We did a tour to Key West today and called JV Rent All and they had an 8 seater cart. We got around Key West and stoped wherever we wanted to. Definitely renting a cart is the way to go! We got told that we would have a hard time with parking but it actually was pretty easy.

I made reservations online weeks prior to arriving to Key West. When we arrived the day of the rental I was told by employees they did not have my rental. I responded you charged my bank account on 8/20 and they said they dont charge until you arrive. We discussed it and realized I had been scammed by the person who I spoke to from the charge when he told me he set up their website. I was able to get that resolved with by bank. We asked if there were still rentals available and they said yes. To make matters worse for myself I was not able to drive the moped (because I still thought I was in my 30s) we called them on the phone and explained the situation and they said to bring it on back and would not charge us for the 1/2 or so we had it out. The employees were so nice as I was close to suffering from a heat stroke and they had me sit down with the fan and a bottle of water. i was so out of it when my husband picked me up and I wish I had gotten their names to give them a HUGE shout out. I hope they see this post. When we make it back down we give them a call.

We got to Key West a bit late and had didnt have much time to explore so decided to rent 2 6-ppl golf carts to get my party around. Process was quick and easy and they were even nice enough to give us a ride back to the bus depot after returning the carts. Def recommend renting a cart if youre trying to explore but limited on time.

Best place to rent from! We called last minute on a Monday to rent 2 golf carts at 5:30 pm. They close at 6 pm and the owner waited for us to get there. Very easy process and the owner and staff were very nice. We could park in their lot for free anytime we were on Duvall street which is a definite plus!! Rented the carts for 6 days and very reasonable prices. Highly recommend renting from this business!!

Somewhat rude. They made a copy of my credit card and I had to ask to get the carbon copy back the next day. The guy acted offended that I wanted it back. One of the scooters we rented had an issue starting, so the guy blamed it on us when we turned it in, saying we must have flooded it. Ive ridden motorcycles for 40 years, that wasnt the issue. I wont be renting again from them. There are plenty of others in Key West.

We walked up and were able to rent two scooters for the afternoon. JV closes at 6pm and most shops in town require you to have the scooters back by closing time not to mention reservations. JV allowed us to keep the scooters well into the evening stating that we could bring them back anytime before they open in the morning. Just drop the keys off in the dropbox. Great experience on the scooters. Allowed us to see more of Key West than we would have been able to in our F350 since parking is hard to come by.

Great company! Called right as cruise ship was coming in and they still accommodated our group renting scooters. Name brand equipment that was well kept and good running. Would recommend to anyone, and rent again if in the area.

Reasonable rates, easy rental process, can keep the bike all day and just drop the keys off when you are done. Bikes were in decent shape. Not expecting brand new bikes. They got us from point A to B with no problems so we were happy.

Jeremy was very kind assisted us kindly.. our scooter got a nail in the tire they came to bring us another scooter and added more time for the inconvenience I highly recommend you go here and the prices are economical friendly

Worst customer service! The “helper” did not help me at all, didn’t came up with a solution. I wanted to use a 6 seater. We couldn’t because my family and I were 7 with a baby. We were told we couldn’t. So we proceeded to ask for 2 six seaters. He kept repeating that by law he couldn’t. Even though I had already asked for TWO golf carts bc obviously we won’t violate the law. Oh and when we asked for a discount for renting 2 carts, he was staring at me like if I made a stupid question. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. Instead of giving us a solution for use to rent the golf carts he just stared ah me trying to have me figure it out like if I knew which carts they had Available. Clients are to be heard and helped.

Terrible customer service - customer service with attitude. Like we were inconveniencing them by renting a scooter.

Horrible experience with these guys. Parked & locked bikes next door at the Sandbar only to have 1 of their employees come up and ask if we had bikes outside. Of course we said yes and the guy had already cut the lock by then, it was to late. The bike rack used was listed as no parking along the side railing of the restaurant and no mention of the bike rental business. These guys were just being jerks because they thought we were tourists so WATCH YOUR BIKES!, THEY WILL TAKE THEM

My husband and I rented two bicycles for the day. Although the rates were good, the condition of both bikes was a joke. The chains were rusted, the brakes hardly worked, the handlebar grips were coming off and when I leaned mine over slightly while stopped at a light, rusty water dumped out of a whole in the handlebar grip and all over my legs.Key West has a lot of options for bike rentals. Choose a different one.

I had a very bad experience with flat-out comments towards me, I am a health professional in this country and born in Puerto Rico, I find it disrespectful to try to humiliate your clients for their latin appearance.I do not recommend it.

Golf cart rental was the perfect way to see key west

Buyer be Ware take pictures and video record your scooter before leaving the shop! I returned my scooter in the same condition I got it everything started out great it was fun to ride. The next day I get a charge for almost $200 they said I scratched up the bottom and thats the cost of parts. I returned the scooter in the same condition and card 0 damage they would not listen to me over the phone when I explained this they refused to send documentation of cost to fix or prior records of the vehicle please take pictures and record everything on your scooter before leaving on others. I was on my vacation with family I have my own scooter back home and know how to ride them and treat them. Rented a bike with a huge party that rented bikes, scooters, & the cart. .barely got 1/4 mile & I got a flat on the bicycle. Took the bike back as the rest of my party proceeded to the southern point of the island...when I rented the bike I asked if I could get a credit as it was to too late to try to catch up with the rest of my party. They refused to give a credit. Will not be going back

Very rude and inconsiderate people, they will try to scam you out of every dollar they can get from you. They don’t keep track of their own rentals, nor do they take care of them. Would highly recommend you steer clear of this place.

These awful people, as you can see from numerous reviews below, like to charge for damage on their mediocre vehicles from previous rentals to unknowing tourists and customers. Do yourselves a favor and find a different rental company, these people are the kind of dishonest scum Key West is slowly becoming known for. Steer clear Big Tuna, head for open waters.

We rented scooters for a couple hours and the man who gave us our scooters told us it was ok after we properly examined them before ridding. We did point out a few scratches on the scooter before going and the man said it was fine And not to worry about it. The next day we had a charge on our credit card for scratches that we told them about. When we called them back to ask them what the charges where for he could barley give us a direct answer. He was extremely rude and gave us half answers. Please I share with you, to take pictures or videos of your scooter before going out. They will charge you for previous scratches from other previous riders. I have owned a scooter for 5 years and never had a problem. Finally they agreed to return the money saying it’s not worth his time.

My husband & I rented 2 scooters from this place, mind you we returned the scooters in good condition. After returning the scooters our bank card had been ran twice in the amount of $495 but was declined. Never ever rent from them because they will try to steal your funds. 2 renters was $45 a piece. No way in Hell those scooters were suppose to be $495..

You should change your posted hours to when you are actually willing to rent equipment. We planned our travels to arrive here 5:40 20 minutes before posted hours and they asked us to come back the next day. The gentleman was nice about it but still.

We came in on the Key West Express boat and all we had to do was call for pick up. Driver as well as Jeremy in the office (across from Sloppy Joes) took very good care of us. I definately recommend them if you are on the same boat. Our rental ended at 1pm and they let us hang out for a while and took us back before our boat departed 4hrs. later.

Just wanted to give two thumbs up for JV Rental. I had originally booked another company that was a tiny bit closer to our hotel. But then I realized they were a bit more expensive. Spoke with JV owner. He couldnt have been more helpful & simply delightful to talk to. A week before our trip was to begin, I called him & asked if he had a good tip for a taxi service that we could use to & from the airport. He was wonderful! He said that because we were using them, they would gladly pick us up & take us back to airport! Seriously? Wow! If you are anything like us, & on a tight budget, that really saved us some $. So thanks JV Rentals! Excellent service! Clean, brand new scooters. Very organized team. Keep it up guys!

Rented a golf cart that was in perfect condition. Returned the golf cart to the company in the SAME condition as when we received it. Were unknowingly charged $410.68 for what they claim was a broken windshield. There was NO broken windshield. Will keep posted on the outcome. RENTERS BEWARE! - Take photos of your rentals when you return them to their lot.

Came down with my family on a cruise last week and had a blast. Great company to deal with. Rented a golf cart which was awesome. Friendly staff, they gave us great recommendations for what to see and where to go. Keep up the great work.

Wasted half of our day waiting for them to drop the scooter off and they never showed. They never contacted us to let us know what’s going on or if anything happened nothing we called and left a voicemail and no response. Now me and my fiancé have to wait longer for a different scooter company to bring one to us and it was hard because it’s now last second because of Jv rent’ All.

Rented a golf cart from them twice so far. They are pretty easy to get the cart and return it. I have not had any issues with JV Rent, and plan on using them in the future. I did not price shop or try other places, so they may not be the best prices on the island, but the golf carts seem like they are in really good shape.

Rented a scooter worked great easy pick up and drop off

Buyer Beware! We rented a cart on a Saturday then followed the return policy to park the cart by the fence and drop the key in the box before midnight. The next day we received a call stating the key was there but no cart, and the video surveillance did not show the cart being returned. Surprise! The four of us were still in Key West and went into the office and demanded to see the security video. After some avoidance maneuvers on their part, we were able to clearly show them on the video that we had returned the cart. Had we left town already and been unable to find proof, we would have been charged for a missing cart. Travelers, if you need to return a cart to this company after hours, be sure to take pics or video documenting the return and condition of the vehicle.

Its our secont time in Key West. We absolutely loved cruising around on a golf cart. Best transportation for small island. Great service and prices.

Made a reservation. Called for a pick up from airport. Got instructions on how to use a scooters + how and where to park. Couple quick signatures and we are on the road.Company provided excellent service from door to door.

Do not rent from these people! They are scammers!. When we rented a golf cart from them and they told us that we had free parking anywhere on Island...that was their first lie. We received a parking ticket from the city of keywest. When we returned the golf cart we told them we had got a parking ticket...then their story changed to, only free parking in certain areas of Island. They then told us we needed to pay them for the ticket...(we had already been warned by some people who lived on the Island not to pay them....it was a scam... to pay the city only). We told them we would pay the ticket ourselves as the ticket had strict orders on how to pay it. We did pay the ticket within three days. The guy (Ronnie) at the city of Key West told us not to pay the owners it was a scam. After we reviewed our credit card bill the owner of golf cart rentals had charged our card also...when we called to golf cart owner and ask him why he charged our card again...he stated (Aaron) that he had already paid the ticket through the city. THAT WAS A LIE! It had not been paid he pocketed the money. I then returned a call to City and spoke with Ronnie again..he said we had been scammed by golf cart owner and that he had any documentation that we needed to help with the case against the owner...lucky for us we are not idiots either...we have every receipt, name and recorded conversations to get our money back. Scamming liars! Response to owner.....you NEVER once asked us to email receipt that is another LIE! Remember I have the conversation recorded. As a adult I pay my bills and pay them on time.! You are the liar who told us if we rent from you then parking is paid already! SO HONEST JAN... GIVE ME YOUR EMAIL RIGHT HERE! YOU HAVE LIED OVER AND OVER YOU NEVER ONCE SAID YOU WOULD REFUND. YOU EXACT WORDS DO WHAT YOU GOTTA DO! NEVER OFFERED TO REFUND. BUT YOU WILL REFUND RATHER YOU WANT TO OR NOT!

Rented bikes for a day to ride around in key West. Upon arrival there was no one at the shop and no one at the kiosk where we rented it from... We were not informed that closing time was 6pm. Or how to drop them off if we were late, so we left the bikes and they keys at the kiosk where we originally rented them from. I check my statement and they charged me for 2 days! We were not given any info and were charged! I called and they were incredibly RUDE... not how u treat costumers. Dont go here. Its a scam... They want u to turn it in late so they can charge you more....Never agian!

Buyer beware,this company tried to hit my card for 431 dollars for damages after we returned it and made it back to the cruiseship.They went over the 2 scooters and everything was fine,then thought that they was gonna get them some free money.Ha Ha,the jokes on you jack.Play your lil scam games with somebody else.

Rent from no one else!We come down to KW every other year. Never again will I waste time going to the others (we have tried three and everywhere we had some issues... either mechanical, or one time scams charged us $200 for scratches on beat up scooters....), from now on Ill be making a beeline to these guys whenever Im in KW and want a scooter! Very friendly and helpful guys. Once we decided what we want it took lady at the counter literally 2 minutes to do the paperwork and a few minutes to show how to operate the machines. No lines, no waiting. Quick and easy.
