Wow! This place has the best customer service in the entire Island. They were very easy to work with and their prices were more than fair. They have good Dependable boats. We rented a 23 foot hurricane deck boat that had a brand new engine and had no problems. The guys at the dock were extremely helpful getting our gear as well as they provided snorkel gear. We had such a fun experience and wish the weather was better for more days. We would definitely be back and will only rent from Atlantis boat rental.

Great experience. I have rented boats in Florida, Georgia, SC, and TN.....by far the best experience. Boats are used....but you cant beat the price. Engine performance was great, the 150HP engine on the 20 hurricane deck boat got us everywhere we wanted to go quickly. Other places rent boats with 115HP and less and it takes half a day just to get anywhere. Will definitely be renting from them again! Fuel prices are very fair and the customer service was excellent!

We had a great trip! We booked our boat the day before, we called back to see if we could get someone to pilot it and they said they’d get it done. Our family was very comfortable on board and captain Chris gave us a great tour, very informative. We fished in a few spots, stopped for lunch and went snorkeling. An all around fantastic day and experience.

We booked a last minute vacation to the Keys, and rented a 23 foot center console fishing boat. Service was excellent. The boat was waiting for us at the dock when we arrived. Boat was clean and reliable. Nice folks. I would not hesitate to rent from them again.

We had a great day on their deck boat !! The boat was comfortable and easy to drive. I extended a half day trip to whole day. The dock is at a great location and easily access the ocean side. They were very helpful and accommodating. Very satisfied with the service.

Tried to rent from them but they didnt have any left. Very good about calling back. Ended up renting snorkeling and fishing gear from them and they where very helpful even though I got the boat elsewhere. Definitely above and beyond level of service.

Super friendly staff. They gave us a large ice chest filled with ice and offered us a case of water too. Boat was clean and chart plotter was brand new. The snorkel gear was cheap and the masks didnt fit well but we brought our own so just used them.

We were down camping at John Pennekamp and decided to rent a boat from Atlantis boat rental from Levon. I must say it was a good choice. He was professional and courteous left us with a cooler full of ice and water and some water toys for the kids. We did the 4hr. Trip on the backside down to Islamorada through toilet seat cut and on to the sandbar. 30 miles round trip and used about 20 gallons of fuel on the 23 ft hurricane deck boat w/ a 200 hp outboard..! Atlantis Boat Rental - Key Largo Florida- beware and stay away !... Unless you’re looking for an old boat with a 30-year-old outboard and lack of Coast Guard equipment. We rented from the these clowns over spring break March 2018 and our boat ran for a grand total of 30 minutes before we got stranded in the ocean. We tried for four hours to get a representative from Atlantis to come help us out. It started getting dark, and we realize that the navigational lights are not working, flagged down a passing fisherman, and got a ride back to our hotel. Atlantis refused to give us any refund on our one-week rental or $750 deposit. - Tom Haggerty

Rented 2 boats to do some snorkeling with some friends we had a great time. The boats were in good shape a clean.We did have some minor problems with the starter on one of the boats but the guys at Atlantis took care of it for us pretty quick

Booked a rental for jan 1 2020. Show up and they tell us it must have been double booked and they dont have a boat for us. Couldnt help us at all. Worst service ever...Drove two hours here on new years day. Just very bad service.

Booked 8 months in advance. There were 4 to 6 foot seas so we could not dive in Pennekamp (although they said we could still use the boat in the bay, we declined). They offered future credit for boat rentals but no refunds. I did read the refund policy before I booked. They did not provide any receipts or rental agreements. I live in Seattle. It was an expensive lesson in weather forecasting.

Started off bad, but tried to give them the benefit of the doubt. We were scheduled to arrive between 9 and 10. We arrived at 9:30 and the boat wasnt prepared for us to go out. It took us an hour to get ready to leave. They were still taking coolers and garbage off the boat from previous people and gasing up the boat. And the bottled water that we paid for in advance wasnt there. We had to wait for someone to go get it. The boat was not good. The ladder was shaky and felt like it would break, the engine wouldnt go up or down and there was rubber piping that was coming off. When we came back they were unable to provide a boat slip and rushed us to leave. We still had to pay for gas. Which they tried to inform us we owed 50 gallons worth of gas. They didnt even fill the tank in front of us. When we booked we asked how much gas would cost us. We were quoted $60-$80. And when we arrived back they tried to charge us $180 for the 50 gallons we supposedly used. When we questioned this with the owner he replied that they didnt think we were the New York/New Jersey inbreds who are dishonorable. I am a New Yorker and that was very offensive. We will NEVER use this company again. They are a RIP OFF. From beginning to the end.

We rented the 23 foot but got damaged before we arived. Levon called us and said we could have two 20 ft for the same price. We showed up day early to check it oit and Levon was super nice asking what we needed and he would have it on board. We showed but had 2 get sick so only needed one boat he said no problem and would credit the difference towards out gas. We had a great experience at the reefs way better than going on the tour. Thanks and will definately use again.

They made the BEST of an unfortunate situation! Cal, Livan and Wayne went above and beyond to ensure our trip to the Keys was an enjoyable one. The boat we had selected for our rental had been badly damaged the day before our arrival. These guys did a yeomans job of getting us into a comparable craft on short notice.Most noteworthy was their communication with us which really highlighted the customer service we received. Not only will we use them again, but I would go out of my way to refer someone to them.Thanks again, and best of luck the rest of the year!

Will never rent from this place again! To start off they gave us a broken boat, we anchored and brought up to motor up to hang out and get in the water and enjoy our time in the keys. When we got back on to the boat the motor was stuck and would not go back down from the up postion. When we called to ask for some help from this company they told us to do what we got to do to get the motor down that they cant Send no one out that way to get you. After 45 minutes of jumping on the motor we finally got ot down. When we went to return the boat we had used less than a quarter tank and were waiting for them to fill us back up so we could pay for gas but then they told they would fill it in the morning and give us a call with the amount, but instead they waited over a week and now was to charge us for over $100 in gas, when there is no way in hell we used that much since we pretty much filled it out self at one point just so we wouldnt have to pay as much when we got back to the marina. Just never rent from here or youll probably get screwed too

Just go with ATLANTIS BOAT RENTAL the first time. Here is what happen when I went somewhere else first... After calling around to multiple boat rental companies in Key Largo, and searching for the best price, I reserved the boat with ANOTHER COMPANY over the phone. After arriving the day of my charter to pick the boat up I really feeling cheated on what I had paid for. The boat I rented was poorly maintained, (maybe completely unmaintained) the shifter was stiff and wouldnt go into gear properly, the gauges didnt work, boat was beat up around the sides, they only gave us a paper map but no GPS, no music device and the customer service was horrible. The guy at the dock was incredibly rude to me and my family and wouldnt answer our questions or even give us advice on where to go or how to get there. We did get lost a few times and tried calling to get some directions. After a few attempts, they finally answered but was no help! They just said, Thats why we gave you a map. My experience was so bad I cancelled my other dates and called Atlantis Boat Rental who I should have just went with in the first place. Atlantis was supper professional and was what I originally expected from the other company. The booking process over the phone was easy even though it was last minute. When we arrived, the staff were really happy to greet us and they even helped us load our gear. The dock master gave us a full orientation of the boat and places to visit and answered all our questions. The boat was not only in really great condition but was fully equipped with everything we needed. GPS, fish finder, bluetooth, working gauges and the boat was so easy to handle. When we called them for directions they new exactly where we were and helped. (They even have GPS tracking on the boats so you are never lost! They do have a little higher rate but wow is it worth paying a few dollars extra for the service. Take it from me, you really do get what you pay for so dont skimp on a few dollars and risk what happened to me and my family. After all, youre on vacation and if youre like me you only get to have one once a year, make the most of it and dont risk messing it up!
