Had a great experience with Delilah and Hannah today! We were on a cross country trip when our truck broke down. Spent the day deciding between a new transmission or buying a new truck. Our dog was traveling with us and they were so welcoming letting her come hang out inside while we went back and forth for hours. Ended up buying a truck and are very thankful for their team making this day a bit easier on us!
We would love to experience the. Parks Promise! We purchased a 2014 Dodge Ram 11 months ago. In the 11 months we have put 10,000 miles on the truck. Starting 2 weeks after the purchase the problems began. We have had to replace both front wheel hub assemblies, inner and outer tie rods, 4 new tires, rack and pinion, cam shaft sensor, crank shaft sensor, map sensor, coil packs, plugs, IAT sensor.... It is a money pit! And guess where it is? Sitting in the yard broke down! We have spent over $4000 in parts and labor. Thats not to mention the monthly payment for a vehicle that is sitting as a yard piece. I will make post here and anywhere I can until someone makes this right.
If I could give a zero I would. I called about a Chevrolet Tahoe I found for sale on car fax that said new listing. Called Parks Chevrolet about it and was told that they did not have that vehicle or stock number. Two days later seen the add on another sight and called back. They had the vehicle. It was in inspection all day and would let me know when it was ready. They texted me and we went to see and drive it. It had a light on on the dash. The back left brake chamber was stuck or something and making a loud noise. Also you could smell it burning after they moved it two parking spaces over. They said to test drive it like this. It would have messed the it up or caught on fire. If they could not see any of this in a all day inspection something is definitely wrong. I would never buy anything from here if this is there inspection process and standard. That’s scary!!! People be aware!!!!

Salesman was not upfront with the deal, didnt clean my new car, help me move things, even thank me for buying the car! Emily is finance was great!!! Friendly, helpful. Love my new car... just wish for a more upfront salesman and wish they would have cleaned my car.. just poor service to me.. I wasnt even shown anything on my car etc.. I left in the dark.. dirty windows and confused on where everything was on the dash... Parks pushes the deal on the car before you even know if you like it or not..

Do not trust them. Purchased a used 2019 f350 super duty on 07/09/2021. Took the vehicle on a weekend family vacation and the maintenance light came on. Ask my salesman if the service was done and he assured me it was. That was part of their multipoint inspection by certified technicians. When I got back from my family vacation I check the engine air filter to see if it was replaced before I reset the maintenance light and it was full of a rats nest, air filter nasty and destroyed see pictures. Check the cabin filter and it was nasty. Check the oil to find it extremely black and the drain plug was damage. Because the dealership is far away from me and I dont trust their certified technicians to honestly perform a service I did it myself. Spent $321.68 on filter and oil on a vehicle I just purchased and these services was supposed to have been completed by a certified technician. Brought this to the dealerships attention on 07/19/2021 and they just got back with me on 7/29/2021 letting me know they will only give me a service credit. Why would I want a service credit from somewhere that is not honest or trustworthy. Please look at the pictures before you consider buying a used vehicle from them. Also, the administration key for the mykey I was given was not a administration key. Found that the hard way after spending more money at another local dealership and had to buy another key.

I returned my vehicle to Parks on 7/30. They were to clean grease from my bed lining that was left when they installed a bed cover and inspect/repair my satellite radio. When I picked my truck up the bed liner was wet, but the grease had not been removed. There was still moss in the bed of the truck that was there when I dropped the truck off. The lining on the tailgate also had a blue stain on it.The detail manager was called to review the work. He took my truck to complete the cleaning. When it was returned the grease was gone, but the blue stain still remained. The Service Manager order a replacement for the lining for the tailgate. I also informed the Service Advisor that the satellite radio was not working. He was to call me to let me know when they would be able to correct these issues. I called on August 12. The replacement part was at Parks and the Parts Department would inform Service for them to call me. I called on August 14 and told I would need to call again on Monday.I previously owned a Ford Expedition. Great service at Ciener-Woods. My wife owned a Chrysler Concorde and 300. Kernersville Dodge, Ram, Chrysler, Jeep service department were excellent. Parks is absolutely the worst service department I have every experienced. When the part is replaced though I live in Kernersville I will drive to Winston-Salem or Greensboro for service.
Although Im a few hundred miles away, I never felt the need to look any closer because the readiness of the team to work with me was superb. Nick, Chris, and Mike answered any and all questions. I was able to secure my dream car and the process was a smooth sailing making our experience great.

The service team did not solve the issue that I was having with the car’s climate control. Instead they said I simply wasn’t setting the temperature low enough for the AC to come on. When it’s 85° outside, and I have set the temperature in the car for 75°, there’s no reason that the AC should not come on. Instead the heat comes on. I don’t mean that hot air is blowing out, I mean the light for the heater is on.It was incredibly condescending
I went to Parks Chevrolet in Kernersville really not expecting to walk out with a newer vehicle. I just went to see if I would be able to trade my 2015 Camaro for a 2017 Mercedes Benz (My Dream Car) and Austin Rice made that happen. Worse experience ever from first contact with a salesman’s to the end! Salesman’s took all out info, got us approved, and then never called back. I had To contact to dealership to get a new salesman. Check engine light came on while on the way home with the vehicle. The dealership would only fix if we took to a shop that did not use certified parts. After realizing our 30 day tag went dead, I had to email and request that someone send us a tag. I hate that I have to give this place a 1. They deserve nothing! Please be aware!

Purchased a vehicle from here. Was very dirty and brought back for detailing. Detail job was very poor. Still was disgusting and when we told the sales person they just stopped responding to our messages. The management was very pushy, borderline aggressive and not willing to negotiate. Overall very poor buying experience. Nice vehicle once we cleaned it.

My experience on the front end working with Carl was great.However, when Parks received my vehicle they failed to install the “tubular step assists”, which the sticker clearly states that they’re dealer installed. Also, the vehicle was supposedly “detailed”, but it was a half-effort at best. I’ve questioned this but no one seems to care.At this point my experience is unfavorable.

Horrible customer service. We bought a 2019 Tahoe from them and within 4 days it was already having issues. Had to call 4 times to even get a call back, finally spoke to our sales person who said he would look into if they were going to cover the repairs needed, he never called me back. After multiple texts and calls was told I would get 30% off the labor costs.. I find it hard to believe that this vehicle magically developed this issue within 4 days of me buying it. They knew it had a problem and now are asking for more money for their service department to fix it. I would not buy a vehicle from them again!
Called about a truck that was the exact truck I wanted. Nick the salesman said it was still there and we made an appointment to come look. We get there and are told “it’s in the back lot” and we are passed off to another sales person. (Nick sold my daughter a Jeep just months ago). So we go sit down with new guy and he says sorry that truck was tested and is unsafe to sell so it’s going to auction. This truck had a full listing online. And was confirmed when I called to be there ready to test drive. But after I’m there it’s not safe now. This salesman goes on to tell me he personally test drove it and it shakes when you touch the brakes. Why would a random sales guy test drive an old trade in truck? I said I don’t care I want to see it. He makes up more lies. So after 20 more minutes of him trying to sell me a truck nothing like what I asked for I leave. I decide to walk the “back lot” and guess what. It’s not even on the property anymore. Walking back to my car to leave I see a guy that helped sell my daughters Jeep to us that was not Nick and he admits that the truck I wanted was sold early that morning. Because he was unaware of the lie going on. I can’t believe they would jump through such hoops just to get me in the door and lie to my face. I will never be back, don’t care if they have the best price in the state. Can’t imagine what else they will lie about to get a sale.
Austin was great during my sales experience. He was always positive, upbeat, patient and understanding during what can always be a hectic experience. Austin was transparent and honest throughout the entire transaction from looking at the vehicles to the numbers process which let’s face it no one ever enjoys. Would recommend asking for Austin for your next vehicle purchase!

Excellent. When I showed up, I wasn’t bombarded by salesmen. I was able to look at the inventory and quickly provided a salesman when I asked. Staff was polite (even if they were not working directly with my family). You can tell they have a cohesive staff and a positive work atmosphere.Just prior to my visit I was at another Chevrolet dealership across town... not going to speak poorly but my experience at Parks was 100x more pleasant. If I’m ever in the market for another vehicle, 10/10 would drive 2 hours away to do business with them again.

My wife purchased a vehicle vehicle on Mar. 31, 2021 and to date we have had the vehicle in our possession for only 11 days. A couple of days after we purchased the vehicle we returned to pick it up and discovered that the windshield was cracked in multiple places, the brake light was cracked and the interior was filthy. The salesman and his manager tried to finesses us into thinking that the cracks in the windshield had been filled and after insisting that they had not they agreed to have them fixed. Regarding the brake light, the salesmans response was youll only notice the crack if youre looking for it. Eventually they agreed to replace the brake light and also to have the vehicle detailed and they said they would call us when the light arrived at the dealership. We took the car home and the car had a vibration on the highway, rubbing noise when the wheel was turned, and it pulled to the right while driving. After over a week of calling and being given the runaround, they sent someone out to fix the glass but the cracks were still visible. A few days later the rubbing noise got louder so I dropped it off at the dealer and told them to call us after everything was fixed. They had the car for over a weekend we didnt receive any calls from sales or service and we were only updated when we called and begged for answers. When the vehicle was finally ready to be picked up they gave us no paperwork showing what was done and no one could tell us exactly what they did. What we were told was that one of the wheels was bent and they didnt know which one but service would talk to sales and they would get back to us. No one called, we had to constantly call and leave messages and call until we got a hold of someone. Eventually we were told 3 of the 4 wheels are bent and it happened while the car wasnt in their possession. They said that the vehicle was inspected when they took it in on trade. Yet, whoever inspected it didnt notice the cracked windshield, the vibration while driving, the rubbing noise when turning, or the cracked brake light. Doesnt sound like it was inspected very well to me. Now we are expected to pay for 3 wheels that we did not damage on a vehicle that we just bought. Their sales department is dishonest, their service department is unorganized and their overall handling (or lack their of) has been unacceptable. At this point we are again waiting to be called back.
Ive already given my review, but since you keep asking, I did not have a good experience.I already had all my paperwork started and approved before I got to the dealership and still sat there for more than 2 and a half hours waiting for everyone to get the papers for me to sign. Then, going to the finance office, he was so nice until I said no to all the extras he was trying to talk me into. I started the whole process saying I cannot go over a certain payment, so what makes this guy think I will agree to the extras putting my payments over my budget? He was rude after I said no to everything and made the experience even worse. Then, we get one free oil change with a brand new car purchase!!!! Wow, whippdee flip that saves me $25. I always buy my cars from my local dealership and they give you 4 free oil changes or 5 and a lifetime of free inspections. Have better options like that and speed up the process. It took me less time to buy my house!!!!

Sale person absolutely 5 start. The whole dealership zero start. We bought a truck on Saturday, I have a approval letter from the bank, Bank said if we going to the dealership is very easy to buy. We was there 4,5 hours for signing 3 important documents all other documents just what day selling extra coverage.I said to the financial people I wanna go out very fast because I already waited 4,5 hrs but he still wanna pushing selling things.Other people had the same problem waited very long hours for signing the document.Manager didnt come to us, Monday I get a email from the dealership and they asked how went on Saturday I wrote down what happened,she said she will be talking with the manager. Nothing happenedGo to other dealership where the people care if you bring $$ .Normally I buying car every year this is was our worst car buying. Normally we out under 1 hr,I did a mistake going to this dealership.I giving 3 start because the sale person.Manager zero start,

My vehicles gas line was spewing gas, and needed urgent attention. A percentage scale, discount service coupon was in effect at the time, and that was greatly appreciated. Also, during the service inspection, I was informed of my vehicles air bag recall notice, and that PARKS SERVICE would resolve that issue at no extra charge. Yes, Im a repeat customer, and would recommend PARKS CHEVROLET.
Was in the market for a truck and have been looking for a while. Finally stumbled across 2 trucks both being for sale at Parks Chevrolet. I dropped by, met up with Gerardo Ramirez, and test drove both vehicles. I chose the one that I wanted the most and went through the process of trading in my truck and financing the new one. Gerardo and the team at Parks Chevy made the process very smooth, even though the truck that I chose had to go through their inspection process and detailing process. The vehicle was signed for in the same day, and the truck was ready to be picked up in 2. Gerardo even gave me a loaner while I waited for the truck to be finished up with. Overall, I am very happy with Gerardo and the team at Parks Chevy for the professionalism, time-management, and efficiency of my purchase. I contacted them about a few tricks to see if they were still available and to ask a few questions. Got an email and one text. Told the customer service assistant Jennifer about one. Texted her about a few others to see if available it has been 4 hours not even so much as a I’m swamped. I’ll look that up for you as soon as I can. Very poor service especially in the age of online shopping and buying. I bought my last three cars online and never have I seen this lack of communication.

I had a great experience buying my SUV. It took me about 3 months to finally decide what I wanted to buy. I was back and forth between a car and a SUV. I arrived 15 minutes early, but the customer service representative was ready to help. I appreciate the time he took to let me know of the services I needed to consider at the mileage marks for my car. I took about an hour, but the waiting room was pleasant and I was able to get some of my work done while I waited. Parks takes care of your car, but they also take care of their customers.
Sales and finance personnel were great, delivery was a little longer than expected was to be in the morning but ended up late evening also online said there was a bedliner but was not.
Stopped by just to look at trucks and had a very pleasant experience with Nick Ervin. Seriously considering going back to make a purchase.Great job Nick!!!!!!

Changed the oil pan, at the dealers site, all the oil leaked out. the work is not done well! Lost 2 days! redone the next day and forgot to put oil in the engine.
Purchased a vehicle and less than a week later, had to bring it in for service work and had to pay the shop bill. Jeff in the Service Department was great. But the customer service on buying a car not so good.

Salesman Gerardo Ramirez was very helpful and friendly. He answered all of my questions. He made sure I understood everything. I would recommend him to anyone that is looking to buy a car and want an easy going process, he is very easy to work with.
Delilah Martinez is the best. She has been advising me on getting a new car. She even told me you guys have options to ship cars out of state. Definitely a great asset to the company.
BLUF: Ask for Delilah! This was my first time buying a car and had shopped around for a LONG time, so I worked with a LOT of sales people. I ended up coming all the way from Charlotte because Delilah was such a pleasure to work with on the phone, and that was only magnified in person. I would recommend anyone do the same. She was very communicative and patient with me as a first time buyer and truly seemed to have my best interest in mind. She was not pushy or trying to sell me anything I didnt need and worked with me on a fair price, which is especially refreshing given the current market (chip shortage). There were a couple small miscommunications at the dealership (no ones fault) but Delilah tamped them down before they could exacerbate and kept me in the loop the whole time.Otherwise, everyone at the dealership seemed very nice and eager to help. Folks in finance were a bit pushy, but I realize thats their job, and thats how they will be at any dealer, so not worth removing a star.Obviously not in the market for a new automobile any time soon, but will point all friends and family to Parks and Delilah.

Was put on hold for 16 minutes to start with. I live about 4 miles from there and actually called back and started driving to the lot in hopes I could hand my phone to the service manager and ask him why I was still on hold. I almost made it. The lady that answered quickly informed me that they had no openings to day for a oil change and inspection then ask me if I could be there at 1 it was 12:00 she said great, see you then we go to lunch from 12-1 great. After my oil change and inspection was done I was informed that my inspection was not free and I told the gentleman that they told me it was when I bought the warranty package his response was “they lied to you” then he told he would have to eat the inspection. I did receive a call from this person this morning apologizing for everything and I told him that his reply should have been. Mr Christian I’m sorry there was a misunderstanding concerning your warranty and we will be happy to cover the cost of this one for you! That’s the response I should have received.
