I saw James for a simple cut. My hair is fine, some stylists seem to have a hard time with that. I dont get my hair cut that often, so when I do come in its always a hot mess. Not to mention the quarantine haircut I gave myself Im sure was fun to try to fix.He gave me a quick cut at a good price. He chose a cut that flattered the shape of my face, I dont come in with a style in mind so it was all up to him.I look forward to my next cut and Ill get it styled next time too

Unfortunately, I wont be going back. Only one person was working and she was nice, but clearly overwhelmed. She cut my 3-year olds hair very quickly and obviously didnt take the time needed to do a good job, because there is clearly more hair cut off one side than the other and it is obvious and lopsided. I have to take her somewhere else to get it fixed today 😭

I came to get a haircut and they only had one poor woman working! I had to wait 45 minutes past my scheduled appointment time to get seen! It’s not her fault, but what is even the point of an appointment if you’re going to waste my time anyway!?? You should staff more people!

From my first visit I only gave this place two stars after the manager cut my hair. It was an extremely dissatisfactory and sloppy cut, like she had better things to do.The owner reached out to me and offered me a free cut if I would give them another shot. I did. But not Maryann.I chose Alli and she was super conscientious, attentive and did an awesome job on my hair. Plus I really felt like she cared about me as a human being not just a job.Im happy to let Alli cut my hair anytime.

Scheduled through Google for a haircut at 1015 in the morning. I then drive 20 minutes to find out they cancelled it right before I was supposed to arrive. The lady at the front was oblivious.

They will not shape your hair. Go to a barber if you want shape. I asked for more hair in the front than back. But I guess she wanted to punish me so she cut it straight across.

I had been using this salon for years, and generally got good cuts, but the last time I went I had an appointment and ended up waiting 45 minutes until I finally decided to leave and take my business elsewhere.Edited to add: I understand that call ins can be confused with online check ins (which is another issue altogether), however, the stylist never took a moment to even acknowledge that I was waiting as she worked on one customer and had another customer come back for brow waxing; I would have appreciated some acknowledgement that she had somebody waiting, but she merely acted annoyed that I was even there.

First and last time going here! I had called ahead for my son for a trim and styling before his senior pictures. I thought after explaining with a very clear understanding between me and the lady I spoke with, which was confirmed with a phone call afterwards, that it would be fine if I sent my son with my aunt instead of taking off work early to go with him. BIG MISTAKE!!! Not only did the styling not get done, but I found out that that my aunt requested the styling and the HAIRDRESSER FLAT OUT REFUSED!!! She claimed that I had said I only wanted a trim! BLATANT LIE!!! I thought between speaking directly with the staff, my son saying what needed to be done, and my aunt specifically requesting the styling, that it would get done. I was wrong. We will not be returning. Thank goodness the studio had styling products!!

I got conditioning treatment done today and the lady has overcharged me. I got it done so many tines previously but I was only charged $20 then and even the price chart shows the same price.I have asked her about the same issue but she did not respond. And even the SERVICE WAS WORST I ever had

I was in this Supercuts yesterday, I think they are wonderful. I know the negative reviews are very wrong. Coffee and the other ladies are extremely passionate, very knowledgeable and love working with hair. I have been to other high priced salons and spent a hundred dollars just for a cut and style. I will take the honesty of Coffee and her staff over the high priced salons with a hair dresser that has an assistant. So someone said a cuss word, o my, if was said after, AFTER a child left. I like the fact that they are real, honest, caring professionals. I am sure you will get a better hair cut here than else where, you will not be told you need a color, if you do not. I was in this shop when a mother brought her daughter in, who wanted her hair dyed, she was seven or eight, and they would not do the color. I have witnessed several occasions when customers/clients will want something done to their hair and Coffee, Jess, Rayna, or LaT will double check with the customer and if they feel that it would not look good or not be good for the persons hair. They will ask each other their opinion to help the person understand that the style might look good on one person but not you. That is PROFESSIONALISM. They are very there for their clients, not to make an extra dollar ! ! ! Coffee, Jess, La and Rayna are extremely passionate, very knowledgeable and love working with hair.

Went in for a trim. The lady didnt offer to shampoo my hair at all. She barely wet it down, trimmed it and let me go and charged me 18.00. I was literally there for 10 minutes. Not impressed

Wonderful place for my client. They are always so friendly and timely. Our favorite is Latifah, but we are pleased by them all. My client is special needs and they are great with her. Thanks ladies!

Ive been going here for years, driving about 30 min. each time. And theyre beyond worth it! Coffee, Lateefah & Reyna do a terrific job. Theyve been cutting my hair, my daughters hair and waxing my mom & I for a long time. Theyre knowledgeable, skilled and have hearts of gold! These stylists have their game ON POINT! I followed Coffee from the Beavercreek location which is a good bit closer for me cause shes that good!

Everyone at this location is a pleasure - theirs personality to go around! Lateefah is ALWAYS on point with the hair and eyebrows - getting me to try things outside of my comfort zone - I will not go anywhere else #lateefah #arealone

Theyve maintain a consistent staff that treat you like family.

The following is worth the read because this place is wonderful. I went into the Flyer Shop location and was greeted by what seemed like a dazed employee (whom I now deemed must have been under the influence of something). She put me into the system and then led me back to where I was to get my hair cut. She spent 5 minutes parting my hair and taking up 5 strands of hair to determine what half an in was (I was getting half off the top and 3s on the sides). I remarked to her that it seemed like she had no clue to what she was doing, as I was right. after being seated for over 45 minutes, I was left like ragged lengths of hair on top, one side that was not fully cut and had lines in it, an ear that was trimmed behind and one that was not, and a mix-matched pattern on the back. After paying out of courtesy, I quickly drove across Oakwood to the Kettering location where they welcomed me with open arms and a few laughs on the story I brought to them. They fixed my hair and restored it to its rightful glory. If youd like a good haircut with excellent service, go to Super Cuts Kettering location, if youd like your hair to look like Freddy Cougar worked on it with his eyes closed while standing on a bed of hot coals, by all means go to the Flyer Shops.

They charged me for a full haircut to clean up my neckline. I was in the chair for less than 5 minutes...

Needed a quick cut for a recent job interview so I gave them a call (since the local Borics I go to closed down for good), they scheduled me in- had me in the chair in about 10 minutes and out the door happy in another 20. Great for a quick simple cut, cant vouche for anything more personally but what I went for was done very well!

Ive been going here for a while but usually during the weekday and it always got the job done. Last time I was here there were different staff and I found them very crass, swearing constantly the moment a child left the store. Theres a time and a place for that and work isnt one of them. I found it incredibly unprofessional.
