Very clean! My partner and I had rowed a little in the general gyms, but wanted to make sure that we had good technique before investing in a rower for our home gym. The instructors Made sure to show us the correct form and went over the rower settings and rowing terminology. The instructors very friendly and professional. We thoroughly enjoyed our workout. We will be back!
Absolutely fantastic (but tough!) workouts, great people, fun atmosphere, and a sense of camaraderie, make this THE best place to exercise. People of all levels of fitness can do this, and ALL ages can, too.I highly recommend.
A different kind of gym. A great place to go for a full body workout that is low impact. The staff is fun and the people you meet are great.
This gym is really great for a lot of reasons.... Here are a few:1. Anyone of a wide range of abilities can work out here. Doubt me? Try it out and see. (Free orientation and first class!)2. The intensity of the workout depends on you. Your work out may be much less or more intense than the person next to you. But, you will all be working really hard.3. The culture of the gym is uniquely inclusive. Ive only been going here a week or two and l already feel like part of the family.4. You work A LOT of muscles. I can feel it the next day, but not so much that I hate myself. After a day of rest, Im ready to row again!5. The instructors are SUPER nice and help you learn to row safely, efficiently, and to the best of your ability.Just go row, you know you want to.
This is a great gym with a friendly, smart, and responsive staff. Jobie is knowledgeable and takes the time to explain the mechanics of how your body works with the erg. The workouts are thoughtful and vigorous without being taxing or injurious. This is a real gem in Kernersville. Highly recommended.
Indoor rowing is the kindest thing I have ever done for my body. I highly recommend this place to everyone.
