We had a blast with you all!! Will definitely hit you all up again when we come back. We took the late afternoon trip and the wife, daughter and myself had fun. The underwater view was so beautiful, I highly recommend bringing an underwater camera with you to capture the Beaty of the Ocean. The Captain and his mates are very helpful and know how to make it fun with the Rum Punch and the Conch shell blowing as the sun went down. We were on the Reef Roamer.
Regarding your response to Karina, at no point was the mistake acknowledged, nor was I ever offered any extra time on the reef. To say otherwise is a blatant lie, and deceitful on your behalf. Our group never threatened any of your customers, and we never asked for any type of refund. We continuously apologized to your staff as we understood it was not their mistake. When speaking to you on the phone, you had no interest in hearing what we had to say. You were defensive, and spent the entirety of the call talking over us. The only solution you had was to contact customer service for the third party booking site that you use on your website. However, the only number available is your company’s phone number. We paid for 9 am - 12:30 pm, as was stated on the receipt. I understand that the logistics of having us out until that time doesn’t work for your hours of operation, but that isn’t what I agreed to when I paid for the private charter. Of all the times booking with your company, I have never had the problems I did that day. I advise you work on your customer service skills, as I believe it would behoove you greatly. Your staff is wonderful, but you are far from it.
I was present when Karina was clarifying the situation that we as a group agreed to. We did not want a refund just acknowledgement of the mistake. We as a group agreed to pay the amount for the agreed amount of time.The woman in the front is not to blame so why would she be screaming? we just wanted to address the mistake. We were met with complete defensiveness. She proceeded to call the manager and she was WORSE and extremely rude. The captain was the best, no complaints there. Hate to give bad reviews but the reality is the customer service was very poor.
The false accusations the owner has posted above is absolutely far from the truth. The group never requested a refund, we just wanted the employees and owner to take accountability for the error, none of us yelled at the employee or mistreated her, we all acknowledged its not the employees fault. Its very sad, you rely on lies to attempt to cover up your terrible management skills.
We booked our private charter via the company’s website. The website reflects you’ll be at the reef from 9 AM to 12:30 PM. However, after docking at 11:30 AM the company’s employee and the owner Cindy claimed there tours run from 9AM to 11:30 AM. Even though our receipt clearly showcases that we booked till 12:30 PM. Ownership took no accountability, and directed the problem to a non-existing third party, even though I elaborated plenty of times we booked via the company’s website, they also emphasized to contact customer service, please note there is no customer service, when you contact the phone number it’ll ring at there shack located in Key Largo.I advise to not book with this website, they’re unreliable, untrustworthy and will literally lie to your face, even though we have documentation confirming our claims.If you wish to further discuss, please contact me at [email protected]
Fantastic morning trip on their clean and fun catamaran. Well informed crew answered all of my 100 questions. They were kind, funny, and professional. Took us to White Banks and saw southern stingray, parrotfish, nurse sharks, and countless other neon colored fish and coral. Thanks for the great time.
The owners post about the charter July 11th is a total lie. First off i was the first person to talk to the employee needing clarification as to why we where brought back in an hour earlier while the entire group was expecting to be at the reef until 1230pm which is what we agreed on as a group before booking. The employee did not have any answers for me other then telling me its not possible. I showed her our receipt which clearly showed it was booked until 1230pm which she told me a third-party books online for them when we wanted to speak with customer service she gave us the phone to call which rang in the booth she was in which she then called the owner which was super defensive and unapologetic she has clearly not learned customer service or management skills in her years as an owner. Karina was in no way rude or asking for money back what i remember is the exact opposite you (owner) were rude, loud and unprofessional.
Great crew and service. Excellent snorkel locations. Went on the 2 stop afternoon trip. Nice people. Highly recommended.

The time I had on the boats both Quicksilver and Reef Roamer was great. I was on both a sun rise trip and a sun set trip. The first mate and captain kept everyone in a joyful mood and told us all we needed and asked about. I have been on a lot of snorkeling trips and they were definitely the best.
Service was great. Could have done a better job cleaning up spilt gas during refueling.
