I don’t know who this Colby with a 1 star came from, but I have never, ever had any of my vehicles smell like smoke from the techs. Everyone is always extremely courteous and professional. In and out and have never had a complaint. Keep up the good work!

Ugh just another run of the mill lube licensed with a brand name getting by on the local “good ole boy” mentality. Does nothing to set themselves apart.Wouldn’t be such a problem except the staff not wearing masks, terrible wait room. About what you would expect.I wouldn’t even be writing this review except I overheard them telling a patron they decided to change their oil without a replacement filter and didn’t consult them.Wholly unprofessional. While I was only there for an inspection I regret them getting a single dollar from me. Will never be back and avoid this chain in the future.

This place made getting a yearly inspection easy. We pulled up to the bay and 15 minutes later--$30 and we are ready to go. Clean waiting room and everyone was friendly. Will be back!

I have used this business for a number of years due to its close proximity, quick service and no long lines.However, today’s experience cannot go without notice...We have been suffering through a worldwide pandemic for just under a year now... I was classified an an essential worker earlier in the pandemic as I have a mobile business that requires me to go into people’s homes...When I arrived to have my annual car inspection, I was greeted by a worker NOT WEARING A MASK. He approached my vehicle and I told him what kind of service I desired and he backed away from my vehicle until I was out and then took my car inside the bay, again NOT WEARING A MASK. Yet, on their two entry doors, it said that masks were required to be in their facility. While waiting I also observed all patrons to be wearing masks, yet only the receptionist had on a mask—- not one of the bay workers!Additionally, the water fountain was still functional as well as the complimentary coffee. There was no washing off of seats as customers left.I told the receptionist how disappointed I was to find the “double standard”. We want your business and want you as a consumer to wear a mask to protect our employees, but we disrespect the patrons as we don’t require our employees to wear a mask. The receptionist told me that the message would be “passed on”.I have an 83 year old that lives with me and I’ve done everything I can to protect her through this pandemic; but such a blatant defiance of CDC guidelines shows the ignorance of your employees and I will be taking my business elsewhere, where the patrons are valued!

Ive been coming here for years. As a female I can say confidently they really take care of their customers.

Fast, accurate very friendly, oil change on a busy Saturday morning, in and out in just under 30 mins, very professional. Now my choice for all future oil changes

I have used this location for years as it is close to my house, work and quick. I WILL NEVER BE BACK... and I will be sure to make sure anyone and everyone I can knows never to go here.1. Maskless everywhere - The techs (if you can call them that) work in your car with no mask, hang out in the waiting room with no mask and do not make an even slight effort. This behavior in a town with lots of high risk people. If they aren’t masked here, I’m sure they aren’t anywhere and are heavily exposed.2. Your car will wreak of cigarettes - I guess you cant where a mask while you basically smoke in peoples cars.3. My oil change has cost me $500. They are running a bait and switch. They advertise the full fluids, tire, etc checks.... but do not actually do them. They are putting your safety at risk. Many people depend on those minor checks at their oil change time and this place is lying to everyone. All the checks were verified on my receipt as done, the next day I blew a tire. I cant say for sure I would not have if the tires were at proper pressure, but I watched 10 other cars go over the same hole with no blown tires. My tires were at 22lbs the day after they supposedly checked them. Now as I have had to buy new tires, an alignment and an axel on that side. I cant say all this came from the negligence. But I am certain a large chunk did. The point being .. you are being lied to and they do not perform the service you paid for.If you do go here, be sure to check all those points yourself if you want to be safe, you shouldn’t need to when you’ve paid for a service.

The service was super fast but my car reeked of cigarette smoke after. I didn’t notice until my car was finished but the guys smoke in the shop with the bay doors closed while they work on the cars. Absolutely disgusting and I will never be back.

I have been going to Andys Rapid Lube for years. Their service is quick and well priced. However, I was disappointed during my recent visit for a car inspection. While NC recommends (not requires) masks at this time, none of the employees were wearing masks. In addition, the waiting room did not encourage social distancing and they still provided refreshments for customers. If you are choosing to follow CDC guidance at this time, you may want to find another location for service.In addition, the employee performing my inspection was smoking during the testing.

The man I spoke with was so sincere, kind, and informative. He answered all my questions and was very sweet. My maintenance light came on and I thought I needed an oil change. He showed me it wasn’t quite ready yet. He easily could’ve tricked me and made me think I needed to spend the $ and get it done. He said come back in a couple weeks and then it’ll be time. As a woman, I am a little nervous going to car repair shops just in case they want to take advantage of me and my lack of knowledge, we’ll this place doesn’t!!! I’ll be back!! :)

I like this place because you get in and out quickly and they dont hassle you by trying to sell you extra stuff. A little pricier though than the places that do. Also they do inspections and oil changes but do not rotates tires.

They inspected my car today and I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. They are always nice and Ive never had an issue with them.

Long story:Ive been getting my oil changed at Andys for the past year. I have a slow leak in my rear diff. They always make a point to remind me if its getting any worse and top it off.Last Saturday, I went in and the welds inside my oil pan broke free when they went to open the drain, and the drain plug wouldnt loosen, tighten, anything. It simply was spinning free and dumping oil.They tried for a bit and about 45 mins later told me Ive got a problem. After everything was explained they took action.This was 9am, the guys drove to Statesville area to pick up a new oil pan. Tried all day to repair it but couldnt. The guys drove me to Winston to rent a car, picked up the tab on the rental, payed for the parts and the labor at the shop it was taken to for the repairs and waved the price of the oil change.Ill be here until I move now.

Prevented a potential disaster .I brought my daughters Mazda in for a routine oil change. The pit boss called me down underneath the car to look at a leak . It was so small no one would have ever noticed it and less they were really looking for some potential hazard . Under his advice I took it to my favorite local mechanic. They confirmed that an engine mount was broken and that if she had a tried to drive back home to South Carolina it would have certainly broken down. Andys has wonmy business for a lifetime.

They literally stripped the oil plug in my wifes Honda CRV which were discovered going to the new place on S Main before Wendys. AND they didnt put a gasket in the oil filter. To add insult to injury the 2 boys Andy called sons threatened me!
