Sam and his team really went above and beyond to take care of me. I work in the Kent area only infrequently, when my voltage light came on I called Sam and he was able to squeeze me in on a Saturday afternoon. They diagnosed the problem, a bad alternator, they tracked one down and replaced it all while I waited. Unfortunately this isn’t the end of the story. The alternator they put in was a defective rebuild, though this wasn’t Ace auto repairs fault, Sam and his team went above and beyond yet again to work with my schedule and swap in a replacement which then fixed the problem.I would whole heartedly recommend this shop.
