I have been going in TransCold for 4 years now to purchase ice cream sandwiches, choco tacos and popsicle for my family! I have never had a bad experience at the Kent Location. When I walk in Im greeted and when I walk out they always tell me to have a good day. I have never seen anyone disrespected what so ever. I will continue to go to this location as long as they sell to the public that walk in with out a BL. Thank you very much! 😃👍

1st come, 1st served. Relieving from 0500-1000 on day of appointment. I arrived at 0430. Relieving clerk arrived at 0455. I was second truck and am in door being unloaded at 0600. Only 1 53 dock. Park on street and walk in. Relieving an dock in front of 2nd driveway LHS. Very nice people.

They sold us licorice ice cream, which we couldnt find anywhere else. Very nice.

Friendly staff, if you are delivering ice cream show up at 5am . They are really good about unloading the trailer . Dock is tight for a long wheel base truck .Parking on the street or in the parking lot of a business across the street .Dont leave trash behind and be respectful of the lot .

If I could give zero stars I would. Horrible company!! After being a loyal customer for over 10+ years, they pull our account because we dont sell enough of their product. We had horrible service last summer which lead to lower sales. Every time we tried to get a delivery, we were told that there wasnt a driver around. We are a small business located in Washington state, of course we are only going to sell a lot of ice cream in the spring & summer.
