
