They cut hair, they do not style hair. I paid 30.00 for a haircut. I will not go there again. They dont bother to see if the hair is even after they cut it. I am still evening out my hair. I should not have to even out my hair, that is the job of the stylist.

My hair is messed up. I am devastated. I got it cut Wednesday and had it in a ponytail today. (Luckily it still fits in one because thats now my only option). First it was shorter then what we agreed on by 2 to 3 inches.. I should have taken that into account and checked it all asap. Come to think of it, I wasnt handed a mirror either. Finally today I looked at my hairstyle down and the back of my hair in the mirror and it is crooked. The front doesnt even line up on both sides. How did this go unnoticed.. and the back has random long stands. Very unsatisfied. I wish this could be fixed. I will have to call in tomorrow :(EDIT: Went to see Carrie @ the Burien hair masters because she is the only one I could trust to fix this mistake. Very thankful to her and was happy to pay for my haircut again to her. On the other hand, Kent station location should have given me a refund.

Never met a hairdresser that didn’t know how to round brush hair with a blow dry and actually admitting it. Then getting charged full price for a blow dry and style very disappointed . Will not enter this shop again did not enjoy my experience

If your a guy definitely dont go here. No neck shave over priced buzz cut and the beard trim was a total joke!

The lady with long brown hair, tall and slender, can’t remember her name for the life of me but she layered my hair perfectly. Did it exactly the way I wanted whilst keeping my length, I havent been this satisfied with a haircut for years! Will come again. Just awesome!

Poor customer service. I asked them to do something to my kids and they said we are not barbers. So what that hell are they doing there. They should have a huge sign that saids we have a very limited skill, so please dont ask for anything special. I will never go there.

I went in last Friday and asked for some layers in my hair and the totally hacked my hair every thing is uneven and one side is straight and the other is a jagged and nothing looks right and now I can’t where my hair down with out it looking horrible!!! Thanks a lot for lowering my self esteem more and they didn’t even tell me that they had messed up

Went to get a cut today and asked for only an inch to be cut off but ended up with 3 inches cut off. Layers were very jagged and my hair ended up very uneven.

So, I had made an appointment. Requested for a blunt cut (straight cut) easy peasy right? Next day I straightened my hair and wow, long strands in random areas while the rest has a blunt cut. I don’t think it’s hard to cut straight across but Hair Masters prove it’s such a challenge. I ended going to gene juarez to fix my straight cut. spent 40$ for wash, cut & style. wasted 25$ at hair masters for no wash, little spray of water and cut that’s not even. I wish i can give you guys negative stars.

After 3 washes my hair color came off i paid $175 and my hair is just below my shoulder. Its overpricing! ;( she dye my hair using cheap product i guess. And i guess she did color my hair shortcut to finish early? She shouldve color it with full burgundy then wash and do the highlight next! my hair looks bad now. This is the first time it happened to my hair. Im going back to my old salon, its cheaper and gorgeous.. and fyi. She blowered it still wet! NOT RECOMMENDED. 😒

Walked in to this location, I’ve been many times, the lady that tried to give service, but most definitely shut down real quick, she was extremely unprofessional and rude had no idea what she was doin, I literally miss all the old employees, I’ll never go back, she was acting extremely disrespectful and should be in the hair industry with that nasty attitude

I had a very bad experience lastnight went in for a foil. .to put a few highlights in hair and to mainly cover up my grey in front and root outgrow. ..apt was at 530...when she finished first round. ..looked as if nothing was changed looked the same...so decided to highlight in red....it was not done correctly. ..still have grey all in front...aptnd barely any red streaks...my foil was done in paper. ..aptndnd Im not going back there...I have to go pay someone else to fix their mess up...and.i still had to pay over 70.00....not happy. ...

Just went in for a cut and style. There’s a sign in the window saying “no wait” and a male stylist with no client. Yet for some reason it’s a 2 hour wait for a cut.
