We took our (new to us) van in, after a few disclosed issues and some undisclosed issues were discovered. They honored a quote they gave the previous owner, and kept us in the loop for the additional problems that popped up. I really appreciated their honest and quick work. It was worth the 45 minute drive from where we live. I definitely recommend them to anyone that is looking for an honest auto shop. Thank you again for helping make our van safer for our family.

I had the best experience here. I was really frustrated because something was wrong with my car and I didn’t know how to fix it. I drove around to 4 different mechanics in the Kent area but they all told me they were too busy or didn’t know how to help me. Kent Auto Services was this was the only place that not only took time to try and help me ASAP but they also fixed the problem. The man that was working was so kind and helpful. I will definitely be back and I recommend Kent Auto Services over others in the Kent area! A+ for me in customer service.
