I had these guys install a furnace and AC unit in my home. My overall experience was excellent. Todd came to the house to talk through some ideas and provide a quote. He answered ALL of my many questions, and even provided input on my existing boiler unit.Project leads: Dave and Tony ( I hope I got their names correct)Day 1: the entire crew was efficient and very professional. I don’t recall all the names, but the day 1 crew did an awesome job installing the materials in the attic space and garage.Day 2:Project leads were on site early to finish up the work. They installed the compressor unit, ecobee thermostat and ensured everything was tip top. Their attention to detail and patience with all my questions was very much appreciated. I appreciate how they both did a second check of the home to ensure everything was working and was good to go.These guys did a hell of a job and I would recommend them to anyone looking to have heating/cooling work done.Thanks guys!!

HCS replaced my HVAC at my condo. So happy with the great job they did! They were on-time and very efficient. Got the old unit out and the new installed, hooked up, and tested in less than 2 hours. I was in the market to replace my 24 year old furnace and air conditioner. I had a price quote from another company that I was considering but I wanted to insure that I was receiving a competitive quote. I called Heating &Cooling Solutions to get another quote. They came out the same day and gave me a good price. Six days later they replaced my furnace and air conditioner. Jake, Dave and Anthony were extremely professional and courteous. They were sure to cover my floors with tarps to protect them and they wore foot coverings to help. They arrive on time and finished in a timely manner. Jake explained how everything worked when they finished and they followed up to insure that I was receiving all rebates that I had coming. Great experience overall!

Did a good job with the boiler service and since my cast iron boiler was installed in the mid-1980s we talked about what things would be different as part of a boiler replacement. Very quick turnaround on the replacement quote.

Bill and Todd replaced my hot water heater within four hours of the initial call for service. They did a good job. I had hot water within 30 minutes of their departure. The only problem is it cost about twice as much as I thought it would be.

Heating and Cooling installed a new Ac unit at my home on July 11, 2019, they did not put in a new drain hose as I was told, I called and was told that someone would stop on the weekend to install it and they never called or showed up, I called them again and sent an email, and was told that I was put on the schedule and Todd would take care of it. It is now September 3, 2019 and they still have not completed the job, I received a call on August 28th, and was told someone would get back to me with the day and time and I still have not heard from anyone. I will not use this company in the future or refer them to anyone.D.Hopper

We called early Thursday, after our AC unit failed overnight. Bill was out by 7 AM to diagnose the problem. He advised he could repair the unit, but due to its age (over 20 years), it was likely other things were also going on. He explained everything in detail. We immediately felt he was honest, and looking out for our best interest, and opted to go with a new unit. Meanwhile, he left to get a part to get our old unit limping along through the weekend, until the new unit was available for installation. He had it up and running by 9 AM. The AC failed again overnight Sunday, and my husband called early Monday, to see if there was any way they could come out earlier, by any chance. Dave and Bill were here by 7:30, and they were able to work us in the schedule. They had the new unit up and running by 10:30 AM! They are responsive, courteous, professional, and trustworthy. We highly recommend Heating and Cooling solutions!

Originally, I called them because my April aire system needed to be tuned up. They came out tuned it up, and told me about their awesome yearly maintenance package that included AC tune up, and furnace. I couldnt be happier. They do great work, in a timely fashion. They dont push new products on you, and tell you everything straight. There are no hidden fees, or sales pitches. These guys are garbage. They don’t know anything about A/C units and square footage. They stuck a 4000 sq. Ft. Unit on a 900 sq. Ft. House because of solar panels. There out to get your money. Period.

The guys from Heating & Cooling Solutions installed a new SLP98 furnace, SL18XC1 Air Conditioner and a PureAir Air Purification System. Let me start by giving a BIG THANKS to Martin, Dave, Ben, Chris, Ryan and Todd for a great experience. These guys really do good work from wiring to sheetmetal and PVC. We had about a 20 year old Rheem and they made it look like kids play to install the new system and make everything fit the way it was supposed to with new custom PVC runs, custom fabbed sheetmetal and re-routed electrical (Clever Dave).Todd can be proud of the crew he has. The new system is a site to behold. As far as mechanical equipment, its just beautiful! Im confident that Heating & Cooling Solutions will take good care of us moving forward. Again! Thanks guys!
