We really enjoyed ski key west! They made safety a priority and we had a wonderful time with our guide, Joey! He took pictures of us on our jet skis and at the sand bar, and we look forward to looking at these pictures for years to come! Thank you!

Got to do an amazing and long tour here, our guide took us to some beautiful sandbanks, explained lots of interesting things and even found a starfish for us. It was definitely one of the coolest things Ive ever done. However, we also went to places where the water was really wild, it was a lot of fun but they should definitely have a guide in the back of a group too, or a guide thats a bit more responsible and waits for his customers, as ours didnt and one of us got behind and he wasnt checking up on her at all. Overall an amazing experience at a good rate, just wish he would have waited a bit more or done a bit more calm water.

We had a fantastic time on our jet ski tour! Tommy was a great guide. We got to swim, see where the water goes literally from 4 ft to 400! It was our first time in Key West. We will definitely go back, and do the tour again! The price was great. We had an absolute blast!

Our first trip to key west wasn’t to sure on where to do the tour but this place was definitely the place to go. The tour was amazing. Very fast paced riding no slow go and lots of fun.The price was great and the tour guide Jacob was a super funny and great guy. Needless to say I’ll be back again. And thanks to Dave for getting me in in less that a 12 hour notice!!!

Fun but they didnt take us around Key West as their brochures and website advertised. Tour guide claimed rough water but winds were under 5 mph and Atlantic side was pretty calm even tho he said it was rough.We dont regret the rental but would have liked to be informed of the actual trip before leaving...Really didnt want to ride around in the North bay for over an hour.Wanted to see Key West from all sides. 😔Note: This is a reply from the owner...He told me that there was a lot of seaweed but the instructor said that the waves were too big... ???We paid for a tour around the island and if that was not going happen we should have been informed so no matter what the cause was we should have had the option of not going instead of being misled...Ive own jet skis that is way more powerful than theirs and Im not stupid.Again... Tour Guide was cool... I just really hate being misled.I would never go back nor would I recommend anyone else go there. Should have been straight with me from the beginning. 😠

Best customer service, awesome tour guides, Great honest people. It was a stunning 27 mile island jet ski tour, we couldnt go around the island do to heavy winds, instead the tour Guide took us on a Back Country expedition where we had Dolphins encounter, sting rays and beautiful sea turtles. We could see the bottom of the Ocean the entire time throughout the ride. Angel is very friendly and very smart out on the water with a awesome mood. Now I know why peopleWant to do back country tours on jet skis, is where all the Wild Sea Life is. This guys are the best. Ignite yourAdventure and book with these people they are the best. Great tour!Was a bit hesitant because there are a variety of options to rent jet skis around the island and they all seem to have both good and bad reviews.Well this placed rocked! The tour was a blast and we rode to several different areas around Key West. The speed was what one could handle. They had two tour guides(Tommy and Angel?) and placed fast people in the front and slower towards the back. They then allowed people to travel at a speed they could handle.My son and I had a blast and would recommend this place!

When we got there the guy tried to over charge us, we called Dave and he confirmed the price, (the price is even correct online) the guy at the stand acted clueless as to when the prices had changed if thats your job you should be a little more educated on your prices. I wonder how many other people have not questioned the price and just paid. Beware. Also the tour was supposed to be 27 miles long and going around the island. And before I get any comments-- I get that not all jet skiers can keep up therefore it makes it harder to squeeze in all of the stops. But that does not excuse why the tour was only about an hour. I felt as if we just went around circles. The water its self was beautiful and so was the sand bar we stopped at, just wish we would have had the opportunity to experince more of it. I would recommend using another company. Oh and at the end of the tour I found it rather entertaining that the tour guide was bold enough to say hey we accept tips. Yeah not from me, a tip is earned when you provide excellent customer service and I just did not receive that from this company.

My Jet Ski experience was amazing! The staff is great, the island is beautiful. It makes you never want to leave the island. If youre looking for a a jet ski adventure to fulfill your life, this is the place to be!

They wanted 500 Dollars for our credit cards to be returned. Then threatened to call cops and claim under Hit and Run . Clearly i wouldnt be writing this review if i was a Hit and Run case. Then your tour guides claimed that we damaged your Skis (how would we drive back if the ski was damaged). You guys Insulted us in front of other Tourists.When we said to call the cops thats when they stopped.This is how this company treat their tourists who make their living.

The trip was really awesone and it I totally reccomend it. The only reason it wasnt 5 stars for me is that the guy who served us at the front desk wasnt nice and wanted to charge a different price than it was described in the website. After talking to Dave, one of the owners, it all went well.

Very rushed experience didnt do a tour of the island at all we just zig zag the whole time in what seemed to be the same area. We were also blamed for this by saying we werent fast enough as if we were to keep up with a guy who rides these skies all day. Reading a similar review its seems we arent the only ones. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!🖓🖓

The best place to rent jet ski in the keys

Very bad company they want to take your money with any way, i have called them to make a reservation for jet ski and they took $85 juust to make the reservation and the weather was great ones I called them when i was on my way from Miami. I called them back after 5 minutes to cancel the reservation because i was stuck ina really bad traffic and i was not able to make it there on time and they said okay you can come late. Ones I arrived there at their place the weather was really bad it was windy and raining so bad, we asked them to cancel the reservation due to the bad conditions of weather but they did not and they said we have to wait until the weather gets clear but it did not and the wanted us to ride the jet ski in that bad weather but we said no we are not going to ride it for our safety and we want our money back, and they started telling us that we have to call someone called Davied which is the person who we called first on we made the reservation and we called him and he picked up and said i am not Davied amd I know that its him but i acted like I dont know any thing and asked him to give me Davieds phone number but he said that he doesnt have it and until now I didnt get my money back. All in all, I learned a lesson to not work with these people anymore.

Jets are old and beat up. Not like in the picture. Jet skis broke down on us. Owner blames us and charges us each 2,000 for repairs. Bs and a hack for a company.

Horrible..... We had three jet skis not even out for an hour and only saw 1 part of the island. It stats it was a 27mile island tour and 1 1/2 to 2 hours riding. Very disappointed. Want go back.

The best place to ride jet skis, wonderful attention and the ride quite incredible.

We had booked a tour on the phone at short notice. To my amazement, this was very straightforward. When looking at the jet skis, it was immediately apparent that some of them were getting a bit old, but not all of them, so I assume they are constantly being replaced. Regardless, they did a great job. The waiting time until the start was bridged with free drinks. The briefing was very detailed and understandable (Unfortunately, this is not everywhere, it is so important!) So here is my full praise! The tour went around Key West at full speed. Here and there we stopped, among other things on a sandbar. Being able to stand cool in the middle of the sea. Our guide explained a few things about the mangrove forests that we saw. I was kindly allowed to attach one of my cameras to his jet to film us. You have to be able to keep up with the pace in such a group, so beginners should first book a free ride for 1 hour or so before doing this tour. After about 1h45 we were back. I can absolutely recommend the Tour and Ski Key West and have nothing to complain about. A little tip, depending on the weather, so only in good weather!
