This was one of the best service experiences I have ever had. From the moment I called to set my appointment until I picked my car up, I was treated with resect and honesty. Every time I was told I would receive a call for an update, I did! Customer service is clearly something this shop values and will have my loyalty because of it! When I received the phone call to explain what repairs were needed, everything was explained so clearly and in a non-condescending manner, it made me feel so confident that the issues with my car were being fairly and accurately addressed.

Would not recommend. Scammers and swindlers. Do not go here unless you wanna just give your money away.As to the reply, no thanks, Id rather try to fix my car myself with no knowledge or how to than go back to here. Dont be fooled peps.

My daughter was driving from Racine when her car died. Not being from Kenosha and not knowing where to take it, my husband asked a friend who lives in Kenosha where he would take it. He mentioned Anayas. Called them on Friday and they towed it to their shop. Monday morning they called and told mybhusband what was wrong and price. Fixed it the same day. My husband had nothing but good things to say about his experience and trust me, coming from him, thats saying something! We may have just found our new mechanics...it would be worth the drive from Racine

Our bill was a little high and the heater core was still not replaced or fixed like they said it was. We will have to take our RV elsewhere.This shop was recommended to us. My husband and I cannot recommend it to others.

Had a really terrible coolant leak. Called every shop around Kenosha and Anaya’s was the only one that could get me in immediately. I dropped my car off after work one night last week after calling and dropped the keys in the dropBox. I was able to communicate with them by Email while I was at work and turns out my radiator was bad. They got the radiator and hoses replaced and I was able to pay up and get my Jeep back the next day. My heat blows even hotter than it did before and no more coolant leak. I would recommend Anaya’s to anyone the staff is incredibly nice and they got me In and I was driving again in less than a day. Thanks for the outstanding service ! I took my e350 deisel ford van there to:Fix the wiper switchFix the fuel leak.Fix the heater.They got me in within a week.They were very courteous.They replaced the wiper switch.They couldnt find any fuel leaks.They didnt fix the heater.They found a few other minor repairs to make, that I didnt know were needed.They didnt tell me that they didnt fix the heater.My bill was $699.00Ill take it somewhere else for the heater and the fuel leak.

Always do a great job

This was the only shop that got me in right away. The entire facility is well organized and inspires confidence that they are good at what they do. I was treated courteously and was given an estimate of cost and time. The work was done a bit early and the cost was exactly in keeping with the estimate. All in all, this was probably the best car care experience that I have enjoyed in over 55 years of driving. I can not recommend Anayas enough.

TERRIBLE. Drove my vehicle in to schedule an alignment. The operations manager Mark Hermann actually looked at my vehicle and said they could handle it. Unfortunately, our schedules werent workable at that time.I later called Hermann to schedule the appointment and was told it would be $149.00 . I brought the vehicle in but he then told me that I would be charged hourly because it would take 1 1/2 to set up vehicle, plus alignment time, plus materials. When I asked why others take an hour and charge less, he said it was because they (Anayas) do everything while others only adjust toe. Despite my concerns about his shifting costs I told him to go ahead (I figured even if it took a total of 2 hours at their $85 per hour shop rate it would be $170.00, plus materials).Not surprisingly, Hermann called me THREE HOURS later to say that Anayas couldnt do it there so he wanted to take it to a different shop two days later for $419!!!!!! WHAT? NO WAY.Of course, when I came to pick up my car he didnt apologize for his erroneous belief that the shop could perform the services requested or apologize for wasting my time for absolutely NOTHING. Beyond that, it was obvious that my car hadnt even been moved from where I parked it when I came in!Needless to say, its troubling that the operations manager doesnt know the shops services well enough to quote an accurate price or whether or not theyre equipped to handle certain vehicles.STAY AWAY.

Going here my first time was such a pleasant experience. We initially picked it because it was close by and easy to find- you cant miss the sign right on 52nd st.We backed into a snowdrift and suspected that something got knocked out of place in the exhaust system. Had the car looked at and was informed that the intermediate pipe connecting my catalytic converter to the muffler was rusted. Rather than replacing everything, they removed the rusted portion and welded a new part on to hold it together, saving us a ton of money.They worked quickly, getting it done the same day we brought it in and the price was extremely reasonable. We were charged exactly what we were quoted and the mechanic explained everything he did in detail and why when we came to pick it up. He was extremely friendly and a delight. Guaranteed us the rest of the car would fall apart before his work would.I will gladly be going back in the future for any other car repairs!

I had an excellent experience with Anayas. I brought my car in unsure exactly what the problem was and they kept me informed during the diagnostic process before starting any work. Their prices are fair and I got my car back the next day! The staff was super friendly and helpful with their recommendations and I will bring my car back here for any problems in the future.

Always honest and excellent work done on my vehicles. They have done massive amounts of work to restore my 1970 Pontiac Executive. They have always given me a quote before the service, an update if something else need to be done. They have worked on my familys cars since I was a little kid and they have always treated us like family. Highly recommended. I wish they worked on motorcycles, lol.
