Absolutely LOVE Sunye. Shes professional, personable and takes her time to get everything perfect. Its obvious that the quality of the experience is her #1 priority.10/10 would reccomend.

Hair cut for my son was nice. The customer service experience was horrible. We arrived. Signed my son in. Position said 3rd. With only 3 waiting at that time. 3 more people come sign in. My son name still say 3rd from the 6. Now a cutter finished. He is 2nd now. But somehow the other cutters finished their clients, and once the 2 pick up 2 more people. My son is 1st but somehow 2 people got in front of him. Finally once finished. I ran my debit card. They informed me something went wrong with the payment and did i have the money in my account. I showed them my usaa account and the balance way over 2 thousand, and the charged was stated in the app as pending. They asked me to wait. I did. They finally said they couldnt find the his profile that was supposed to be paid, but they have a payment. Never be going back

3/9/2020 I go here pretty regularly between this one and another one. I think the overall experience here is much better! I really like the staff here and I think that 90% of the time Im very happy with my hair cut. The staff does a nice job talking with their customers before starting to cut to make sure you get what you want! (Pro-TiP #1) sign in with you phone before even you leave your house and youll be on the wait list ahead of time. (Pro-TiP #2) if you like a cut that they do ask them to save what they did in their notes for next time. Overall, I would definitely recommend Sports Clips at Towne and Country.Please hit the like button. Thx!

One of the persons was new and took an hour to cut my hair. A haircut at most would take 25 min. Then the manager came out and did a lesson on what she could do better for an additional 30 min, which still looks subpar from what I normally would get from this place. I was there for an hour and a half and got 6 bucks off a mediocre haircut. Ive been here quite a few times and its always great but this was such a terrible experience that I took time out of my day to type about it and that I wont be back.

During COVID19 and all the fake news, its hard to find a place; where there is no judgement, just great service. Ive been to a couple of Sport Clips in the Dayton I must say both met this standard Thank you for being a place of professionalism and calm; plus I enjoyed the online appointment system you use.

I came to the Kettering location to get a haircut on 05/24. I arrived around 12:15 and gave them my information. They said it would be an hour wait which was fine to me. I waited in my car for an hour and half. I came back up to the door and told them I was waiting in my car for almost an hour and half and never received a phone call (during COVID-19). For some reason, my name was never entered into the computer. The lady came who was in charge that day and told me for some reason my name was entered into the computer and she said that she needed to get everyone else (who was sitting inside) first before me and that it would be another 40 minute wait. Also, that she would take off $5 from a $20 haircut. I’ve been going there for 2 years and she couldn’t offer anything better for having to wait that long and then asked to wait longer especially since I showed before everyone else. Terrible customer service and customer comes first. Very unprofessional. Also, this was like the third time also.What did I do? I went over to Supercuts and had phenomenal service and took care of me very well. I will never go to any Sports Clips anymore!!!

My son used to go to a kids clip place, but we transitioned here because he wanted a bigger boy style of hair. They do great with him and we always come away happy.

Have been going to Sports Clips for about a year now. Always great service and upbeat attitudes from the various stylists. MVP is a worthwhile treat once in a while. Rarely have to wait more than 15-20 minutes and almost no wait at all on weekdays. Price competitive with other quick-cut shops in the area for generally better service.

Ive only been to Sports Clips a few times. But the times Ive gone, have been a great experience. Pricey, yes - but its worth it for how nice everyone is and how great of a job they do.

I like that the woman listened to us and did as we asked. Some hairdressers try to talk people out of what they want if it seems a little different but she listened and respected our choice.

Nice friendly intelligent licensed barbers and beauticians they know what theyre doing there if you dont go to sports clips and get your haircut or something wrong with you

Jessica has been my sons (6 years old) stylist and he loves her! She is great with kids! He has had several different styles and all of them have looked excellent.

Ive been all over Dayton/Springfield to the Sport Clips stores, even branched out to Great Clips. Every store was mediocre. My last two hopes were for this new store and the new store by the Greene. I havent even tried the Greene store yet because I found consistent excellent service from the Kettering branch. Jessica is my stylist. She takes excellent care of the process, pays attention to every detail (while still being efficient), and has the personality to make the service a really enjoyable time! Ive seen her cut men and womens hair before me and they all leave satisfied! She also only has nice things to say about her co-workers and the job they do! I would recommend the store and their stylists to everybody!

Amanda is hands down the best stylist there. Youll get may get mixed results depending on who is working but its a nice facility and the MVP is relaxing and worth the extra $$ if you have time.

Never going back, I asked for 1 to 1 1/2 inches off the top and front, it results to be cut to where my hair is butchered and one inch long, I was so embarrassed to leave. And it burns me with anger and sadness that it took a whole year to grow out my hair only to be cut to a buzz, Im happy to hear she is now fired but I would never recommend to anyone to go there because I feel they dont hire staff that are experienced or know anything about cutting hair. This is the worst place Ive ever been too. And if they care about customer service theyd send an apology.
