Being from Colorado, and in a pinch breakdown on the interstate, the only option I had was to go with the raddest company available. I am glad that the choice company was Rad Towing, the drivers hard working ethics alone were enough to relieve some of the stress from the troublesome day that I had. Other than great service, key points of my experience included quality equipment and knowledgeable employees who care about the customer. Knowing the tough situation I was dealing with, the driver didnt mind cutting a deal for the out of pocket payment I had to front until reimbursement (AAA just wasnt cutting it with the 5 hour wait). Seriously, make the RIGHT choice and go with Rad Towing when it really hits the fan, you will not regret the decision.

Mark was friendly, knowledgeable and charitable! After towing me to an auto body shop that could not service my truck, he generously towed me to another shop without charge. He graciously backed my truck up into a parking spot when he didn’t have to. He went above and beyond. I will use this towing company again, especially if every driver is like Mark. Thanks guys!

We were broke down on the freeway. We called AAA which was a nightmare. They called their contract towing companies and couldnt find a towing service (so they said). Rad Towing was just a back up service for AAA. Finally after 4 hours AAA called them. Rad was there in 30 minutes. They were very efficient and knowledgeable. They had to send two trucks for our truck and trailer. They got us to town and to a hotel and made sure we were okay before leaving. Forget AAA and call Rad first.

After being told by our insurance company that there wasn’t any towing companies available to tow my daughter’s vehicle until the next morning and that I’d be contacted between 6:30-7:00am and that I’d need to meet the driver back at the vehicle. I was awaken by a text from my insurance company this morning about 5:30am saying: RAD TOWING **5 RINGS is on the way! ETA: up to 45-75 mins.Needless to say, I was Extremely Grateful when the driver called me about 20 minutes later and told me not to worry about going back to the vehicle and that he’d take care of it for me. He said he would send me a text and let me know when he gets the vehicle to its destination. I received a text like he had mentioned and it also included a photo of where the car was parked. Completely Satisfied after a frustrating and sleepless night!

Justin was super professional and did a great job, he took good care of my vehicle and make a horrible evening of my Jeep breaking down to at least in as much as it is possible a good experience. It could have been an even more unpleasant experience. I highly recommend Justin I wish I could give him more than 5 stars!! Nice people there . Gone to there auto actions easy to deal with.Dont recommend using after hours service if your car gets towed you will get charged 120 for every time u have to go back in to the car or truck to get ur personal items.Thats what happened to my friend i had to help him and he had a lot of work tools in his car and it didnt all fit in my small car so we had to do 3 trips and every time the guy charged him 120 to let him back in his car..

Rad Towing provided road side assistance after the company that was contacted delayed for several hours and ultimately didn’t show up. Rad Towing got there in the timeframe they stayed, kept in contact and got my tire changed on the busy freeway shoulder. Excellent job, thanks.

Got great help from this company! He arrived at the time I was told, and was even able to help figure out what was wrong with the car and try and quick fix it. Was willing to change destinations based off what I needed, and I’m happy with my experience when I needed help with my car!

Knowledgeable staff that treated my vehicle with care and professionalism. Even when I parked in an unauthorized space at my sons apartment complex and was towed due to my lack of paying attention to posted signage the dispatching staff still treated me with respect. I was totally at fault I assumed since the space was uncovered and a majority of the spaces appeared to be the covered parking. Oh my goodness! Richard at Rad Towing was simply the best! I had to have my car towed last night, which was a new experience for me, and it was so easy! It was 91 degrees out and so when Richard showed up right when he said he would I was very grateful. He helped me walk through figuring out where we’d tow my car to and then set to work getting the job done. He said “Ma’am” quite a bit which always amuses me as I don’t feel old enough to be called that but it was very sweet. He was so polite and courteous even though my nerves were a hot mess. A Kennewick police officer had responded and he also recommended Rad Towing so I was very comfortable in using them. If I ever need a tow again, I’ll definitely call Rad Towing!

Mark was fantastic! I had just picked up my puppy from a surgery and I ran into the curb while trying to calm her. It was 94 degrees and I was stressed!! Mark was calm, professional, and he suggested a great solution to getting my puppy and me back home and he knew there would be insurance involved so he towed the car, me, and the puppy home. He calmly waited for me to get some stuff and took the car back to his yard to wait for insurance inspection. He was thinking clearly and he was wonderful!! Thank you sooo much Mark!

My car was towed from my apt complex for expired tabs. I was told they tagged the car 3 days earlier. Once we got the car out we found the tag on the drivers door handle. Not sure how they expected me to see it when we werent driving it because of the expired tabs. Then they towed it at 235pm on a Friday and arent open after 5pm or on weekends. Fortunately I was able to borrow the money right away and get it out 2 hrs after they picked it up. If I hadnt it would have cost me $65 a day storage fee and $100 admin fee. Not happy with apt complex or towing company.

My car died and needed to be towed to the Chevy dealership. I handled everything through my app. I was on lunch and very busy. RAD handled everything so quickly!! I didn’t even have to be there! Such great service!! Highly recommend themNichole

RAD Towing did a wonderful job to help me get my car towed yesterday. They arrived very quickly after my call to my insurance company. The driver was very nice to me and I felt really good with his assistance with my situation.

My insurance company used Rad Towing service to tow my car home. The dispatcher was very patient and accommodating to my questions. The driver, Justin, did a wonderful first day solo on the job for me. He was very comfortable and confident at his job. Also a very knowledgable and by the book employee. After calling the dealership, they told me it should be covered under their warranty. I contacted RAD Towing to have it moved to KIA. Not pleasant. Attitude of driver was poor. Did not feel comfortable dealing with him. His delivery of my vehicle at destination was sloppy. Demanded payment, even though the office told me they would bill insurance. Will not use RAD again.

If I could I would leave 0 stars for this place! They towed our truck on Friday because of expired tabs, which werent expired. Then when I called to see about getting it out of their grasp they wanted to tack on a $50 extra charge for the weekend hassle of them coming out to get it. So I had to wait over the weekend to get it out on Monday adding in more fees per day (which was still cheaper than going in on the weekend. The guy who helped at the front desk when we went in had the customer service skills of a sack of bricks. He was rude, condescending, and above all unable to answer any question we asked. After a good 20 minutes of him telling us how we were wrong and liars we finally got to pay for the truck to be released. Our receipt showed the total, but then when he slid the card he tacked on an extra 3.5% convenience fee which is posted nowhere in their building or on any of the paperwork leading up to him taking the card. As he took the card and ran the payment he then decided to let us know about the fee, which still was not reflected on any of the receipts he gave us. After we paid he let us know that he would have someone pull the car out of the locked area within 24 hours for us. Best part is the 2 business licenses they have on display are expired, one in 2018 and the other expired in 2016. This place is the sleaziest and dirtiest company Ive ever had to deal with

Highest priced towing there is and no business discounts at all use kens towing it much cheaper ..it was a $102 for a 2 block tow ....i was not quoted before they came and it was very high i get kens at 50 a tow and will continue to use them as great service and quick response...i am very upfront on my pricing and do a great amount of business in the tri cities area and never experienced this type of price for a tow anywere ...

I hit something on the highway heading towards pasco and limped to the Circle K off of Broadmoor and Chapel Hill. My tire was completely flat and would not hold any air. I worked on the tire in the 104° heat but it would not hold air from the compressor at the gas station. I used my Onstar on my car and was told that the tow truck driver would be there in 45 minutes to an hour when I had already been waiting for an hour in the heat. I was starting to feel helpless and getting upset, when Mark from 1st Choice Restoration Towing called me and said he’d be there in 5 minutes. He was on time, he was polite and very kind and professional. He took my car to Perfection Tire where the tire will be fixed and made sure my vehicle was in a safe spot to be left over night. Overall, I was very impressed with his service and he has restored my faith in humanity that there are good people in this world. Thank you to Mark for your great service and professionalism.

I called for a quote to tow my car that had a flat and they were going to charge me $270 to tow it 12 miles, because they charged for the fact that I had a flat and for the gas it took to get to my location. However Kens auto rescue only charged us $60 for the same distance with no extra fees, SO DONT GO THROUGH RAD TOWING. My boyfriend John called at 5:43 AM this morning

If I could give it negative stars I would. Im preparing court documents for Mr. James Hutchinson as the governing body of both RAD Towing Inc and 1st Choice Towing and Recovery of Kennewick, Wa. In the midst of a property dispute with another private party over a travel trailer, were hired to recover the trailer. I have been nothing but cordial with “Christine” is setting a redemption apt to get my personal property. She states I should get a text message confirmation of the location and instructions. Two apt times have now passed to which I have received no calls not text messages, and will be suing the company, it’s owners and the the person who hired this crooked business to recover it. This is pure negligence and completely depriving me of my personal property, which in the state of Washington constitutes theft. This is my second horrible experience with these companies. Last time, my truck was hit in front of my house and they towed it in the middle of the night. The next day, “Christine” demanded impound charges before they would tow it to a body shop. Crooked company that screws local residents. No use for them!
