After doing some research, we went with Hector and wow it did not disappoint! It Definitely was a fun time with tons of moments that he caught by camera. From the booking to the docking back after the tour, it was a special experience. So special that for my husband’s birthday, they brought him cupcakes and sang happy birthday!!!! We had a great time with Hector! It was a beautiful day, and we went out earlier than most (9am) so we practically had the ocean to ourselves. Hector made us feel welcome and comfortable right away, and had us laughing from the very beginning. We chose the snorkeling tour, and enjoyed swimming around a submerged boat and seeing LOTS of different fish! Jetskis arent allowed near reefs, so while it wasnt the best snorkeling location ever, we still saw lots of tropical fish and various sea creatures. We traveled across ocean, through mangroves, passed beautiful homes, and saw dolphins and iguanas. We loved the laid-back family vibe of Hectors, and would definitely recommend and would love to come back for another tour!

Hector is the best kept jet ski secret of key Largo. He is super well trained and informed. He is more interested in ensuring safety and fun for his customers than just making money. We talked to a few but then after talking to Hector we knew we were in great hands. You won’t go wrong … he is incredible… you will have the best time jet skiing with him and to top it he will takes amazing pics of you as you make memories :)

Booked our first Jet ski tour in Florida did not know what to expect. To our pleasant surprise we drove down from Miami Gardens and it was worth it ! Hector is one of the most down to earth people me and my girlfriend have ever met. He made us so comfortable out there and and we had an amazing time. Recommend him highly especially for families.

1 star, 0 stars if i could. My family and I looked for jetskiing places to have fun while on vacation and choose to take his jet ski tour, if your looking for fun this is not your place. We went and it started off with a 20-25 minute speech about how dangerous it is and how you shouldn’t take your phone because of how good the pictures he takes are, (they ended up being very unclear and very poor quality). He only explained how to use the jet ski for about 2-5 minutes. He stopped us every 10 minutes and told us how dangerous the stuff we were doing was (meanwhile we were 200 feet away from each other) and how we were gonna end up killing each other. He had us shut our jet skis off and yelled at us throughout the entire tour. He was also very skimpy when it came to the time we spent $400 on 2 jet skis for an hour and a half tour that ended up being an hour. 0/10 would not recommend there are many other jet ski tours in the keys.

I can’t say enough about Hector and his jet ski tour. First of all, if you want to have the funniest/most enthusiastic guide you HAVE to go to Hector. My boyfriend and I had the best time. We did the 90 minute tour and by the end of it I wish we chose the 2 hour because it is an absolute blast. Hector knows his way around the waters like the back of his hand. Wife and I hit the key largo location and took a tour with hector. We had a great experience, it was nice riding through the mangroves and running through the canals. Most importantly he made sure we returned

Zero stars if I could. He sets the jet ski at lowest possible speed and then charges extra ($20 an hour) if you want to go a decent speed. Also, my son and his friend purchased the snorkel tour, there wasnt even a tour and they never even snorkeled. False advertisement at its best. Before you pay him, ask if there are any extra charges or youre going to end up spending an extra $100 or so. Do you due diligence and ask questions. Theres tons of jet ski tours in the Keys.

Had a great time tearing it up in key largo!!!! First we got lost & Alejandra was AMAZING with us calling her 17 times! Then we realized how nervous we were once we saw the actual size of the jet ski but hector was great! He built the practice into our ride perfectly. I was cruising in no time!!!! It’s a must do if you’re in the area! And yes, I suggest doing the full tour. We really wish we had!

The Jet Ski Tour was nice.A few things that could improve. I didn’t like the picture quality of the pictures that were taken. They could have been closer. They were too far away. It would have probably been better if the pictures were taken with our own phones. I actually brought a water proof case. I understand taking pictures while operating the jet ski is not safe. But once the jet ski was turned completely off, it would’ve worked out better for me to use my own camera to take some of my own videos and pictures.Additionally, when my tour ended I noticed that the owner said to the next group, “ Let me get rid of this group” when referring to my group. I didn’t like that. As I am a paying customer and didn’t like how he phrased that. I was the one who researched his business and moved our jet ski tour from Key West to his tour in Key Largo. That remark made me second guess that decision.Also I think he should be more careful when guessing races of customers or not do it at all as he came off as a colorist when assuming my friend who is fair skinned was the latin one and I who is darker skinned was not. My friend has NO latin ethnicity. I am darker skinned and I do have latin ethnicity. Afro latino people do exist and I felt very annoyed by his ignorance. Which is why he should be careful when it comes to race guessing….. or stay far away from it in a business setting.

These guys are the best. I’ve done the tour with hector twice and both times were amazing! His wife is such a nice lady and hector is a funny man. He takes you on a 1 hour tour all around the waters in Miami and let’s you go at your own pace as long as you follow his rules. You get to see so much. It’s such a better experience than riding up and down in a small confined ride zone. They also are very straight forward and honest about their prices. No hidden fees like other jet ski companies. If you are in Miami and wanting to do skis, this is the only place to do it at. They really know how to treat their customers, I highly recommend them!

Just go somewhere else ! Called them to talk about renting jet skis while i was driving to there location. I arrived 30 min later at 4 pm and they were closed even tho there Buisness hours are until 6pm. Wasted my time going there and talking to them on the phone.

My Girlfriend and I Decided to spend our 3 year anniversary in Miami this past week. We wanted to try something different and jet skiing was it. First timers for the both of us and we couldn’t have gotten any better instructors. I highly recommend this to anyone wanting to try jet skiing out or has experience with it. Also they provide pickup and drop off services for customers free of charge. I am not quite sure how far in distance they can pick you up you will have to contact the business but that is a huge plus. Hector doesn’t really give you a tour of anything, and continue to ask every 10 minutes if you want to spend another 30 dollars on upgrading your speed ( even tho you already spend a lot of money to even rent the jet ski) another 30 dollars for pictures. He also makes you turn the jet ski off every 10 minutes to talk about nothing that has to do with a tour. He shouldn’t even advertise a tour, if I can give 0 stars I would.

Having Hector as our tour guide was a wonderful experience. He was very enthusiastic yet safe, and enabled us to get the best out of our experience. We were also able to get a lot of photos which we can take back to the UK with us!Would 100% recommend.

Hector’s tour was great! We got picked up and taken to the dock by his wife, who is very sweet and helpful. Hector gave us a tutorial of how to use the jet skis and lots of good safety advice. We were out on the jet skis for a while. He showed us some great spots, including star island. He also took great pictures of us! The jet skis were in really good condition and really fun! Hector is an honorable businessman who runs a fair and honorable business. The price we were quoted was the price we paid, to the penny. The jet skis were top notch, with an option to go extra fast (not for the average rider, in my opinion), the instruction was first-class, and the route we took--even though we were with a couple of young, slower riders--was beautiful. We saw dozens of wonderful homes and many yachts. We crossed under large bridges and small ones. We were able to speed through wide open water near downtown Miami safely and without issue. Bottom line is that Hector gives it to you straight and his rates are fair, especially considering that pickup from the hotel is included. If you want extras (ridiculous speed, dozens of photos, more time), you pay extra. But that is made crystal clear from the start. Simply put, Hector runs the best jet ski tour company on South Beach. I would (and will) recommend him to friends and family. Thank you, Hector!

Had so much fun Jet Skiing with Hector. He is a great instructor, knowledgeable and made us feel super comfortable with it being our first time. Reasonable prices! Will do it again next time I’m in Miami!!
