Great service and management

We broke down on the side of interstate 10 about 3 miles out. Called Randals Automotive and they were very helpful. They were going to come to where we broke down but I got my truck going again and made it to their shop and they repaired my truck quickly and the price was reasonable. In and out in 30 minutes. I would recommend this place.

I walk in here nobody even pays attention to me wait theres only a lady theyre sitting behind the wall in her office knows that somebody is sitting there waiting for someone to help them and all she has to say is hello after I asked can i please be helped she doesnt even come to the door or even acknowledge me and says hello all she did was ask me if I even had an appointment and that once again not even come to the door or look at me face to face ridiculous rude ridiculous and I will never come here again that is not the way to treat your customers whoever that lady was I couldnt even see her face cuz she wouldnt even come to the door pain laziness or come outside her office taking my business elsewhere
