Great customer service! Boat in new condition and ran great. We did a full day rental and had a wonderful experience. Ryan came out to the parking lot to meet us and check in process was simple. He gave us great recommendations of scenic places to travel to and good lunch spots along the way. He even gave us his personal cell in case we needed him. New prop on boat and equipped with easy to use navigation. Would definitely recommend and will rent again next time we are in town.

Awesome experience! Rented the Sea Hunt for a full day and went into the ocean and bay. Owner set the finder to some great fishing spots. The boat had everything we needed and plenty of storage, radio with Bluetooth and cooler for drinks. Can’t wait to come down again and rent for 3 days next time.

Rented a pontoon boat for the day and had an amazing time! The weather was beautiful and sunny and the water views were just gorgeous! Ryan was great checking us in and going through everything. He even made sure to to let us know the best sandbars to check out and which reefs are the best. We loved Alligator Reef Lighthouse and Hen and Chicken reef for snorkeling. Next time we are back in the Florida Keys we will definitely be renting a boat from Key Largo Watersports!

Rented a pontoon boat for the day during spring break. Boat was clean and in good working condition. The walk through was quick and helpful, especially the GPS overview. Great day on the sandbar, at lunch, and just general cruising. Would recommend a two anchor option for people that want keep the boat still on the sandbar.

We rented a Sea Hunt 23 Ultra center console from them on 8/8/20. Both Katheryn and Nick were extremely professional and courteous when I was inquiring about the boats, unlike other boat rental companies. That was one of the main reasons we chose to rent from them, and we were not disappointed at all. Katheryn met us at the dock promptly, and was very friendly, and the Mangrove Marina is a very nice facility. The boat was waiting for us, and was full of fuel and very clean. Also, they were not critical on what time the boat was returned in the evening.The boat was exactly as described on their website. It was only a month old, and was in excellent condition. Perfect for our family of six. The boat ran great all day. The motor was not undersized like most of the rentals in the Keys. I can’t say enough about the service and quality of Key Largo Watersports. We will definitely use them again, and would highly recommended them to others. Thanks.

Excellent service and equipment. Rented the 23 ft. Seahunter for a tour around the area. Boat was in excellent shape, check in was easy and they were flexible when we had to change due to weather.Dont skimp on the prop insurance, very easy to get yourself into shallow water.

On Sunday, 11/15/2020, I had the pleasure of renting a boat from Key Largo Watersports. It was a last minute situation but they were able to make it happen. Ryan was on point with making sure that the boat was clean, fueled, and good to go as well as getting me out as quickly as possible. I got an almost new Sea Hunt with a 150 Yamaha which was perfect. If you have the chance/need, check them out for sure.

We rented a pontoon boat for 4 hours. We went to the sandbar to swim, but it was cold and windy. We tried to leave but The boat would not start. It took one hour to have it jumped. I asked them for a partial refund, but they refused. They said “ you had the boat for 4 hours” so you are responsible for the entire cost. Really?

Could not be happier with Key Largo Watersports!! Ryan was amazing! The boat we rented (23’ Seahunter center console) was immaculate, and only a year old, and at a terrific price. I was quite surprised as many other boats we have rented on trips were older and beat up, this boat was great! They made rental super easy, the communication was on point, they were available for any questions we had via text or call. Ryan gave us some great spots to go find some fish and he was dead on. We are looking forward to heading down this way again soon and will definitely be renting from them again.

We rented a deck boat and when we checked in with Ryan, it looked exactly as described. It was filled up with fuel and very clean. There are 6 of us in my family and it was plenty spacious. With the Bluetooth, we had amazing music, plenty of places to store food, and a GPS to direct us to reefs to snorkel as. There was amazing customer service and they seemed that they were always available to answer questions

Rented from them once, 2 years ago. From the old place on Islamorada yet. Now, they are on Tavernier and have the whole “office” with someone very “good” on (pretty mean, although well-worded, mostly) responses; didn’t have a chance to see about the actual renting experience. A family member fell sick the morning we were about to boat away - they eagerly slammed $100 cancellation. No consideration, nothing. Free easy money.I won’t even look back at this place.By the way, 2 years ago, we’ve got a regular keys-grade 23-feeter. With bad gears and pretty beat up hull and the rest. Explains the “cheaper” price but still felt like overpaid at the end of the day. We were to return to them simply for the nature of the anniversary ride, the sentiment of that. I will gladly pay more next time at a different place - as a courtesy and the customer service (if you are unlucky to be needing one) are clearly in short supply at this place.

My husband and I rented a pontoon boat from benchmark boat rentals. Its was clean and in excellent condition. It was perfect for our kids to enter the pontoon from the back of our boathouse. We had a great time 👍

The boats they rent in are good condition and we had a great two day rental. They lose two stars due to not providing an itemized receipt for the rental charges. When total charges exceed $800, you should expect an itemized receipt. If this is an entertainment expense and your employer requires a receipt, be aware you may not get one. I asked twice for this receipt and never received one.

Easy online booking, filled out necessary paperwork at the dock. The location was very easy to get out on water quick. We rented the 26’ Bayliner deck boat, it was definitely an older boat. The storage on the side had ants so be careful with food there. Overall I would rent here again but would choose a different boat.

We rented the bayliner deck boat last Saturday 8/29/2020 and we are already looking forward to our next trip with you guys. This boat is great for larger groups (we were 9 and were very comfortable). Also great for divers/snorkeling as it has 3 dividing doors and lots of space for your equipment. If given a promo code for discounts I will book 1/month :-)

We did a half day on the Sea Hunt 23, good set up. Everything worked good and the staff was helpful and friendly.

I would not do business with these people, rented a boat and got stranded for hours on the water. No outside damage to motor or prop at all but lower unit failed in 7 ft of water and they said it’s my fault.They automatically charged card to pay for a mechanical breakdown that said was my fault... apparently all breakdowns are customers fault even something internal.Disgusted with the way these people acted about the whole thing.

I rented the Nautic Star 8/16/2020 and it was amazing, the boat is brand new, it was very clean and the customer service was great. My wife, kids and I had a wonderful experience. I would definitely recommend this place!

Do not rent from this company. I would rate a 0 if I could. I rented weeks in advance for a 23ft Key West. I did not get the boat as photographed in their site. The boat was nothing like described. It was filthy and I had to ask Kateryn to hose it down when I got there as it had obviously been used the day before and not cleaned. The radio did not work and when I called Kateryn, who had already left and never waited to see if the boat was in working condition, she was clearly bothered by my call. The engine repeatedly stalled. Did not receive what was described in the site, not even a cooler with ice. When I reached out to Nick, it was stated that this was a recently bought boat that was needing to be fixed as it was “neglected” by the previous owner. That should not have been rented to anyone until it was in the condition as described on their site. They definitely lacked cleanliness and professionalism. I definitely would not recommend using this boat company!!!!!

My friends and I rented a pontoon boat from Mangrove Marina for my bachelorette bash, we had such a good time, spent the afternoon at the sandbar and the boat was in great conditions, just what we were expecting. We requested for a captain and he was very nice and respectful with us!!

Terrible customer service, bait and switch on a reservation. Paid to reserve a 23’ center console a month in advance, called to confirm my reservation and morning of was told my boat was double booked. Ended up on a 21’ Boat that was in total disrepair and out of a different marina. Also, communication on what you will be charged is shady at best. Do yourself a favor and book elsewhere.

Overall I did not like the services. Let me start by saying the website sounded awesome but I will never use them again. Their website states that the boats have radio, well they dont! Also they come with cooler and ice, well they dont! Also we were over charged for gasoline on the boat, I returned it with a full tank and they still charged me over $50 for gas. I do not recommend this place, and plan to never use them again. There is another place up the road before them that is much nicer, on bayside side and are true to their words for better prices. Guys make sure and check your charges the next day and know what you are spending your money on.As a follow up to my original review, their response goes as proof that they do not pay attention to their customers. People believe what you would like I have bank statement with proof of rental and may I include I also didnt get a receipt to our rental either but that is ok because I keep track through my accounts of spending. FYI Nick just because the rental wasnt under my name does not mean I did not rent from you, you should pay better attention to your customers or better yet your employees as you are not the one addressing customers in person. The rental was signed by my husband because he was the one driving the boat not myself. Thanks for your feedback please note none of it is fraud as I do not give bad reviews unless they are true and your response is proof. Having rented boats thru-out the keys over the past 15 years or so I can attest to the top notch Boat and equipment provided. I am also the owner of a 25’ Boat myself. (Long tow from MI) We took the 23’ center console with 225 HP which was a perfect boat for a day out in the ocean when it was a little on the breezy side. Everything on the boat worked with no broken hardware or problems and very clean when we got it. Chris even threw on a real nice cooler when I asked if he had one.would definitely rent from here again...

Had a great experience renting the 21ft center console boat. Rental went very smooth and gave us a thorough showing of the best places to snorkel and fish in the area. Would recommend this company to anyone. Will be renting from again in the near future.

I wish I could give 0 stars. The boat we reserved weeks in advance never showed up, and there was no replacement. Worse yet, the customer service was horrible and hardly apologized. I only received a refund of my deposit after calling multiple times over a period of 2 weeks.

Chris was very easy to deal with and was able to show us where to go and what to see. He had equipment for us upon request and even provided cooler with ice. Boat ran perfectly and gave us a great day of memories.

Do not rent you boat from here. Booked 4 weeks in advanced,. I showed up a day early and the boat was not even in operating condition. When I tried to cancel they performed an unauthorized charge on my credit card. Luckily I have an awesome bank who will take care of the back charge. Chris and Paul are scam artists. Beware.

We called on short notice for a day rental with our son, daughter in law and grandkids. Chris hooked us up with a 26 deck boat, free snorkeling equipment, and ice. Chris was great to work with and we highly recommend Key Largo Watersports!

Key Largo Watersports, Wow! I was born and raised in Miami and now Im 52. Ive been going to the keys all my life and have dealt with many shady characters to say the least but, Chris with Key Largo Watersports has given me hope again about doing business the right way. What they say on their website is what they do! My wife and I rented the 23 open fishermen and the boat ran flawlessly the entire time. Not like those other companies and I wont name names. The boat was clean, well equipped and everything worked, imagine that! Chris showed me everything I needed to know but, being on boats my whole life I pretty much knew what was what. Chris even lent me two TLD 25 trolling rods to use at no charge, not to mention, all the free ICE you need. Ask for that anywhere else! All I can say is thank you so much Chris. You made doing business with you Sooo easy and such a pleasure. I will be back in the Keys soon and I now have a great place to rent a boat. By the way, I fish on a 35 Bluewater out of Port Canaveral and its easier to drive down and rent a boat from Chris than to trailer the boat or run it down. Cheaper too!Thanks Chris!

Chris is extremely cool guy, we planed on diving for 2 days, but was to choppy, chris hooked us up with bad ass 22ft center counsel Yamaha 250, 4-stroke very nice,and let us keep it overnite, we just cruised and enjoyed the scenery, he was always available during or boat time for any kinda of questions this being our first time on this key, i would strongly recomend chris to my friends, and would most certainly call chris again, if we come back, so if chris ir reading this to, thank you so much, we really enjoy meeting great people,
