I made an appointment online to get a haircut for my son then thirty minutes before the appointment Nadine calls me and says she wont have time cause she over booked....thanks for screwing me over. Unprofessional.

A bunch of lazy girls sitting around all day. They never answer their phones. They are never “happy” they look at you disgusted. The main girl there doesn’t even wear her mask even tho they are required in the building at all times. Terrible service.

They double booked and I had an event right after. Didnt get to get a haircut. But usually they do a good job. I will not come back just cause it is important for people to make their appointments and important for businesses to be professional.

Nadine always seems to do a great job on my hair. I just let her know chop it all off and she does an amazing job!

Apt 3 days before an the day came and they said nobody are there nobody call me. i took a day off yes for my hair done and i lost my time please find a professional Hair Salon.
