I work for a auto car center where we take care of customers cars. I called last week to get a muffler had great experience. Then called back to get a universal converter and was treated very rudely and ended up not buying from them. Today I called to get a quote and was quoted a price and the guy had to call me back to let me know when I could get the part and told me then after he knew I was quoting the price to my customer standing infront of me that the price would be 100 dollars more and wouldnt make it right. Customer sat. isnt a concern of theirs and I will never buy anything from them every again. Hope the unprofessionalism helps you in the end.
