Would give 0 stars if I could. Their policy is that you have 7 free storage days, I picked my shipment on the 5th day after I got notified that the shipment is ready to be picked up, they charged me a storage fee without any explanation, the manager Sofia just made some lame excuses as to why they were charging me. Bottom line, will never do business with this company ever again.

Street parking only. Very limited. Bring ur own dunnage at least 12 if flatbed. Loading at back very fast.

Very busy lots of movement on site, limited space to back, street parking to wait for door No parking signs posted. Wouldnt advise early arrivals night before, loaded farely quickly ! Nice clerks 😎

Barb and her team, they are just outstanding. Whenever I ask them to take care of work orders which I would expect them to complete in the next 24 hours, they would always complete it within a matter of minutes. Amy from Seattle also deserves five star as well. Same request I submit, the same result I get from her. I would definitely recommend Terminal Transfer if I run into customers who are looking for CFS in Portland and Seattle. Keep up the good work!

Great local service. ECU employees showed willingness to help make my over seas move easy. Unfortunately they lack knowledge on information when it comes to costs.

Ive been with this company for the past few months. I have to say I absolutely love the people I work with. Tea is phoenominal. She really cares about her drivers. She aggressively addresses any issues we have and wont hesitate to back us up. Richard is a wonderful boss. Always polite with a smile and engaged with his employees. I see him out in the warehouse picking up trash, working forklifts and going around asking everyone how they are doing.....and hes doing it because he cares! Thats the prime example of a real leader! Sean is a sqaured away warehouse manager. He keeps his troops in line and runs a tight ship. He wont take lollygaggers or slackers in his house. Hes proactive and out works the guys half his age! Hes always helped me out and always says Thank you sir after he loads me out! The other emplyees are great as well. They work hard and keep the gears greased to keep this place running smooth and efficient. If I were the owner of this company looking down. I would be awestruck at how well the daily operations are ran around here!
