Took my 01 Dodge Ram to him to repair a leak in the timing chain cover. He did a great job at a fair price. He also replaced the timing chain adnd gears. It runs great.Very fair, very honest. I do a lot of my own work, but when it is over my head I use him every time I can.

Was desperate in these Rona 2020 times to get my truck fixed so I can hitch up and hit the trails with my ponies and he made it happen. He knew the importance of a gal and her horses.

Ist off, I have never felt pushed around by Dan as I have with other mechanics. Had a 1985 Ford truck which needed a tune up and some work done on the engine about a year ago and have been pleased with the results to this day. Will be taking my car in this time for some work. Very helpful shop, very friendly, and definitely cheaper than the bigger shops in the area. Also they are quite flexible with scheduling, which helps. Also, last time I was there they were restoring a Hudson Hornet, so Desert Knights breadth of skill is rather impressive. In conclusion, I would say he is one of your best choices for a local mechanic.

I dont know what George is going on about but he needs to get his ass in here ASAP!I did some landscaping for them 5 years ago and do many car projects myself some of which I cant do very well at all.The man took me out and showed a brand new car and asked me if I could see any damage I said I could see none turned out that car was completely totaled on the right front end.They do good work,trust me.

I have never quite had an auto repair experience like the one I had with Desert Knight. After having to leave my vehicle due to an engine failure WHILE ON A ROAD TRIP from Oregon to Montana, they not only gave me and my fiance a ride to a place to stay for the night, but they also held my vehicle for almost an entire month while I figured out what to do. They were extremely accommodating and honest, and to say that they were the best choice in Kennewick would be an understatement. I dont get that kind of service at most motels. Its refreshing to deal with real people who dont feel the need to manipulate or take advantage of someone in any way. Nothing but helpful. I would highly, highly recommend.

Idk about taking my only means of transportation and entrusting it to people who cant even operate an answering machine. Just tried to call for a quote, got an almost impossible to understand outgoing voicemail and there was no beep, no ability to leave message even though it says to leave a message... Trust with my car? Prob not.
