I had a new tire put on my Camaro SS,the car is lowered and 515 hp,they installed tire & balanced it fairly quickly,but most importantly it was done correctly,I have always had good service under the Vestal name,its Parks now after vestal sold to them,service so far under Parks has been good.

Can anybody tell me what in Gods name is wrong with people anymoreNobody wants to work at all anymore. Kept my truck for tire repair and inspection over night. Came back the next morningThese people forgot my inspection because they didnt have anybody in the office to do a inspection so that didnt do it. Thats what they told me. I totally give up. Vestal quick lube.

Took my vehicle in today for an oil change and tire rotation. Wasn’t expecting it to be as busy as it was there first thing in the morning. The staff here was so helpful and worked quickly to help me out so I would not be late to my next appointment. They took time to ask me all the right questions and made me feel like I was their only customer. I don’t care if it cost a little more than other oil change services- I will continue to use Vestal Express Lube because of how professional and friendly they are.

I always get top-notch service here. My concern today, however, was that during such a crucial health risk time, employees in the waiting area were not wearing masks and several customers were not wearing them, either.

I have been going here to get my oil changed for over 12 years. The service has been good. Yes they do get busy but they get to you as fast as they can. After all I can just stop by without an appointment. I have not had any problems. They are always very professional.

Every Vestal department I have ever worked with has offered only top notch service; and price breaks on those services make it hard to stray. It always seems to be worth while for both my wife and myself (we each have made a Vestal Buick purchase) to make the trip from Greensboro to what is now our favorite auto dealership.

Took my moms car in for an oil change with a $19.99 coupons special, but was charged $28.00 when I questioned it, the lady at counter said I know its not right but they only allow us to discount $13.00 off an oil change. They put out misleading advertising, the oil change is never $19.99. Overcharged my mother by $6.00 and didnt seem to care. Stay away unless you like spending extra money for a misleading advertisement. Cant anyone do as they advertise? Shameful, but no

Have purchased tires here in the past. Recently had a nail in my tire and they said that my tire could not be patched and I needed a new tire. I had a gut feeling that what they said was not true because of the way the, I assume, manager gave a head nod to the young man helping me. I decided to take my chances and go with my gut feeling that I was being hood-winked left this facility and took my car to a near by business. The near by business checked the tire and the nail had not even punctured my tire, they removed the nail. My tire is still fine. Would give 0 stars if I could. Local folks are what keeps mom-n-pop facilities in business it is a shame when the local business takes advantage. Beware here

My Daughter took her car Here to have her oil Changed they had put the wrong oil filter on and all the oil dumped out of it and the engine blew. My daughter confronted them about it. And they say even if they were at fault cant they just have it covered under the car warranty. I strongly suggest not going to this place Beware!!!!!!

Great people to work with . Took my yukon in for a oil leak Turnaround time was quick and my Yukon was clean after repairs were made .

I went to get my oil changed and tires rotated and when I left my car was shaking so bad I had to stop at another shop. They took a look at my car and they were appalled that no one informed me that the tire belt was no good. Instead Vestal just rotated the tire without informing me. Bad business and totally took advantage because I was a female. Dont take your vehicle to Vestal.

Vestal employees meet you at you car when you first pull up. They ask what needs to be addressed on your vehicle. Then you just go be seated in the lounge area and they will come and let you know what they’ve found and if additional things need taking care of now.

Went in to see about pricing on a new set of tires for my truck but they are so busy we never got helped. We left with no help from any salesperson.

Had oil change and tire patch $62.90 I bought the tires from them . Tire was flat the next mourning so I took the car back they fixed it and they charged me $22.90 more and said tire had 2 holes and they only patched one the first time .Manager called and refunded second charge .
