My 2015 Chevy truck would crank but not start. I tried following YouTube fixes but could not solve the problem. RJs got it quickly. A bad fuel pump relay. Cost was reasonable and about what I thought it would/should be. Solid explanation of the problem. They even labeled the new relay and gave me a spare in case there is a problem in the future. Will definitely use them again if I have other problems.

Not only did they give me a price that was half the price estimated by the dealership, they have detailed explanations on all work even loaned me a vehicle to drive while the car was in the shop. I dont see myself ever going to another mechanic for anything thats not an oil change (which they do here as well) When people say they treat you like family, this is what they were talking about.

Working in healthcare on call 24/7 makes it really hard to schedule work on a car. I got to say they got me in next day put 4 new tires on. They are all kind and happy to help. Good pricing and better service.

Went to this shop after my car broke down out of state. Towed it to them after a different shop pretty close didn’t want to take care of it. They pushed me ahead and got me back on the road the same day. Very honest and friendly. If you live in the area I wouldn’t go anywhere else! Fair in price and reliable. HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Ive been pretty fortunate to find good mechanics wherever Ive lived but RJs has got to be the best. The staff is always friendly and takes the time to explain what the issue is and what the possible options are. Prices are fair and work is completed quickly. I decided to give these guys a try several years back when I found out our local police department trusted them with their vehicles.To provide an example of the character of these guys, I had a 14 year old vehicle that I took in last year to have some work done on. It was a pretty solid car, but repairs were becoming more frequent due to standard wear and tear. I dropped the car off in the morning and they called in the afternoon wanting to know how much I liked [my] car. It turned out it was going to need some pretty extensive work beyond what I had requested. They provided an estimate to repair everything and it was going to be right around what the blue book for the car was worth at the time. Rather than repair it, I traded it in for a new car at a local dealership.It would have been easy for them to fix what I requested and then hit me with the news that it would need a lot more work when I went to pick it up, thus guaranteeing another $2,000 out of me. Instead, they called me before doing anything at all to let me know that it might be time to just trade this one in, rather than continue to sink money into it.When you find a shop like that, you hang on to it. Theyll have my business for as long as I live in the area.

Fixed issues that another shop did not fix and also showed me issues that I just paid to fix was not even done. Very honest and trustworthy.

Other reviews suggest this is a good shop, and hopefully it is. However, I left a message with them after hours when I needed an urgent brake repair while driving through Kent (about 80 miles from home), and they never called me back. They should have at least called the next day to tell me they couldnt fit me in. Fortunately another shop in town called me early the next morning and took care of me.Follow up: shop called me back after the review was posted and it sounds like this was a mix up in their phone line system. They are working to correct it -seems like they are trying to do things the right way for their customers.

Absolutely incredible place to bring your car. You will be treated exceptionally well, as they will go above and beyond to help service you, and take care of you. They do wonderful work on European cars and have earned a customer for life. With the unprecedented amount of respect they give, and how well they communicate with you whats wrong, youll always feel like youre cared for.

R Js has taken excellent care of my familys cars. On my 2007 Acura MDX, Jesse has always provided perfect guidance on the issues of an older, aging vehicle. Instead of making costly repairs that may not be needed, he always advised me with cost and value in mind. Knowing that Im on a budget, he even helps me prioritize my maintenance plans. Believe me, over the years, Ive been to shops that scared me into a fix, or charged me a fortune for repairing a vehicle that should really just be traded in. R Js is just the opposite. My son bought a low mileage, used Toyota truck. When the steering went out on it, R Js could easily have talked him into making the very expensive repair, especially since he just bought it. Instead, they advised my son very well, recommending he trade the truck in, as it was completely rusted underneath....R Js had forgone a lucrative repair in order to do the right thing. I am very thankful for finding an honest and extremely competent automotive repair shop.

These guys really saved my butt. Fun and honest people with a beautiful shop. I broke down here between New Jersey and Colorado. I had nobody around. They treated me like family and put in overtime to get my car fixed fast. They did not have to do anything for me that they did. I almost faced major engine damage and they got my car back in perfect condition. I sailed to Colorado with no problems after leaving their shop. Does not get any better than RJs Auto Pros!!! 10 out of 10 for sure.

I have mixed feelings. The first job I had done on my heating and air seems to have been done well (knock on wood!) Then I had new pads put all around. I get home and everything seemed fine and parked vehicle for a few days. Then when I went for a good drive a knocking began. I thought maybe it could have been a wheel not tightened properly but of course it was a weekend so I had to w. ait until Monday. Took it in and they gave me an estimate of $1000.00 for front suspension on my 2013. I left and the knocking had quit. So the wheel not being properly tightened obviously was the issue. Suspension feels fine to me, will get a 2nd opinion and see...

Never again Overpriced for work done. Cut corners. Delivered truck back to me with two plus gauges not working and no gas. “Runs great”. You would think they would notice upon delivering that gauges didn’t work and on empty.

They are very helpful staff. I had an issue where I thought I needed to replace my windshield wiper, but turns out I just had a loose OE screw and the mechanic tightened it free of charge and I did not need a new wiper.

It is so hard to find a repair shop that you can trust after getting screwed before. So far we have been please with RJs. We have had work on two different cars multiple times and been very satisfied.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. We did not have a good experience. They did not put oil back in the vehicle we had fixed there. They will not stand behind their repair. I will never use this company again. Everyone should avoid this company.
