I had never been to this spa before and I try to write really honest reviews.I want to start with the good - and there was so much.It was one of -- maybe the best -- massage of my life! Healing hands, is how I think of it. Truly wonderful. The reflexology felt great, too, but I really wanted that massage and it was amazing! The manicure was great, too. The staff are so nice and I had some great conversation while we were there! The space is beautiful and touches that elevate everything. We had an amazing time, felt extremely welcome and I cant wait to come back!Now, to what happened the day before: my best friend and I had Groupons for a message and reflexology package, and we scheduled a month in advance to work with their schedule and ours. The day of, the door was locked. I could hear someone in there but they sounded far away. If I was alone doing by appointment only, I would probably lock the door, too. I knocked very loudly and she came to the door quickly. It turns out there was a miscommunication and the only person there was that stylist. She called the masseuse and she was so sorry that she had us come back the next day and blocked out a huge amount of time for just us! She also gave us free manicures! People will always make mistakes, things will always come up - its how you handle it that show what kind of person you really are. The people working at Seven Spa are good people - and they are very talented. Enough that they still earned 5 stars from me.

FINALLY FOUND A STYLIST IN OHIO THAT CAN DO MY HAIR ITS A 40MIN DRIVE BUT WORTH IT. I LOVED MY HAIR

I had a Groupon for massage/reflexology package. Communication was not the best, but I do understand technology doesnt always work correctly. Thankfully, the text reminder was working and Nakeda returned my call this morning to clear up the confusion. :) The best part of this experience was Nakeda! She did an amazing job, and I was totally relaxed when I left! This was my first visit and only saw the reception area and the massage room, however the space is beautiful!

Had a great time, almost forgot I was getting a haircut! Pleasant all around, definitely will be back!

First time boyfriend went there, he arrived early. Bell jingles. No one came to greet him. As his appointment time come he could hear 2 voices from the back. He said “Excuse me, hello?” The voices went silent so he knows someone heard him. And then after a minute they started talking again. He kept waiting, tried calling to see if they’d come out. Left after 45 mins past his appt time.He’d already viewed the Groupon voucher so we couldn’t cash it back in. So he called and rescheduled. Got a nice haircut with a great fade. Liked the lady who did the cut too.And he is there now again. For his 4:30pm appt, and the doors are locked, no one appears to be there, and no one is answering at their phone number. No calls or texts to cancel or reschedule the appointment, only the confirmation/reminder text. Only because the haircut was so nice last time is he going to wait til 5pm. Google has them as open until 6:30pm today too...Seven Spas we wanted to love you so bad, but to stand up a customer TWICE?? That’s just plain rude...

I have been going to the same hair stylist for more than 15 years in New York City. Because of Covid 19 I have not been back to the City since May (getting a little shaggy). My wife started looking for someone here in the Dayton area, and she saw an offering on Lining Social/Groupon for a beautiful Day Spa.I told her that I’m not going anywhere and if it’s bad, it will grow out. Well, I could not be more pleased, I have never felt more pampered. My hair has never looked so good; sorry Tony I will be going to Seven Spa from now on.

Today was my first time at this salon and I was extremely impressed the owner and my stylist Keira Burns were absolutely wonderful. I would highly recommend Seven Spa to anyone. I will definitely be going here again.

This is such a cozy niche place. Hidden in a little office building, you step through the door into an amazing Oasis of serenity. Found an unusual and amazing natural oil there (Birch, Sweet), that I am using in an infuser in my vehicle. Looking forward to going back and trying other services.

My husband bought me the a spa package for christmas which included a facial, a massage, and a manicure. All of the services provided were awesome! Nakeda was great, she was very professional but also very down to earth and relatable. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone who needs to just unwind and recharge.
