You aren’t going to find a friendlier, efficient, cost conscious - and genuinely overall helpful team around. I have been bringing my Mercedes 2017 C coupe here for regular oil changes, and they’ve done a phenomenal job - for a fraction of the cost the dealer charges. Also anytime I’ve needed a new tire - the same can be said as well. These folks love what they do, and their customers.

Honest and fair pricing. My first time going here i though my A-are was busted. They informed me it was just some loose bolts and was a $60 fix. My 2nd visit was with a new used car that pulled hard to the right. They put new tires and did the alignment and now my used car runs smoother, and quieter then my newer cars. My experience with Warren Secord Automotive was fantastic! It’s so hard to find a great mechanic where you feel valued and not taken advantage of AND does a good job. They scheduled me around my schedule, got me in quickly, great communication through the whole process and wonderful customer service. I feel I paid a fair price for the service to my car, and when I got it back my air conditioner worked perfectly! Nobody tried to upsell me or talk down to me because I didn’t know what I was talking about. Overall, it was a great experience, and I’ll definitely be going back, thank you!

After 3 years of trying to use a Ford dealership (under warranty), I was really happy with my experience here. I came in for what turned out to be a battery issue and found out other things were wrong, and Kevin did an excellent job of explaining everything they wanted/were going to do very PROFESSIONALLY and also answering my questions.They let me know when they figured out it was a dealer part and had to be ordered, and gave an accurate time+price estimate. After that they even called to re-confirm that it was okay to test drive to reinforce their results. They seem to really care and my car is running better than ever so Ill be back.I will DEFINITELY be calling again when I can afford to fix my A/C and get new tires/brakes!

Decided to us this business after seeing them recommended a few times on the Des Moines Community FB page. Everyone was very friendly and they fixed everything: seat belt, antenna, check engine light, oil change and replaced valve cover gasket!! When they needed a bit more time on our 4Runner they gave us a loaner car. They were knowledgeable and timely. I loved that they wanted to see the car back in a week after the work was done on it to ensure there were no leaks or issues. I’d highly recommend them!

We rely on Warren Secord in Kent for servicing and repair of our Chrysler PT Cruiser. Their staff are always friendly, helpful and efficient. The work is done well and on-time and any extra work needed or recommended is explained in a way I can understand and the prices are very reasonable. I would not want to take my PT Cruiser anywhere else!

I come here on occasion for last minute oil changes. Usually is $15 more than my normal place. I asked for a quote for a big job and they quoted $1000 more than all 5 other places I asked. Always feel like Im getting ripped off when I come here.

In my opinion, they do everything right. I usually take care of my own mechanical problems, being a mechanic myself. I know when some one is taking advantage of me or little old ladies. But when I went to Warren Second Automotive, they not only fixed the problem I was complaining about, they gave my truck a bumper-to-bumper inspection at no cost and I know what they found was actual facts. And allowed me to decide which ones I could afford to have fixed. I told them this truck was for my baby daughter, and they treated it like it was for there own BABY DAUGHTER. I love these guys with two thumbs up and five stars.

Ive been taking my cars to Warren Secord Automotive for almost 15 years. Lee and Bill are amazingly knowledgeable and kind. I trust them completely. They have gone way out of their way to show they care, not just about my cars, but even about my family. If I could give them a 6-star review, I would. Google reviews can be confusing. You cant please everybody. In a service business, customers want their emergencies to take priority over everybody elses. And, when things dont go precisely the way they want, the business tends to get blamed, even when the business isnt at fault. No ones perfect, for sure. And, mistakes can happen. But, Lee and Bill have integrity to match their knowledge, and I cant recommend anyone more highly.

I lifted my jeep and was having major issues with the adjustments in the front and it was very unsafe to drive. I took it to see Lee and he was very knowledgeable and suggested that I might need a few other minor upgrades but ultimately he was able to adjust the front control arms correctly fixing my issue and also found my tie rod was bent, that was causing the bump steer among other issues I was having. Great shop and very honest and saved me money, Great shop and great people, I cant thank Lee and the crew enough

My car was having a massive oil leak and I was about to call her totaled. The staff was able to locate the issues and fixed her right up! The two weeks checkup was fantastic and ensured the job was done right.

I was very appreciative of the prompt and efficient help I received.The first time I went in was because I wanted my brakes checked. They took it out for a test drive and also checked some other mechanical maintenance things. I came back expecting the worst but was told everything was still okay but I should check back in a few months for brakes.My second time I brought my Yukon in was because of an unknown leak. Again they took my vehicle right back, checked it all out and found that it was one of my motor mounts. They explained the whole process to me and then set me up with an appointment for repair. While they were working on it I asked if they could also check the balance on my tires as one of them was missing a previously placed weight, they said no problem, checked and rebalanced all, it was all done and ready to go when I came to pick it up.At both of these visits the staff was very pleasant, professional and very helpful in explaining everything and answering my questions. I plan on continuing all my vehicle needs with Warren Secord Automotive and I have already been referring others to them also.Big Thank You to All of You at Warren Secord Automotive!

Took my car in for an oil change - they did a multi point inspection and discovered a problem with the rotors. made an appt for the rotors, i asked if they could have it done by 12 noon - they had it done by 10! it was a fair price, done quickly, and best of all i did not have any problems and did not have to take it back! they did it right the first time! i will be taking my cars here for maintenance in the future and i have recommended them to friends and co-workers as well! good people good service! they care!

They explained what needed to be done and the cost involved so that I could understand. They werent the least expensive, but the customer service was well worth it. They gave me a ride back to my office after I dropped off my vehicle and they delivered it to me when it was done. Talk about red carpet treatment. I will definitely use them again!

I had another great experience last week at Warren Secord. I showed up Thursday morning without an appointment since I needed TWO headlights replaced. They gladly took me in and changed my oil too. While the price for my repair was on the high end, the customer service is also on the high end. They fixed my issue and told me about other issues to be mindful of (they gave me a coupon for future work). Repair was quick. They also dropped me off at and picked me up from home. The Nokian WRG3 tires were a great selection guys!! For the BMW M235i X-drive, these winter tires are a fantastic. Maybe they dont have the grip as the Michelin Pilot Sports on dry pavement, but they are WINTER tires! They handle in wet great and are smooth and quiet ride. They will head over the pass this weekend and drive in slushy snow over the holidays. I expect they will do great. Thanks for the great recommendation. If the price is right, i would recommend them for any vehicle that wants a good winter tire on their vehicle.

Took my car in due to a cylinder misfire. Was told my head gasket was breached and they would have to replace the engine for 5 grand. Did no tests other than testing hydrocarbons in coolant - no air intake or compression tests. Charged 125$ for diagnosis for essentially one test. Very disappointing overall, as the high reviews led me to believe this was a good, honest shop. I was wrong.

Way over priced. I went in for an estimate they told me almost $800. $350 for the parts. I went to a different mechanic and got the same repair and same warranty for $260. They have over a 100% mark up on their parts and try to scare you into doing work that doesnt need done. Scam artist that try to take advantage of women.

These guys are awesome.

I took my Jeep to these guys hoping to find a good, honest, local shop. They were very nice, and made me feel confident that they could get me squared away. They very quickly proved that notion otherwise. My Jeep was making a knocking sound, and wouldnt pass emmissions, thats why I brought it to them. They claimed it was my fuel pump that was making the noise, so with my permission it was replaced. That turned out to not be the problem. I gave them very specific instruction on what to look for, and they clearly didnt take note of that. The knock was very obvious, and came from no where near the area the fuel pump is located. We found the problem area, and they ignored it. They wanted to remove my oil pan to look for problems, and I told them NOT to remove it, cause I knew the knock was coming from my timing chain cover. They removed it anyway and made a repair I didnt request. After that, the carb specialist tuned my carb to pass emmissions. However, it ran like garbage, and he left all the bolts on the top of the throttle body less than hand tight, then jerry riged the jets to lean it out. I ended up fixing that myself. He then told me God, I wish I could take that oil pan off to take a closer look (You already had it off bud) Why would you completely ignore the timing chain hitting the timing chain cover? That was clearly the issue!In the end, they had my jeep for about two weeks, I paid several hundred dollars, my rig bearly ran, they disconnected my choke for a reason I cant explain, I got a new fuel pump I didnt need, and my oil pan was removed against my request to straighten some bent edges. On a positive note, it did pass emmissions.I wouldnt reccommend Warren Secord to anyone. Not even someone I dont like. Next time Ill be performing the work myself. Too many bad shops around here!
