Spoke to the owner and even though he didnt have the specific part Im needing, he took the time to research the item online while talking to me on the phone and ended up giving me a recommendation of another company to call and inquire with! Great company.

I called Nevels Stoves and spoke to someone who was professional. They had the part I was needing - a pilot light assembly for my propane fireplace - and even offered to ship it priority mail, so I could get it asap. The part arrived in 3 days, looks great, and works great! Happy to have my fireplace working again. Based on my experience, I would order from this company again.
