Beautiful atmosphere, friendly technicians, clean, fair pricing. My 2 girls and I were in and out with full manicures in an 1hr and 20min . they did an absolutely wonderful job on our nails! I havent been this pleased with the end results like I was after my visit here. I will definitely be a returning customer and will definitely recommend to others!!

As long as the owner does your nails youll be ok. Last 2 times he hasnt been there my nails (dipped) lasted only 1 week and dab bubbles.

I was in town only for the weekend and I had the pleasure of having my nails done by the owner JT. He was quick but he did a VERY good job with them! He was a joy to chat with. I will be in the area again in April, next year, and I will definitely visit him again!

My pedicures were better when they first opened. But now they are rushed and it wasnt because they were busy. I was the only customer. I will continue to go to Happy Nails beside little HEB.

One of the best pedicures I have ever had! This facility is clean and has a great atmosphere. My nail tech was meticulous and did a fantastic job! I’m normally watching to make sure my expectations are met, but I was able to relax and enjoy this pedicure because she did such an amazing job. I will definitely return here next time I am in Kerrville!

I’m very picky about my shape, thickness, cuticle edge etc that I started trying to do my own nails. I left disappointed everywhere else I had tried in Kerrville. I didn’t have the time to do my own this week so I decided to give them a try after I had a very pleasant pedicure experience a few weeks ago. Well I am extremely pleased and Zach is a nail angel. I am so happy with every detail of my nails and will be coming back every two weeks to my new best friend.

Im so disappointed in my pedicure that Im so glad I took my own (new) polish so I can fix it at homeThe service was amazing until I saw the polish work outside.... the cuticle area is horrible,the edges are missing polish,the topcoat is missing around the cuticle and not to mention he missed polishing the nail completely in other areasHorrible polish job!Maybe they need better lighting in the pedicure areaI even checked the toe separators to see if I had done that when I removed them and there was no polish on itSad!

This is my second time to get my nails done at JT Nails, and I’m absolutely hooked! Atmosphere is clean and well organized. Really nice nail salon. Got great service. Beautiful salon also.Edit: had issues with pedicure and hours after the polish smudges as if it did not dry through layers. Seems like a few new techs that may not be up to par with older techs.

So I went in because my sister recommended it, I got a pedicure ($40) no bad at all!! Everyone was nice but the lady that did my nails didn’t do even coats on any of my nails. I know it sounds hard to believe and I’m “one of those” people but it’s true. Not only did she take off all the polish and re do them, but still the second attempt my nails weren’t even. My big toes were waay darker and both my pinky toes weren’t even painted fully she missed the sides. When I asked to not pay full price but $30 she told me no that they’re charging me full price. I’m very hard to frustrate and when I am it’s for an annoying good reason. If I’m paying $40+ tip I better get my money’s worth and trust me I didn’t. 2 stars for the nice people I did encounter I guess just don’t get your toes done there :/

Not a fan of this new place. Massage lasted less than a minute. Scrubbing with pumice lasted less than 10 seconds. Worst pedicure ever. I noticed the owner never said thank you or good-bye. I’ll be surprised if this business last longer than 6 months.

The inside was lovely, the manager/owner seemed nice but not too concerned when I let him know the older man who worked there cut into my skin not one but FIVE times. I jumped away most of the time to let him know to ease up a bit. He constantly rolled his eyes at me and scoffed. When he wanted to to do something he pushed my hands or swatted at them with his nail file instead of asking, I don’t think he said one word to me except when he was done he shooed me away to wash me hands. My friend who was with me was watching and horrified at the whole experience. I loved the salon but I don’t think I would ever return. I’ve had plenty of manicures done and my fingers have never been in pain like this, I have little cuts all over the place 😭

Was not at all pleased with this place and it was my first time there. The nail tech had a bad attitude and was ignored when I told the tech if she could fix a nail because it was done sloppy. While she was doing my cuticles she was a little aggressive and made me bleed. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anybody.
