Everyone I have talked to has been so kind and explain everything extremely well. They even picked up my elderly parents car and brought it to the shop and brought it back to them. Brought in a 2018 van with two warning lights that were either incorrect or a sign of deeper computer trouble. One turned out to be an incorrect fix by the first shop I took it to, the other just needed a reset. It ended up costing half of what they originally estimated. I greatly appreciate the honesty!

We bought a truck in Portland and while driving home it began overheating. We eventually had to have the truck towed into Kennewick. We called Meyers and the were able to get us in immediately. My alternator went out I had to have my paratransit bus Tow in to Meyers auto. Recommended by a friend to have Meyers diagnose my vehicle but strictly to have any another mechanic do the work. I get why now. The receptionist was not wearing a mask and didnt reach to put one on until I approached the desk. I stopped part way just to wait until she did. Clearly this establishment is above following the safety of everyone during this global pandemic. The cost of diagnosing my vehicle was roughly $175. When I asked the receptionist if thats the price for merely assessing my vehicle she seemed offended by my question and responded in surprise that someone would say the diagnosis cost was just $75 as opposed to $175. To top it off, the total estimate for parts and labor to repair my vehicle was $1400 with the labor costing more than the parts. Its clear what youre paying once you walk in. The mechanic attached a thorough breakdown of my vehicle and all the things they inspected. Maybe its so over-priced because people like myself are just there for an inspection ?

I had Meyers replace 2 parts on my 99 Old Van. Their cost was very competitive. The appointment was easy to make and not far out. The waiting room was comfortable and Covid safe, everyone wearing masks. They were timely and efficient. Ill definitely be going back.

Second visit to Meyers Auto Tech. Incredible - I dont wear a suit or work 9-5 but immediately was offered a loaner while my vehicle was being repaired. In other places, Ive gone days without a vehicle with no loaner offered. Gradually working through my to do recommended services, and have my next appointment scheduled. Meyers - you are A1 in my book. Really glad you are taking care of my vehicle.

My ‘14 Mazda 3 broke down driving into work one morning. I had it towed to Meyers Auto Tech and even though they were booked out a couple weeks, they managed to get my car diagnosed and repaired within a couple days. I definitely recommend Meyers Auto Tech to anyone needing honest, quality work! You don’t find that in too many Auto Repair Shops these days.

Had warped manifolds on my 7.3 diesel engine and Ford couldnt get the parts or even bother to get to it for a week But Meyers Auto Tech not only had time to get it in they found all the parts that Ford said they couldnt get for a week! It took a couple of days to make it right and Fix it Properly but they did a great job and I pulled a big 40 5th wheel to Arizona and not a problem at all! Professional fair honest but unable to diagnose what the problem was with my truck. They went to buy beyond and were a pleasure to work with. Call me a car overnight to try her again to diagnose the issue and give me a discount because we were unable to detect. I would still go back because they are classy and generally I believe they are a place that would be reliable. They could’ve said “we fixed it” and unnecessarily changed out something out or tinkered around with things you gave me the impression that they did something. I hope that eventually we can figure out what’s wrong.

As someone who is at high risk if I should contract COVID, I am self-quarantining. So I really appreciated that Meyers Auto Tech would come pick up my car, perform needed routine maintenance, and return my car, all without any physical contact. Ray was great.

Meyers auto was the he only shop in the tri cities that fixed the problem, by running the diagnostics and not trying to just replace unnecessary parts.

These guys do the most honest work Ive ever experienced from an auto shop. Awesome papertrail for step by step how and why a component was malfunctioning and the seriousness of that issue. Fair up front pricing to go with that and a friendly staff to boot. Ill only be bringing all my vehicles to them thanks guys.

I have used Meyers Auto Tech several times over the last few years. I was always pleased with the service I received. They communicated with me what was going on and did quality work.

This is the third place we visited to have our car checked out. This is the only one that provided actual information on our car specifically (not general mileage suggestions) and followed the information up with pictures for each and every point inspected. All of that and they charged half the price for the repairs than what the dealer wanted to charge. We will be going back! Also, Ray’s customer service skills were outstanding!

Great mechanic shop with convenient shuttle service. My only complaint is that the staff members were not wearing face coverings or masks, even when shuttling me to work. Being that close in a vehicle with customers without a mask is concerning considering our current state wide masking order.

I took our commuter car in because the AC quit working on the way home one day. They checked it all out and couldn’t find anything wrong. Myers Auto Tech only charged me 40% of the quoted cost and said if the AC quit again, bring it in and they’ll apply it to the original quote and go from there. Pretty cool if you ask me!

As always the crew at Meyers does things right. You get that reassured vibe throughout the building that everyone there is focused and devoted to their work, always on time, always fair prices and they are always there to look out for you and not try to squeeze money out of you. They genuinely care about you and your vehicle and it is obvious. Its hard to have a great experience with an auto shop these days but Meyers defines those odds. As usual and have grown to expect a very professional experience from the entire staff. I would never think about going anywhere else for our vehicle maintenance and care. Had to have the 36 year Celebrity towed in to be repaired. Even though the parts are hard to find Ben and his crew got it repaired and ready on time. Simply put, they are the best auto repair shop around.

We took my 1992 4Runner to them. It would continually die when idling. They quoted us $214.95 for an engine diagnostic. Came to pick it up two days later, and they had it fixed and only charged me $95. I wouldnt have known any different if they had charged full price. I was impressed by their integrity.

Overall, the staff was very friendly and helpful. They were able to order the battery we needed, and install it, in the same day. We also appreciate that we were able to make an appointment, which started right on time, no wait.However, in regards to Covid precautions: My family and I have been taking all possible precautions to avoid contracting COVID-19 since March. No one at this establishment was wearing a mask, including both the employees and the customers. This is frustrating and frankly disrespectful to people who are medically high risk. I did search their website for any indication of isolation protocols they may be taking before our appointment, and found none.

So I had a little problem with my car not starting. I called these guy up and told them my car was on its way. I have to say the customer service was AWESOME. They explained everything they were going to do to the car right up front. Even though they were unable to find out what was wrong they did get the cr going again. Maybe their miracle workers. They did offer to check the car for free if it happened again. They were a bit expensive for just looking at the car and changing the oil. But I would recommend them to anyone. Great people and a great business.

The guys here are very friendly and listen to what you have to say about your vehicle. I was very impressed with the diagnostic report they sent to me with color photos of what they checked. When I asked for a quote on just a few things that needed repaired they were quick to ask if I had any questions and they sent it right away they also gave me time to look it over without pressuring me to give them an answer right away.

It seems like a good place. Id go back again if I needed to. The guy was very knowledgeable and kind he didnt try to push me into nothing like many places Ive been. I have been happy with service at Myers auto tech since I first started using them. Always Abe to get in fairly quick and they provide ride home and pick up.Was a little concerned this time when had oil changed that they did not advise me air filter needed changed, now car must go back again.
