My husband and I went on a jet ski tour. Conner was our tour guide. It was the first time I had ever rode a jet ski. We had the best time ever!!

Great people delicious food. Its still under construction but theyre having food tasting every weekend until open. Its a great spot right on the water.

Jet ski tour was beautiful

I chose the 1,5 hour jet ski tour. With a guide who was nice, you go all the way around the Key West Island with your jet ski. The price is 109$ per Jet for the 1,5 hour guided tour. The landscapes are amazing and you are allowed to go very fast in the waves or in the calm water. The real advantage is of this location is the price which is cheaper than any other location in Key West. Highly recommend it.

Ripped off - clearly. Small craft weather advisory, high winds and swells. We called early to reschedule and they said NO we had to take the boat or loose our money. We said not comfortable with weather- didn’t care. Tried to make best of it- trusted they knew it was ok. Couldn’t get out of the channel so had to drive in and out of channel passing the marina like 10 times because we had no where to go - too rough. So we essentially got on a boat to go nowhere. We were practically the only boat out - one boat coming back in told us it’s bad out there - guy who helped us get in boat told my son when we got there that they had turned people away that morning for bad weather. I think the owner realized that we were suckers. It was $450 then we bought provisions and tackle etc at the little shack store. Couldn’t use the snorkels we rented from them. Rained so we went next door by boat and sat in that marina because there was a place to eat.Could have been a disaster if we went out in those swells!!

Just another tourist trap charging for anything they can. Severely limited parking space.If no space is available there you can kindly park and walk back about four blocks.In my opinion your better off looking for one of the few public boat launches.

Nice facility, staff was very polite and helpful, especially Benny, rented a pontoon boat for the day, boat was a little beat up, I.e. gas gauge busted, no electronics, but above standard for a rental pontoon in the salt only reason for a 4, but boating was great went about half way around Key West, very informative about shallow areas, no bs about prop damage, good people. Will definitely come back!!

Bad outfit- bait and switch on boat, increased the price over the quote when they knew we were using the boat to support swimmers in an open water race and could not just walk; and played games with with our $1000 deposit. I don’t normally rate things but We rented from this sorry outfit for the swim around Key West and specified a boat with seating for six and a large Bimini. They tried to deliver a boat with no seating or cover. Then we got downgraded so we could at least have some seats but price remained same and they tried to tell us they already voided the credit card charge for the 1000 deposit after turn in but did not. We had to disputed the charge. Give this place a wide berth.

Rented a pontoon boat & the gas gage didn’t work but were assured there was a full tank of gas as we departed. Ended up either broke down or out of gas about 10 mins away from the marina. It took them an hour & a half to come & tow us back to the marina. The staff admitted they knew the gas gage was broken & the boat had ran out of gas on people before. Bad customer service - you made over 700$ off our group - maintain your boats !

More of a boat ramp with a shipstore than a marina, but theyve gotta cool key west vibe, you can rent boats and kayaks.

Terrible pon toon boat in very poor shape. Also feel they should get huge tip. I dont tip when i am on my own and doing all the work. I am sooendinh enough money. I give tips for service not no service

Awesome marina that is set back away from the touristy parts of the key, we rented a boat here that was a lot of fun and all of the employees were very nice and more than willing to help or talk to us about the area and everything about it.

We went there on January 6th for out trip for 2, bought tickets, and took test (40 questions) After 20 minutes, when test was done, they told us that they are not going to give us boats .Meneger said ”its not profitable to take only two people for a ride ”Service is also awful (our guide was drinking beer and smoking while talking to us) Never go there again

If you go to Sky Key West website and book a ride, this is where you end up and they are the worst guides ever.They just want to rip off their customers, they start cursing in front of kids.

The new owners of Jetski rental extorted us .. Just because we didnt tip them they threatened to charge our credit cards $1200 because we did donuts on water with the Jetski .. They finally forced us to leave a huge tip .. Worst experience ever !
