Went to this location last week, because I had a nail and a screw in two tires. When I spoke with the front desk person, I asked that they fix the flats, and check the tires, because I saw that the 2 front tires were pretty worn. They said no problem that it would be about 1-1/2 hours and it would be done. I said ok. I sat in the lobby, and waited...2 hours passed and they were just taking my vehicle to the back to be serviced. Fast forward 1 hour and my car came back and the attendant told me that they were all done. Well, all that time and the only thing they did was fix the flats. I was really dissatisfied, wasting all that time. So I had to reschedule for the following week. So today, I returned and the front counter staff are really terrible about conversing with the customer and making them feel welcomed. I stated to the employee that I had an appointment to get new tires if need be. To please check all four tires. So almost 2 hours later, (with an appointment), they said the car was ready. The guy at the front counter told me the price and asked for my card. I asked what kind of tires did they put on, as nobody talked to me about tires options and prices! So I pay for the tires and he prints the receipt, no other paperwork, or explanation of what the tires I purchased were warranted. So after asking the staff, a out what happened to customer service? I felt as though they just want your money, and dont make you welcomed at all! His excuse was that they are under construction. So what, I can take my business elsewhere! I DID mention that the customer service was terrible and that I wouldnt recommend them to anyone! Discount tire has way better customer service, maybe Les Schwab can learn from them!

The thing I didnt like was that when I made an appointment with them like they asked, I did so for 9 am, they didnt take my car in until 10:30am. And during this time I seen about 7 to 8 people get their vehicles taken back but not mine, I went for an alignment, and to have my brakes checked and when they called me up at .10:57 am he only told me a total when I pulled cash out of my pocket the man said you must be on the run? Im not sure what or where that came from, but his referral to me being on the run I replied no, but unsure why hed say that??? Then he or whoever had done the alignment was also supposed to check my brakes! And didnt so not very thorough or satisfactory to me!!!

Was driving into Kennewick WA late Friday night. Had heard a very bad noise from under the truck. Possible a bad wheel bearing. Only place open on Saturday was Les Schwab so I took the truck over after calling and speak to the shop manager. Shop manager held a bay open for me he put it up on the lift and found the transfer case was the cause of the noise. I asked him for a recommendation to a transmission shop in town. He gave me a great one. I was back on the road by Tuesday afternoon. Thank you to the manager on Saturday at the Les Schwab on Clearwater in Kennewick WA.

My boyfriend and I had to get two tires replaced, and one rim. We ended up anxiously driving on a donut tire for a month, told we would get a call from them when the rim was in. No one called. We went back twice, to be told the guy who knew anything about it wasnt there, but that theyd have him call us. When we finally did see him, he didnt know anything about it. We explained the situation, and he gave us a quote for the rim, and it ended up being more than $100 than what hed said. We got no apology, and no discount for the extremely frustrating, ridiculously long situation. Im not sure we will be going back. My service expectations were not only unmet, they were well below my reasonable standards.

I had a blowout on 82 and literally they had me on the road in 30 minutes, replacing another that was about to blow as well, saving me a lot of time and possibly danger. Les Schwabs service is the best, while in the middle of construction. These guys are awesome.

I’ve been coming here for the past 2 year and I’ve had good experiences until today. I brought one of my good friend to get her tire fixed and the front lady laughed of my friends last name (I thought that was very rude) the guy in charge of the tire “Miguel” gave us a recommendation to get 4 tires for the 4wheek drive... he wasn’t very clear with what he said and we felt that he was trying to force her to get 4 tires.... when she only needed one... I will definitely not be back and I hope the costumer services improves with empathy and respect....

The three times Ive been at this location in the past year Ive had issues each and every one of them. Ive expressed these issues to who I assume is the manager, and got so much as a head nob. From my TPMS sensors being located to the wrong wheels or not at all, to lopsided tire pressures ranging from 25-40 psi. Frankly Im sick of their service and lack of accountability and quality control. Dont bother, literally any other tire store is a better choice.

Came out to my car because of flat tire, didnt have right tool to drop my spare but put air in my tire so I could get it back to the shop! Great service, I really like this place. Friendly staff, keep up the good work

So busy but fast workers

Took prowler in for new tires and wheel alignment, scratches found on drivers side bumper and rear center wheel cap clip broken. Had to order replacement at a cost of $162.oo dollars from Amazon. Not happy with lack of care by employees. They didnt even tell me this happened. I will not visit Kennewick store again and will never recommend this store to anyone.

Quick, fast, efficient. They know their stuff and the complimentary tire rotations are convenient. For break care they replace the entire break due to a legal suit a while back. If you only need the break pad replaced, go somewhere else.

They worked quickly and got the job done. The reason why I am giving this rating a 3 stars is because of how rude Sara was in the front.She got super offensive and had attitude when I asked a simple question I don’t regularly come here and she was talking to me like I should know how they do things. Simple question just answer it that’s why you are here it’s your job to answer questions. She needs to be taught better customer service skills. Other than her everything went great!

My wife and I were traveling when our car let us know we had a leak and the tire pressure was dropping fast. We were almost to Kennewick. We called Les Schwab to let them know we were 2 miles away and headed to them with a leaking tire. It was almost close when we called. Due to traffic we arrived there after close. One nice gentleman agreed to stay and patch our tire for us. He did it for free. That is great service!

This place is the best! I get quick, free flat repair and quotes for things that need attention on my vehicle. They never charge for extra things that dont need to be done without making sure that you approve first. I appreciate going to a place with same day service. The technicians are knowledgeable and work quickly.

Had a tire pressure light come on and tried to fill myself without a gauge. Decided this was a bad choice and stopped by Les Schwab to see if they could help. The helper was at my car door opening it before I could walk in, told me they would check all of them for free and I would be out the door in 5 mins and not to worry, it would all be ok! So thankful for the service and will be coming back to buy my tires here!

I was in Tri-Cities and needed new tires. Went to Les Schwab and got 4 brand new tires. Drove 30ish miles and parked for the night. Next morning I had a completely flat tire. Had to call someone to come change it, after he put my spare on he checked all the other tires. Turns out I had a second tire with only 12 lbs of pressure in it. Mind you the receipt says they checked and all my tires had 35 lbs of pressure. I don’t live in Tri-Cities. I am supposed to be heading home today. I called the number on this website and the lady that answered was not only rude but hung up on me. She clearly didn’t own the phone and was yelling at whomever did because a girl was calling. UPDATE: Upgraded to 3 stars as an employee, while off the clock, took care of me. I got the donut spare on one tire and air into the other tire. Headed over to the Les Schwab i got the tires from hoping their might be a number to call (as the one I had tried was NOT working). An employee was there, although not on the clock. I told him what happened and he fixed both tires, it was a valve stem issue for each. He triple checked and even dunked (to ensure no leaks) them right before putting them back on the car.

Terrible, I had an appointment I made online. I picked out the tires and scheduled an appointment. When I showed for said appointment, it was slammed and the employee helping me could not find the appointment regardless of the 2 confirmation emails I received. I left and spent my $800 bucks elsewhere.

I am a frequent visitor at this place.Today,I went to have the battery checked. Waited only little while. Ms. Lori worked on my car and i witnessed the entire process e.g. checking the old battery, discussing the details, removing and reinstalling the new one while making sure the car still had temporary power.i was very happy with her performance. She was competent, professional and very friendly.

Came in thinking that my tire had a slow leak, had a screw in my tire and they fixed my tire for free. Love this place.

Had a low tire in my truck and pulling a trailer. Very freindly and helpful and got me back in the road quickly! Awesome service!

It was relatively quick service. But they charged a steep $48 for one tire replacement! Claimed they did TPMS relearning on all four tires. The light was still on until the car relearned itself. Whats even worse? They put 43 psi in the tire they replaced. The max on that tire is 40psi, so i had to go back to them and inflate it to the right value. I would not go there in the future!

I stopped in to have the tires balanced and rotated. The service man ran to my car and met me as I stepped out of the car. He heard what I wanted, took the keys, and put the car on the rack by the time I got to the desk to sign in. The job was finished quickly and in less time than I expected. He noticed some wear on the inside of a front tire and suggested a wheel alignment, saying it would cost about $90 including tax. At the desk I was told that the cost for the wheel balance and rotation was $0 because I had purchased the tires originally at Les Schwab.I made an appointment for the wheel alignment and was told it would take about an hour. 40 minutes later the job was done. At the desk I was told the cost was only about $55. Overall, the service was top notch, the staff were friendly, cost was very reasonable, and the jobs were done in less time than expected. Excellent all around!

Went camping and came home with a flat trailer tire. I panicked immediately and drove over there. Didnt have to wait long and almost fell over when I went up to pay and IT WAS FREE. WHEN WAS THE LAST TIME YOU GOT GOOD SERVICE AND IT WAS FREE!

My 1st experience with them! Great Customer Service, nice waiting area with vending machine, public restroom was clean, and good price on tires. If you have a credit score over 600 they will approve you for a charge account depending on your credit history. I went in at 10:30am on Friday August 17, 2018 and left 2 hours later (they seemed very busy) but I was also getting 4 new tires put on my rims so maybe that was the reason for delay??? Google review said people typically spend 30 min. there but the waiting room was full with people waiting over an hour. I would still recommend this place but not sure when is a good time to go so wait time is less.

Rather annoyed right now with this location. Went in on Friday because my Tire Preasure light came on. They checked the tires, and my back right was low. They filled it and sent me on my way Drive my car the .3 miles home and park it. Fast forward to Sunday, the next time Im driving the car, I feel like Im sliding on ice and my Tire Preasure light is on again. Get my car up to gas station to top it off again. I cant get air to stay in the tire. There is a freaking screw in my tire.Way to freaking check for the source of the issue. If only one tire is low, then should actually look to see why. And lets be real, the guy that said Everything is good should have been able to hear the air leaking from the tire when it was in front of his freaking face.Good thing I decided to run out on Sunday and not wait until Monday to get in my car.

They got me in right away and 10 minutes later they came back and said, your all done, no charge today. And I didnt even buy my tires there. I highly recommend this place

Traveling through the area and had tire trouble. Called them on Friday night, got appointment for next morning at 8:00. They got me right in, very friendly, showed me what they were doing and what I needed done and had me on my way in no time. The crew all had uniforms, wore gloves and conducted themselves very professionally. This place is a 5 Star+!!

I always getting pretty decent and quick service here and at other local Les Schwabs. Someone is ALMOST always running out to greet me before I get to the building, they offer in-house financing and service, patch and rotate tires theyve installed for no additional fees.

Even when they are busy and under pressure they still deliver respectful and great customer service.

You hear horror stories about places overcharging and selling you a service you dont need. I went into Les Schwab was told i needed a few services. When i took it in today they recommended I should only get one of the services because it should fix the problem i was having. Sure enough problem solved with extra money in my pocket. The winter before last I purchase studded snow tires for my pickup. At that time I was told that my regular mudding tires were in good condition but that I should consider some springs to lift the truck a bit due to tire rubbing while turning. I drove the pickup on the studded snow tires for maybe 3 months and then the truck sat untouched for the remainder of the year until snow tires were needed again. I then drove the truck for another 2 months on the same studded snow tires. There was no excessive driving or any behaviors that would cause any undue wear and tear. To his March i went in with the same mudding tires they took off to have them put back on and the studs removed. This time I was told that my mudding tires were cupped and wearing unevenly and needed to be replaced. I was also told that I needed a complete front and back brake job. And given a quote of $1600 that didnt even include tires. So Im kind of confused as to how my perfect tires that sat neatly stacked inside the yellow Les Schwab bags sustained uneven wear and cupping when they werent being driven on, and how 6 months, of MINIMAL UNEVENTFUL winter driving is now according to Les Schwab going to cost me a whole lot of money. Or have I needed brakes this whole entire time and they just failed to tell me? And were my tires always cupping? Both visits resulted in totally different recommendations being made to a truck that literally was driven only when needed during those combined six months of winter. On top of that when I brought the truck back in to have my tires put back on I asked that they go ahead and put the springs on that they had suggested so that I did not have the rubbing issue. Needless to say I was so flabbergasted it all this works at all the sudden needs to be done but I didnt even notice until I got home at the springs were never put on.
