Just returning from a trip to Key West. We had a mixed group... three guys who wanted to spear fish and two ladies who wanted a beach and a cold drink on Mother’s Day. Captain Zach met every expectation and exceeded them all. We threw him a last minute request to use some fishing poles, and he threw those in the boat and made a quick stop at the marina gas station for bait. We spent time spear fishing, relaxing on a sand bar, and traditional fishing all in our 6 hour trip without feeling rushed. Captain Zack was relaxed, knew the water, told great stories and history/fact bits about the keys, and was just fun to be around. He put us on fish and cleaned them quickly when we got back. Caught enough for all 5 of us to eat that night... even with the ladies required stop at the sandbar. Put this on your list! You can make this charter your own unique experience, and they can handle it and be prepared for all your requests. And request Captain Zack!

We had the best first fishing trip ever with captain Mike last Sunday, in words of my 9 year old son. We caught way more fish than we were expecting, and captain Mike was great at teaching and directing us all, as well as at answering the million questions the three kids had for him.We also hired his services for a sunset and dolphin watch cruise, and was also a blast.We would definitely recommend Island Time Charters and can’t wait to go back to Key West and repeat the experience.Thank you captain Mike for all the happy memories!

UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT- DO NOT BOOK SPEARFISHING- DONT HAVE ITWe talked to Island Time Charters 4 different times after booking our Spearfishing trip. At no time did they tell us they no longer had spearfishing, yet they answered all of our questions as if they still had that charter. They waited until we were in the boat to tell us that they booked us on a different trip because they dont offer spearfishing. Their website still states that they have spearfishing. This is inaccurate. We spoke with the owner and he blamed it on his employee but did not offer a refund. There are plenty of charters in Key West. Spend your money elsewhere.

CANCELED CHARTER: We booked charters for both days of lobster mini season (July 28th and July 29th) 6 months ago. This company has changed management but we were assured after the change that our booking was still confirmed. We decided to call one more time just to confirm before we leave to travel to Key West and were told that they canceled the reservation and are not honoring it. They won’t answer any phone calls or texts. DONT BOOK HERE! There are plenty of other charter services in Key West!

We had a great day on the water with Island Time Charters. We had 4 kids on the boat with us and we were more interested in catching fish than catching big fish. We caught so many fish in 3 1/2 hours we couldn’t keep count. Each of the kids caught more than 20 each- it was fantastic. The boat was basically brand new, very comfortable and the crew was awesome. Best day of our vacation- well worth the money, our kids had a blast.

Went out two days with island time for lobsters and fishing. Staff was fantastic from initial call for reservations throughout our two days on the water. Theresa was sweet and helpful and Captain Mike was a fun Captain that helped give us tips for fishing and lobstering.

Had a great time in Key West, but the highlight was definitely Island Time Charters. On fish......ALL DAY! Very personable crew. At the end of the day, our captain and crew cleaned and filleted all of our catch while sharing “sea stories”, and then they VACUUM SEALED all of it for us to take home! Best charter experience I’ve ever had by far.....

Great captain who is extremely knowledgeable in all aspects from fishing to local facts and history. Amazing waters with sea turtles right next to the boat and many awesome fish including sharks, barracuda, snapper, etc.

Fantastic captain and crew! we caught tuna and ate it raw and seared, snorkled, saw dolphins, manatees, sea turtle! best time ever!

He helped evaluate my skill level and made quick adjustments to ensure two successful outings Rumor has it that the wreck we fished once belonged to Henry Ford. In my time, the wreck we fished was a fabulous Spearfishing adventure. Captain Mike and Spearfishing go hand-in-hand!

Went out with my twin daughters in February water was a little cold but we had an awesome time. Speared a few hogs and my kids caught some porgy on rod and reel.
