My husband surprised me with a jet ski tour excursion in Key West. This company was great! The woman who booked our trip was very helpful and patient. The staff at the launch area #1 were all pleasant. Kyle was our guide and he was great! He gave us fun fact information during the tour when we stopped AND let us have fun with a high speed ride! He was in tune to his clientele asking what we would be comfortable doing (speed wise) and accommodated as needed. Luckily our group was same minded- speed and fun! Thank you Kyle for a great day in the water! Hope your having a cold one whole reading this!

My mother and I were first timers at Jet Skiing. The instructors were very thorough with safety instructions. They were transparent about the rugged conditions we were going to experience on the water. We were in a small group of 9 and we were arranged from those who were the fastest to the slowest. Happy to say we proudly were the 9th group. We were off to a great start then things became a little rocky. We ended up flying off the jet ski’s and into the water. Within seconds both instructors were there to help us get back on the jet ski. The instructors were extremely alert and kept safety as the top priority.

Would give a zero star if I could. Just accosted by a Fury employee driving a fury van in key west at Sears town shopping center. He drove wrong way in parking lot and proceeded to wave his arms and told me to f—-k off. Also said I better not call Fury. I called and no one at the business seems to know who was driving their van including the manager. I’m a long time resident and did nothing to provoke this. Thanks for your concern Fury. NOT if I had to trust them with my life on a water sport excursion I would definitely not go.

Waste of money. Overpacked and poor visibility. The Rum & Reggae tour is a complete rip off. They cram you in a boat like sardines. There was 100 people on the tour. And to make matters worse, they don’t serve rum until after snorkeling so you have to stay sober 2 out of 3 hours. On top of that, their equipment is shoddy. The masks fog up easily making it hard to see. Do not recommend.

Fury provided excellent service. The experience was nice. The crew was friendly and very informative. It was a smooth ride and we didn’t have any troubles with the crew.

We paid for 3 people, we had to sit on the deck, not enough seats, had to keep moving due to rude deck hands, on way back had to stand due to everything being soaked, WHAT A WASTE of over 200 dollars. the WORST trip ever and we have done these trips b4 just not this pathetic company. Yep I am military as well, what a disrespect to people.Deck hands SUPER cocky!!!

Staff had attitude throughout the entire experience. The lady at the front desk seemed to be having a bad day as her attitude only got worse throughout the reservation. Our tour guides really limited us and stopped us every few minutes to complain. I was threatened to be “towed in” multiple times by staff for what seemed to be no reason at all. There are other rental companies on the island I’d recommend choosing a company other than fury, terrible experience overall. Maybe the staff are underpaid? I can’t seem to find any other reason for the mistreatment from staff. Tour guide was a complete moron and seemed as if he was trying to get through the tour as fast as possible. The cashier should be fired she’s about as helpful as a pet rock

We did a 90 min wave runner. Mark Anthony was great. We had a few experienced rider and a few first timers in the morning. It was wide open throttle start to finish with some good stops with info along the way! Well worth it

First, please be very careful with these irresponsible people. They have no respect to the ocean, people, community or anything they do. I observed a terrible action today ! The Jeski workers created a terrible splashed trying to damage personal property. Police and FWC were called on them. Hopefully, these employees get better trained and educated. They deserve a -0 review .

The Fury watersports organization is the best in town. Real nice boats and gear, engaging personell and safety always comes first ! Dont hesitate to call them !

Would not let me take my granddaughter that I have legal court ordered custody of on this trip because I am not her natural mother . There are a lot of children raised by someone else besides there parents. Those children have a hard enough time as it is they should not be penalized for that!! Very bad policy!!!

Our family booked the 90 minute Jet Ski Tour around Key West. While we did not realize that this trip was high speed so Grandma and Grandpa were a bit nervous, they did great, and we all had a TON of fun. Don’t let the name “tour” fool you. This is high speed fun!

I booked sunset watersports first. But they canceled it in the last min. Very unprofessional. Immediately booked with these guys and these folks were simply amazing. Very courteous and kind. Thanks guys.

This place is ridiculous. Their insurance does not cover adoptive children bc the child is not the “natural child” of the parents even though they’re literally their LEGAL GUARDIAN. Absolutely ridiculous.

Went parasailing and had a blast!

Here’s Danielle. This morning we stopped by the kiosk on Duval. It was 9:30am. She was still setting up. We stood patiently and waited for her to finish her cleaning etc. she eventually asked if we had any questions and we asked her about the weather today, as another member of our group was scuba diving this afternoon and had been warned of swells. She told us the weather was going to be fine. We said, “OK well we were asking because (explained the diving thing.)” she huffed pulled her phone out of her bra looked at the weather and told us that there were going to be maybe 5 minutes of storms (it rained all afternoon - it’s raining now) and if we were so worried about it we could go Saturday to which we expressed our concerns about it being packed. She laughed at us and said in an incredibly condescending and patronizing tone, “Well Friday and Sunday are in fact our busiest days so if you want 5 feet more visibility go tomorrow.” At which point I stepped over from where I was waiting with our kids and said, “Let’s leave and come back when we can talk to someone that wants to help us.” As we were walking away Danielle proceeded to yell after us, “WHAT IS THE PROBLEM? What did I even do?” Not wanting to be yelled at down the street I left my husband with my kids and said,” you’re being short and we would just rather spend our money with someone that wants it.” So she said, “I guess you’re just having a bad day because i don’t have a problem and I’ve worked here a really long time.” Mirroring her tone I asked if she would want to be talked to in the tone with which she was addressing me and she snarled back, “I am not talking to you in any way.” So I asked her name so i could know who I was dealing with and she got her camera out and then said, “Oh, you’re a karen! You’re about to be all over Facebook.” As she attempted to hide her name tag.Lesson learned: at fury you either let people be rude to you and thank themFor it or you get treated like this. I don’t intend to spend a thousand dollars for someone to treat me like Danielle.I did call Fury - they said Danielle would be handled by her direct manager. 🤷🏽‍♀️ Who knows, who cares. I won’t be going back and they’re doing a lot for the other companies that really appreciate and value our business. I strongly encourage all of us to go to those businesses.

I would like to say that while I appreciate the effort in the snorkel trip, I absolutely could not be more disappointed.  The waves were so choppy that it almost seemed dangerous.  We saw nothing in the water whatsoever.  Yes, we were told we would be going to the gulf side but they sure did talk it up to make it seem like it would be an equivalent experience.  I think we wasted a lot of money on this.  We did your jet skis the day before and it was incredible.  But snorkeling was a huge disappointment.  We definitely were not the only ones.  I overheard several people very upset, and shared their sentiments, including one party who was screaming at the captain regarding the deception and disappointment.. he was NOT wrong to be upset!The person at the ticket booth told us we would be going to a different location, but didnt elaborate much.  The crew on the boat described what we would see and it sounded like it would be similar to what we would have seen originally.  They definitely talked it up as being just as exciting.  We were not told there would be no coral formations.  In fact, they went on and on about how important it was that you do NOT touch the coral formations.  Funny they told us this considering there were none.  The water was too deep to see anything and was so choppy that it was hard to even stay afloat.  I got out of the water after 10 minutes out of fear that it was too dangerous, and I am a sufficient swimmer.  We saw no coral.  We saw no wildlife.What might be even worse is the rude and arrogant email responses I received from the company, claiming that the captain claims that conditions WERE safe, and that visibility in the water was much better than what I saw. I even got their weather policy emailed to me. Despite the check-in person saying we were eligible for a refund or credit due to the weather changes, their customer service person is NOT willing to issue a refund.This company does not keep their word and is deceitful. If you have a good tour, great. But if it isnt good, they will do everything they can to lie to you, give you a hard time, and keep your money.

We was with Kyle for a jet-ski tour.it was so nice and on the top Kyle lost my wife ;-)... No really a good teacher and funy guy.
