Came out with an oil leak. I havent had one of those in 20+ years. When I took the car back to fix the bolt on the oil pan they told me oil leaks were normal. After a 1300 mile trip and two weeks the car is still dropping oil. Being lazy and condescending, let alone damaging my car, is completely unprofessional. I now have a half dozen oil spots on a driveway that hasnt had any since I bought the house 25 years ago. I am not happy.Received phone call and offer to relook at the problem. I was told it was a loose bolt. (After they fixed it the 1st time.) I wish they would just admit their mistake and move on. Trust is hard to win back when you cover the truth.The leak appears to be taken care of. The service manager brought cat litter to rub into the oil spots in the driveway. They were very cordial. Training and supervision is needed. The technicians paid too little attention to getting the job done right. It takes just a couple of seconds to start a bolt in properly rather than force it in an unnatural path.Im raising my rating from a 1 to 2 star. It would have been a 3 or 4 had the truth been forthcoming. Traditionally I have rated the service at all 5s.
The techs and service people were very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. I also got a free back massage while waiting in their lounge.
I love this place, Carlos is amazing if you are looking to buy a car. Everyone really is super friendly and helpful. They are always mindful of their customers. We bought both of our cars from here in about a month of each other. The financial guys and gals are great! They explain everything clearly, there is no guess work. I would recommend them to anyone.
