I have used this location for years on all my vehicles. In May I took my Dodge Journey for a oil change and inspection. I was driving a couple of days later and kept hearing this strange noise. Before I could get it looked at I broke down coming off the highway. After having the car towed and fixed I was informed the oil cap was not replaced and it fell and was caught in a serpentine belt. When the belt broke it damage the water pump. As soon as I was informed to what the problem was and the cause I contacted the Valvoline Express and was told they would pass my information to the district manager and owner. I have called 5 times and I am told they are not allowed to give out the district manager name or the owner name. No one has yet to contact me. I was also given a 800 number and left my complaint and concerns, no reply. I will start looking at other alternatives .

Yesterday I decided to take my car to get an inspection and oil change. They recommended that I drive my car 50-75 miles to get one of the codes to come off so that it would pass inspection after they did my oil change. I drove it around and around not knowing they did not follow through on my oil change. They left my engine cap off! I drove my car miles on end yesterday not knowing that my cars engine was taking in air, and splashing oil all over the place! I asked to speak to a manager and they denied me that right and also my money back for their failure of not properly doing my oil change yesterday. I will never return and now my check engine light is on and my engine is acting up.

Ive been here a couple of times. They have changed management at some point in last 6 months or so. Today, we had great service. The girl helping me was very kind and professional. She came in to confirm price and oil choice before getting started. She pulled my car up on the computer and showed me that I could choose synthetic or synthetic blend and explained the differences. She told me how to find a coupon online. I was able to watch them through the window. They were very careful not to drip oil. I also saw 2 of the employees verify the oil level once they were done. All 4 employees on staff at the time were friendly. They were quick, but didnt seem rushed and appeared to take their time and ensure everything was correct. They checked tires/filters etc. I was pleased with their service.

I went to get my oil changed this morning and felt very welcomed when I pulled up. The young girl who helped me was very kind and helpful. The staff was very courteous.. They filled my fluids, put air in my tires, and cleaned my windshield. The service was quick and excellent. I would recommend this place to anyone. Great staff, great service, great experience!

I have been to this location twice now - once to get my husband’s oil changed and today to get mine. Both times we were in and out in less than 20 minutes. The staff is kind and willing to help. Ryan treated me with respect and addressed my concerns with one of my tires. We will definitely be returning!

I have been here several times and will never go back. They have totally destroyed my confidence in the “quick oil change” service industry. I have taken both my vehicles here. My Chrysler 200 requires synthetic oil and they put non synthetic in it. This vehicle has a top mount oil filter that requires proper torque. They overtightened it and broke the oil pump. But it wasn’t their fault. I had only been to the dealership that I purchased the car from. So, yes, it was this place that caused the incident. I had my wife’s oil changed here as well......they failed to remove the old oil filter gasket. She was leaking oil from the filter because of the missed removal of the old filter gasket. You need someone other than the young kids that you have on staff and they need to take responsibility. The work done on the Chrysler post oil pump breakage was under warranty fortunately. I won’t go back to this place ever for an oil change. Use at your own risk!

I went in for an oil change and was kindly greeted by an employee by the name of Sam and she had a great attitude and was very informative on what also needed attention and how confidently I can say I’ll be taking my car here from now on and I certainly will because I trust her to get the job done, not to up sell me in any way, and only recommend things that are necessarily needed.

Go here only if you want your oil drained before they even ask what type youd like then be informed only the expensive options are available and be left with no choice but to pay because the oil is already drained from your vehicle. Will never go to any valvoline service ever again.

They were about to close and probably should have turned me away. They didnt and joyfully finished there day with an oil change on my car.

I wont go back to this place ever. The young female manager has a bad attitude and is mouthy and concieted. Has two other people working there, one only drains oil and the other young girl looks like all she does is put air in tires. Just three young kids that dont know anything running this place. If you want your car worked on right go to any other garage in kernersville becides this place.

The young female manager has a very bad attitude and is disrespectful. I left before I allowed them to service my vehicle, because of the disrespect and lack of professionalism.
